It was satisfying buying things from fashionmia. They have good things at low price, and free shipping. Their customer service are helpful. I ordered for clothes, some were undersized, when I contacted them, they really helped me make a good alternative choice. I now know my size with them. Fashionmia, always my online store
The sevice provided has been excellect. Whenever theres a problem they seem to provide you with the best solution to make sure the customer are happy. They reply all the time & make sure that the problem has been solved. Until the problem has not been solved they stay in touch with you. So i give them 100% for their customer service & recommend to buy from them.
I have been tacking my order using FashionMia's link and it says delivered. I have not received my order so checked on DPD official tracking site and my order cannot be found, after reading the reviews I have a bad feeling I may have been duped.
The items I ordered were very good quality but too small. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded with suggestions on how to handle the return. I would order from them again with no hesitation.
Beyond awful. Cheaply Chinese made garments with very poor quality fabrics and finishings that often bear no resemblance to the online picture (e.g. Cheap plastic buttons vs the photographed metal ones) and colours that are just awful (e.g. Received a royal blue dress when the picture was ice blue; received a yellow trenchcoat when the colour was photographed as beige/camel). And who wants a trenchcoat that's made from a fabric that is as thin as the lining? They're supposed to keep you warm in winter!

I bought 3 dresses and although they took a while to arrive, they were very competitively priced. 2 fit me well but the 3rd one was tight so I contacted customer service. They were accommodating and because the cost of shipping back was impractical, they offered me a generous discount coupon towards future purchases.
I asked for a refund prior to an order being shipped. Was given the run around and of course they didn't actually read my request and shipped the item anyway. I paid for 5 to 8 day shipping and was told it would take 15 plus. Why pay for faster shipping if they are going to take their sweet time. Furthermore this company will do anything it can to not give a refund! Their customer service is lacking, the phone number is bogus, and they default to international shipping issues... I've received items internationally in 4 days or less and that company offered FREE shipping as they could not guarantee in a specific time frame. This companies shipping policy is a downright joke. It's a scam to get your money. Buyer beware. Should've read reviews before buying from this joke if a company.
UPDATE: Finally received my package and it was empty. Whoever packaged this item didn't seal it correctly. Email one of the reps I had been dealing with previously and they want a picture. So I go to paypal, and they saved the day (even though they had previously closed my request). I will never in a million years order from this company again. It's been a nightmare!

This company is committing fraud right left and center and their advertisement is pure SCAM. There must be a way that one can get the money paid and not refunded back. How can one from Canada or any other country recover the money for merchandise they never sent, and what was received was wrong in sizing, material and not what was being sold in their site? I am sure that there must be a way to make them honor their commitment to customers in their so called policies.
This people should be banned from selling via internet, they should not get away hurting people this way.

My experience buying from Fashionmia got about half resolved only. Emails go, emails comeback, but nothing gets really resolved. They totally ignore what I say and they continue repeating the same story over and over and over... I in all honesty cannot recommend them. And, I do not want my initial complaint off the records. I really feel sorry for people who buys from them.

I ordered a dress before Easter well it took a very long time for me to get the dress but I finally got the dress in the mail but when it came it was to little and i could not wear it so i was upset because i really liked the dress i did email the company and spoke with a sweet young lady name Cassie who would email me back every time I will order from them again but will have to get the size down because my dress look like a child size dress
After my first order, I wanted to return some items, but returning them back to China was VERY expensive. Much more than I expected. Customer service understood my problem was willing to send me an exchanged item for the size that would fit better and for the other item that I found too sheer for my taste, they let me keep it and gave me credit for it anyway for my future order which I already placed. They were very quick to respond to my questions via email. I am very happy with the service the dresses that I did not want to return are beautiful and fit very well. Shipping did not take as long as I thought it would be.
Unfortunately some of my order came up far to small for my shape, but no problem. Just speak to office, and although sending back items is down to the shopper, customer service is absolutely brilliant, which makes you feel and trust that the customers wishes are uppermost in this companies ultimate goal. Will definitely be using them again, bearing in mind the sizing issues.
This is one of the WORST places to order clothes from. I ordered clothes from them and it took a month to receive the items and upon arrival I was missing an item and was billed for it. Two of the items were wrong and the wrong sizes. I tried to send the items back and was told that it would cost ME more than the clothes were. I was told that if I wrote GLOWING reviews for them that I would be given money for their site to replace the items that I ever received or were wrong. When I went to use the money, I was told the vouchers had expired and I couldn't use them. I have written 7 emails and haven't heard anything from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION MIA EVER! Everything about the company, customer service and clothes are terrible
I was impressed by the quality of the clothing, especially considering how low the prices were. My dresses arrived very well made, and the fabric is exquisite. I had a size problem, but the customer service rep was very helpful, and I am happy.
I've been waiting since April 12,2016 for a lot of clothing.The advertisements just tricks and deceives.But if it doesn't arrive by June,I'm getting a refund.

When I first saw the Mia Fashion website I fell instantly in love with these dresses. So I whipped out my debit card and proceeded to order the mermaid bow hounds tooth dress. My payment was made over the internet and I received an email shortly afterwards thanking me for my order! I got my dress in the mail rather quickly within days. I love the material my dress is made from and all of the clothes are so stylish! I love these pretty dresses and can hardly believe how inexpensive they are!
I ordered a dress blouse and jean dress. They both were too small, so I wrote to exchanged them. The customer service dept. was very nice in telling me that it would be too expensive to send back to China and that I keep them. They offered me a $12.00 coupon off of my next order. Very nice of them.
I received my order of five dresses in a plastic bag. Inside they were wrap separately and in good conditions. I am pleased with the quality and price of the items.
So, below you will find my post from earlier this week. As you can see below, Fashion Mia stated that my refund was processed. LIES! This is probably the third response that I received stating this. I will continue to post my reviews to let consumers know that this website is a scam.

I ordered in march for a prom dress and the dress came after look so bad like from goodwill I returned and 2 months later no money. The customer service is the wurst ever I work for a corporation and spread the word out.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Check out other sites to purchase clothes and first and foremost read reviews online before purchasing. That was my lesson I took from this horrible experience.
Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
