I have ordered 4 items from the page, from which 2 arrived (there was a note that 2/1 and it was, as described) so i thought that the other will arrive soon, but they did not. After a while i have written an emial to them. To be honest, after the reviews, i affraid that noone will answer me, but i have recieved an answer really quick (that day), they appologiesed amd confirmed that the other package lost, so they refund me (it has arrived in 4 days), so i am really satisfied with the final communication and the dress :)

I need an actual person to speak with... I receive many emails saying they want to resolve the problem. I have sent pictures of the dresses sent. The wrong dresses. I have sent pictures of my bank showing I was charged twice for the one order. The order was sent in two deliveries. I ordered 6 dresses. They did not send the six dresses. They sent two dresses twice. Horrible! When or how can I get my money back.
My husband ordered me a lovely white blouse with birds all over it. I would say it was pretty true to size, but since I do a lot of rock climbing, the fit was a little bit small in the arms and across the chest. I will be exchanging it for a larger size because it is such a cute shirt. It's good quality for the price and was delivered very quickly!
My order came very fast and satisfying of three beautiful dresses which I ordered them. I definitely recommend to family and friends. I also happy with inexpensive items which I can afford them. I can not wait to wear them. Thank you!
I order two dresses from them, it took almost a month for me to get these dresses. I receive my order and both of the dresses didn't fit, I order a brown dress but it didn't look brown, it was super thin, my red dress looked more like an red orange and it was to big, also the hip part is cut out very wide. I have contact them several times and all I keep getting is emails three day later asking to send pics of the dresses which I have. I am requesting a refund so we will see how this goes, FRUSTRATED just got an reply and I am so upset... Save your money and time, shop with a legit company! Also the number they gave me, just keeps ringing!

Fashion Mia dresses are worth their prices. It also comes with certain quality. Colors are beautiful. It is comfortable to wear. Customer services are good. They follow up with the buyer to make sure the products satisfy their request. Overall it is satisfactory.
I was given a coupon to make up for poor quality merchandise and ordered some dresses did this on June 12 and they have yet to process 2 of them really poor service

My experience with FashionMia was good. I bought a dress for my sisters wedding. The product is beautiful. I bought a size too small, but I have been able to talk with the customer service to exchange for a bigger size.

This site Suprised me at how many styles of womrn's clothing they had. I had been looking for particular types of dresses and I found them. I actually purchased 7 items. Since I had never shopped hete before, I didn't think that their sizing might be different from what I normally fit into. I found that most of my dresses were too small. However, customer service gave me a couple of options when I contacted them about returning my items. I dont know why there are many reviews which are not good about them. I ordered 3 dresses last month, and I got 2 of them very soon. After few days later, I contacted them for my last one dress. They email me the status, and I cancelled it for I need it the next day. I ask the refund, and they dealt with it quickly. Im happy about it. And I will order some other dresses next week.
I was a little skeptical when I saw how low the price was for the beautiful dress my daughter and I had finally found. We had shoppe all over town looking for a dress for her Orchestra concerts. But after some research we sent the order in. The dress is perfect! She looks beautiful and the dress is made well.
I ordered 6 dresses. 4 are unweissuarable. I ordered large sizes as I realized their sizing was small. One I could not even get over my shoulders. One is so short it would only be a top on me and I am only 5ft. 2in. One looks like a bag, so loose at the back and ripped seam. The other one is like a straight jacked when its on.
