FashionMia have such wonderful, pretty dresses at affordable prices! Unfortunately the dress that I ordered was too small. I made an email enquiry that was answered very promptly and steps are now being taken to rectify the problem. I have found the staff at the customer service centre to be very polite and helpful.
They are very helpful and willing to work with you if there are any issues. They're shipping is must faster than most websites. Their products are great quality and are worth the prices. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
When I place my order I did not noticed every item had a size chart at the bottom, so I order my usual size. Two dresses were perfect, the other four were little. I went back and noticed the actual measures were there. Make use of this feature. Even though It was my mistake they were willing to exchange my item. Thanks FashionMia
The swimwear was fine, I also order 2 jumpsuits (L & XL), receive 1 still waiting on the last one, order a shirt XL shirt. Toooo little end of giving the shirt to my 5 year old cousin (adorable on her). The 1st jumpsuits was for my mother, my mother is a medium but decide to get it a lil bit bigger due to coming from over sea, when it was deliver still to little. So scared to receive the last jumpsuit cause I know it going to be to little as well, on top of that the item was ship separately months behind each other. They made sure the got their money cause it was drafted from my account the day I ordered everything and I order it all together. Order all this in February of 2016 and receive the swimwear and the 1st jumpsuit & shirt 2 months after they drafted my account to the money. Still waiting on the last jumpsuit to be delivered and we are in June of 2016 going into July. When I call I get a line that don't speak English, and when I email to see where my order is, get an autoreply advising will receive a call within 72 hours never receive a call or a responds as to we the order is. I do receive emails for sales, new item that's in, and clearance item to order more items, but never a responds as to where is my last item. I'm going to keep trying but will not use them again.
I have purchased two dresses from this company so far. The price and quality were excellent, and my only issues with them were the sizes, since I ordered a size up due to Chinese sizing running smaller. Turns out I am apparently the size of Chinese women, since the dresses were both slightly too big on me. But other than that, I am very satisfied with both orders. Not to mention, the employees who responded to my emails for both dresses were extremely polite and helpful (email about the first dress was for a payment mistake on my part, email about second dress was to ask about what size I should get). They go out of their way to make sure you're a satisfied customer, which I believe is hard quality to find in many employees nowadays.
Most of the time I visited the website, I have items to order. Almost everyday new designs are added. The designs are nice & prices are affordable. Majority of sizes described are close to physical dress.
If you are looking for trendy, fashionable and low price's clothing, here is the online gem for you. Shipping and the payment method are satisfied. It will be much better if they can review and improve the return policy.

Mandy in support not only has empathy she also takes ownership. This makes me trust her and continue business with Fashionmia which I was ready to stop doing. She is quick and excellent prompt responder. Its nice not to be ignored but understood.
At first I was a little reluctant because I did not know much about FashionMia.
I did some research and decided to place an order. Very glad I did. Their customer is excellent. Good selection to choose from. I plan to place a larger next time.
I ordered two dresses: one was faulty and the other one wrong colour. Not the quality I expected. I asked them for a refund and first they offered me a coupon to buy more of their items, then they asked me to pay for the shipping back as that is their policy. In the end I got full refund for one dress and partial refund for the one that was faulty.
In the end I got a solution to my problem.

Great customer service communication, quick delivery just on time!
My order arrived within a few days and they look just as good in person as they do on the website. I started with a small order just to be sure that the sizes ran true and they do. I will definitely be placing another bigger order soon!
My experience with FashionMia was extremely positive. I thought the Little Black Lace Dress was lovely, but the size was too small. The Customer Service Team at Fashion Mia was extremely helpful in assisting me to exchange the dress for a larger size. They were knowledgeable and courteous in initiating the exchange of the dress. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews on this website before I ordered from FashionMia. This company is dishonest and a complete rip off! The size chart that was listed beside the items that I purchased were completely wrong so because of that, I ended up ordering my clothes two sizes too small. Clothes that a made where their company is located are made smaller than the clothes in the US. I also paid extra money to get my order expedited, but it still took two weeks for my order to arrive. When I emailed customer service, a CS Rep named Kitty (if that's her real name) was the one who took my case. I explained to her my issue and she tried to offer me a $12 coupon. This irritated me because the items that I ordered cost much more than $12. When I emailed her back and told her that I did not agree with this, she responded with review website links and told me that if I go to the links and give FashionMia 4 or 5 star reviews, I would receive additional cash coupons plus the $12 coupon, which would total about $55. I told her that I would rather get a refund because I have read other reviews of other customers who did the same thing, but they never received what they were promised, but Kitty assured me that I would. Like an idiot, I gave this lousy company great reviews. When I sent her screen shots of the reviews, I never heard from Kitty again. She was very responsive until I showed her the high (false) ratings for FashionMia. When I went back on the website yesterday, I noticed (in the return and exchange section) that they now have a USA address and phone number for the customers who ordered from FashionMia that live in the US. I found this as interesting because the US contact info was not on their website a few weeks ago. Well, just so you know, the US number is a non-working number and if you google the address, the only thing you will see is a vacant warehouse. Please take heed! Every negative review about this company is true and there's a high possibility that every positive review is false. Do not waste your time or money on FashionMia and do not return the items prior to receiving your money back. I still have my items, but there were a lot of customers who stated that when they returned their items, they never received their money back so they will not only get their clothes, but will also continue to hold on to your money. FashionMia advertises cute, cheap clothes, but trust me, it's not worth it!

Great customer service. I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Customer care was ready to get another dress with the right size and I get to keep the first order. I will recommend to a friend
WHAT TO EXPECT: Forget about the pictures! After seeing photos of other people's purchases I am now convinced that many of the glowing reviews are fake. Read them the majority are cut-and-paste english. MY DRESS: The dress I saw in the picture was nothing like the dress I received. The neckline, which should have been low and square-ish, had been replaced with a rounded neckline, like a t-shirt with a slightly too big hole for the neck. The sash to tie around the waist was about the size of a couple of neckties, and made no bow at all, unlike in the photo, where it flows in long looping bows, and still reaches to the model's knee. STYLE VERDICT: This dress makes me look frumpy! So what if I saved 85% (from what? Was this ever a $100 dress?) - it was a waste, and I'm not paying to send it back (for a $3 coupon?), besides, I didn't keep the "original" packaging as required for a return (we're talking about the little plastic bag it came in.) BOTTOM LINE: Fashionmia is lucky they live so far away, or I would have gone and had a talk with them about expectations. Actually, scratch that, I would never have bought this disappointing dress in the first place!

For budgetful shopping I found fashionmia very great, with variety of dresses at cheaper prices. Their collection looks really trendy and cool. They have stuff for all the seasons. I ordered a dress and liked it a lot bit of size issue, but pageable with big belt around the waist

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.
Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
