Following my review of fashionmia below, I received several emails from their side stating that thet refunded my account that the money had been send, etc, etc... lies again and again, window dressing for the internet and potential readers. No money refunded of course, nothing in my paypal account nor in my bank account. Do NOT buy anything from this store.
If they cannot manage a simple refund, how can they sell and ship dresses and all kind of clothes?
Loved shopping at Fashion Mia. Lots of styles to choose from and colors. The prices are great too. I was really pleased with my order. I bought several dresses and all were made of good material that is easy to wash and care for. Wholeheartedly recommend the site. Good bargains!

The order took more than 4 weeks to arrive. Quality/material of clothing is REALLY poor. I can't explain Fashion Mia's lack of business acumen. (PLEASE review photos) Made the mistake of ordering 11 items from the website but once I realized it was coming from China, I knew it wouldn't be good and Fashion Mia proved me right when the clothes came. I received two of the three packages as the order was shipped separately. If I hadn't contacted regarding the last item, they wouldn't had advise that it was not in stock and to replace the order. I am not going to bother to return anything as I am utterly disgusted by this scam and no further wish to deal with this company. The fact that the site posts Caucasian models and not Asians is to fool the gullible! Lesson learned.

I have been buying clothes from Fashion Mia for 2 years now and they are beautiful and fit me perfect! I wear a size 6-8 and the medium fits me perfectly. The material is cool to wear in the hot Texas heat too! I love the Maxi dresses. They are adorable and most of the time I cannot find the style anywhere else. The prices are just right and fit my teacher budget! :)
Fashion Mia is a horrible website to purchase any clothing. I first ordered 3 outfits that were $75 May 2. I didnt get an confirmation about my products for almost 2 weeks and i had to email to figure out whats going. Finally someone emailed me and it took another week to get a tracking number i didnt receive the package till the end of May and it was not all 3 outfits only 2 were shipped and the material was not the same as the picture showed. I cancelled the 3 item due to lack of tracking # and shipping date. Now im asking for my refund of $21.95 and its taking another month to get my refund along with emails from dispute managers that continue to give me the run around saying. Y refund is being processed and if i can wait a few more days. I will never order from this site again and i will report Fashinmia and make sure never to refer this site to anyone else. Very sad but true!

When I first saw their ad for some pretty dresses, I decided to place an order. Big Mistake! I ordered the dress back on March 30th. Thinking it would be more than enough time for Mother's Day. Now were getting close to the end of April and I still haven't received the dress I emailed ( no CS phone number) them and they said that it was with the USPS, NOT it never made it to the US and to date June 23) I still haven't received my credit. This company is a SHAM! Very disappointed and would advise anyone NOT to order from them. Orders are from China and their rep Kai, promised a credit and I'm still waiting!

I saw a lovely maxi dress on the website and, after checking all the measurements on the sizing chart, ordered a small. I got an email confirming my order, followed by another the next day saying it was being shipped, a week later it suddenly arrived. The dress looked lovely but there was no way I could get it on, the measurements of the dress were way out from what was stated on the sizing chart. There was no return instructions/ label with the dress so I went on the website but couldn't request an exchange because it said my order number was incorrect. Decided to email my request, unfortunately the person (Lesley) answering my email didn't seem to understand what I wanted to do, took several emails to get the message across. Then I received an email from Doris apologising for the misunderstanding and delays, as a token of goodwill she said they would send me a replacement dress free of charge. I ordered a large (which is two sizes bigger than I originally ordered), it arrived within a week and fits perfectly, so thank you Doris and I'm sorry I doubted you.
I placed an order early May, it took weeks for the first part to be delivered and the sizes were not what they said they would be. Way too small and then they expect me to pay to have them returned. I cancelled the rest of my order which had not been dispatched despite the site say it would be dispatched within 3-5 days! I am still waiting on a refund 20 days later and almost 7 weeks since I placed my original order.
The customer services staff are robots who use standard emails to reply and are of very little help.
Do not use this site unless you want clothes to fit a 10 year old or you have money to throw away!

Fashionmia is great website with very unique collections. My dressed are so colorful with unique style that make me look 10 years younger. I will order form this site again and again.

They used all kinds of excuse to delay my refund even for an item which is out of stock.
All the people know how hard it could be to refund, but for FashionMia, once the money is in their pockets, they seem will not let it out again. I order 2 products after a month in a half got one out fit wrong size quality was horriable. Can never reach anyone have called several times no call backs. This has been going on for over a month. Never received the other outfit and now. I wouldn't ever deal with them again. Just taking your money and almost robbing you. And leaving you with a product you cannot use. I started shopping at Fashionmia a couple months ago and I was impressed by their extensive selections of fashion clothing in unique designs and all are at affordable prices. I was once hesitant because of some biased reviews but as soon as I received my first package, I realized my worries were unnecessary. The dresses I ordered are fabulous, fit me perfectly and look great on me! I have no sizing or quality issue at all, my tip is to read the description and measure meself carefully before placing the order, I check the size in inch or cm, not by the size S, M or L as I know some countries and companies might not follow the same size guide.
The delivery time is reasonable, my package arrived in 5 weeks which is exactly what they estimated around 21 25 working days. The customer service is amazing, quick responses within 24 hours, all staff are friendly and efficient, strive to help you with any concerns or issues you may have.
I am fortunate to have these lovely dresses without having to spend a lot of money, will definitely shop again at this website.
I have been waiting since March for a refund on some clothes that I did not receive. When some of the clothes arrived they were not as described on the website and I contacted them telling them to not send the rest and give me a refund on those that weren't sent. They have not given me my refund. I have over 30 emails going back and forth with them and they keep giving me excuses about how people are on vacation and their system is down etc. They tell me the refund will be in my paypal account within 5-7 days and it has been more days than that. I am not finding an address, phone number, or email on their website like I did before. Before there was a shipping address to their warehouse which is located in China. The phone number did not work. I don't think there was an email, just a "contact us" page where you typle in the box. They owe me about 100 dollars. I regret not researching the company because I learned that they are ripping off a lot of people. There are many complaints out there just like mine about this company. Please help to stop these scammers.

Every Sunday I like to dress nicely, and fashionmia allows me to do that at a fraction of the cost I pay in stores! The quality is excellent, sizes run a bit smaller than US, but knowing that I order accordingly. Customer service has always been great. Overall this is a great company to order from!
I made a purchase and shortly after wanted to cancel it. Because i was unable to cancel on my acct profile i had to email them. The website tokd me i wouldn't get a response for 72 hrs. They tried to tell via email when i finally heard back from them 2 emails later that i had to pay an extra 15% due to the fact that it had shipped out when it didnt and because it was already a few days later. I professionally rejected letting them know my inital email to cancel my order was sent a few hours after my order was made. They tried to get me to accept a coupon for the amount i spent. Again respectfully and professionally declined their offer. They proceeded to refund me my funds only its benn 2 1/2 months later and i still do not have my refund returned to me. After emails upon emails and phones call I've made to them; never did they initiate an email or phone call to me after i was told countless times i would get a response; I've proceeded to contact my attonerys. They will be hearing from me! Do not i repeat DO NOT SHOP HERE AT THIS WEBSITE. I did referred my mother in law and a hand ful of people to their site. My mother in law made a purchase before i ran onto this issue with them and she got her items a month later. It was a bit smaller then the regular M or L. Needless to say we will never shop here again no matter how affordable their prices are.

I had a great experience with Fashionmia the order was on time and packaged really well. The sizes were good and the price was right. Its a company that I wouldn't hesitate in recommending for others to use.
I ordered a small size on accident and immediately received a great response when I contacted them for an exchange. The dress was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture. I would definitely order from them again.
Cheap clothing that is so shear you can not wear it without undergarments. They do not let you know that the clothing size is different for american woman. If you try to ship it back to get right size the cost is $80.00. If you want to get a refund, they will only refund you half. When you file a claim with PayPal, you will not win becasue they will not receive the items on their end and pay the duty taxes, so you are left paying double the money. Stay Very Far Away from Them!

The clothes looks very expansive. The material looked and feels very expansive. The customer service was very quick to response to my problem. One of the dress was little bit small, but the customer service replace it for me.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
