I have ordered from them more than once. The first order went fine, although the materials were of inferior quality. I ordered again, and although the dress was WAY too small, they refused to do a refund for it--despite the posted 30-day refund rule. I thought maybe that was a fluke and gave them a third try. It was the worst yet. The dress didn't come in for a month, and when I tried to cancel the order, they panicked and shipped it so I would have to pay. I tried to return it unopened for a refund, had to pay the shipping myself, and still have not seen the refund three months later. Buying from FashionMia will get you only inferior, too-small clothes and major headaches if you have to deal with customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE: after posting this review, they got back into contact with me and have supposedly issued a refund. I still would not buy from them.
I am very pleased with ALL of my Fashion Mia finds. I don't shop online often, because of bad experiences with clothing sites in the past. Mainly, because of low quality clothing. I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the items I ordered. Not to mention, it is WAY cheaper than retail. Fashion Mia has made this girl a shop at home believer!
I orders almost $80 dollars worth of merchandize from this scam of a company and after receiving some of the products and seeing that absolutly hurendous quality of them I emailed fashionmia asking for a refund, returned all the items I'd received and asked for those not received to be canceled and following every direction perfectly it has been over 5 months with not a single dollar refunded. This is a fraud of a company that steals peoples money. Don't waste your time nor your money in this disgrace of a 'company'. They are thieves and I will never shop or recemend this site. I've emailed numerous times and after one reply of how to return have been completely ignored.

Be aware, this company is a scam. The product they show in their web site is a poor quality and terribly made, apart of the size far to small. I ordered 2 dresses and after 1 month and a lot of emails, i received just one that is very poor quality. A lot more emails asking about the second dress and no answer, until i started be extremely upset. The customer service is a joking, they try to mislead you and don't answer the question asked. They just try to get time and no respect whatsoever for the customer's right. I asked for a full refund to the value of the dress undelivered and they just ignoring my rights.
After mores emails I received an replay telling me the dress wasn't available and i should order another item or get a credit note.
I am just furious. I want my money back, FULL REFUND.
Thieves, Scam, Fraud... don't buy anything from this company.
So easy to go to the shop look at the quality of the product, try it on and go home with your new dress. I am asking to myself, why do I need to buy a dress online from unknown company in China and wait for months for a product that is rubbish. Wast of time and money. Never ever again. My order took a very long time to get here.
I always order by measurement rather than size so I never have a problem. Not so with this company. I ordered 5 tops. I am an XL in tops. The ones that came fit my daughter who wears a small. A few of the tops she found small in the arms but she can make it work. I gave them all to her rather than have to pay to send it back.

From where do I even begin.
This store has a very bad customer service. The worse I have ever encounter. At first they seem they were trying to fix the issue of delaying a dress ordered then they send an email to replace the unavailable dress. Once the choice of the replacement dress is made, they just went quiet. I've try to make simple order for aver 6 months, the worse is that they do no even border to send you back your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY in HERE, they are better online store than this. They have a beautiful name in terms of business name that's NOTHING ELSE. SO SO SO angry!
Oh by the way, have you ever wondered why, there is no review under the dresses or products and no where on their website? Yep, you guessed it right. They are that BAD.

I ordered 4 dresses from FashionMia. I was a big concerned about the size because the difference in American sizes vs where the dresses are made so I ordered a bit larger than I thought I might need (XXL for a size 8). It was a great decision because the dresses fit perfectly! I have worn them to business meetings, to important dinners, I even wore them on Capitol Hill. They are comfortable, don't wrinkle and are very flattering. I contacted customer service with questions and they were extremely helpful. Honestly, I was surprised to get any response from an overseas company but they were very professional and quick to response. I will definitely purchase from this company again!
I ordered two dresses, one is perfect the other is too small. I sent an email asking how I return the dress and was given instructions. They did encourage me not to send it back by saying the cost of postage will cost more than the dress (incorrect). I followed all the instructions and posted it back within the timeframe. Waited and waited for the refund. I emailed again and was told the parcel had been received and the refund will happen. Next thing I received the parcel back unopened with the words rejected written on it. When I emailed to find out what happend, to date I am yet to receive a reply. So moral of the story is that once they have your money, they will not part with it no matter if you have followed their instructions.

POOR QUALITY - DISHONEST -
I placed an order with this company around February 6th of 2016, I received one item around March 4, from the original order of 4 pieces. After seeing the poor quality of this item, I canceled the unshipped items and requested a refund of $61.65. I have a total of 20 emails from DIANA, ZARA, DAISY, KAREN, LESLIE, DORIS and KITTY. This company will give you the run around. You are better off going to a local discount clothing store. I was promised a refund within days. Today it is July 4th and no refund has been made. The latest email came from Kitty, (I don't think these people are real) I copied it below:

I shopped here almost a year ago around x-mas time. I spent almost $100 on 3 different kinds of leggings, three coats. They still did not send me one of the legging because they did not have the size? I ordered but now it says on my order it was 'dispatched' with no date. The 3 coats were over $50 all together. Although I ordered large, what I got was x-small in size... I have emails back and forth with the 'Alex' guy like a hundred times and all he can tell me was that it is better to give it to somebody that can fit in those because return is going to cost me almost more than the price...? Never heard of that before and I shop online A LOT! I finally got sick and tired of it and decided to let it go... never got my white legging and still have the 3 coats. It was a headache for me for a while but eventually I forgot about it. I was cleaning my closet now and saw those cloths and got really upset again... mostly about the fact that I was cheated! And started thinking about how to vent out and a friend suggested that I write a review about it, great Idea, I did not think about it other wise I would have done it a long time ago... to save some people! DO NOT LET UR OWN MONEY GIVE U A HEADACHE! STOP SHOPPING HERE!

I had a good experience ordering from fashionmia. I ordered 7 items, 5 blouses, 1 skirt and one dress. I was immediately told that one of the blouse was out of stock.
The shipping did take about a month to arrive, but I think it's because its being shipped from China. Once I receive my order, I was not disappointed with the quality. I was impressed. They were all lovely. Plus the prices were excellent.
The customer service was easy to deal with. I dealt with Cassie and she responded to my email inquiries within 24 hours. She was efficient and polite.

I have been really patient with this company! I made an order which I cancelled before it was shipped out due to the fear that it would take longer to come than the time I needed it. So after cancelling within 48 hours I was told that I would be refunded. This was on May 27th. I was told it takes 10-20 days for a refund to be processed which is insane but I was cooperating and being patient. As of today it has been over 1 and half months and I have yet to be refunded! I've been given the run around by numerous people and been told different things. I didn't know that it was this difficult to go to their bank or payment processor and select refund! This is absolutely crazy I spent over $100 and to have to wait so long for my refund. I was gong to recommend others to shop here but at this point my patience has run low and I am not recommending anyone to shop here until I get my refund!

I ordered a dress worth $39, and after following up for a month, they told that the dress is OUT of STOCK. Then, they sent me a mail saying that if I can add extra $5 for the expedite shipping. I was thinking that something is wrong and asked them to cancel it. It's been 3 month, s after giving my credit card details and I didn't receive my refund yet. I have been contacting from so long and they are not even replying back.

First time ordering and I received the dress in a small, which that's what I ordered, but I need to get it in a medium. I spoke with a someone via telephone and was told I would receive the medium size dress in 15 days so if they keep their word I will continue shopping with FashionMia. Great prices on great clothes!

Talked to Kitty, and she/he/it made me believe that would be resolved. It was October 2015. I had to throw away because it was a shame to give to someone else or couldn't even clean the floor of my house.

The clothes is horrible quality, the material- couldn't be worse, all staticky- gives me goosebumps and such an unpleasant feeling.
Trying to get a refund for over three months now - nothing. They keep promising it in 5 days, then 5-10 days, then after June 20th - still nothing.

Update July 13,2016;
After almost two months and 13 days from my initial order, I received my refund in two different transactions first in July 04 and second today. You heard my story and my challenge to get my refund. So it is up to you to shop from Fashion Mia. Thanks to Site Jabber as after I posted my experience, Fashion Mia took quick action to refund my money.

I received a message on July 01 that I will have my refund within 3 days. So I will update my review as soon as I have it in my account.
I ordered about 7 dresses and tops in April 30th, received confirmation. Didn't receive the order, When followed up, they said they didn't have two items and I ask them for a refund. It has been two months, never received the order. Followed up and each time Alex, Coco, Zara, and Nina told me to wait patiently as I will receive the shipment. Yet, I did not. It has been more than 2 weeks, that I asked for a refund and now the same people keep telling me that it is under checking. I filed a dispute, asked for the phone number to call but never got anyone on line. So this morning I received an email from Nina that I receive my refund in early July. Today is June 28th and I am not sure should I wait or report this company.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30.
