Only because I was treated courteously by CS here. The sizes had to come 2 sizes up after I read complaints of small-sized dresses. It was a saver as I didn't have to go through any drama after my purchase. But I don't want to have to do that just to get dresses from this site. Not bad for the price. Fabric is good and delivery was just 2 days longer. Something about it being mixed was the response I got from CS
I had such a great experience with fashionmia. There customer service is great. I had place an order and the dresses didn't fit me right and I asked for a return, they got back to me quick and I was able to return the dresses.
I ordered 4 dresses on June 2nd. I canceled the entire order on June 25th when nothing had shipped yet. They finally shipped 2 of the 4 dresses on July 1st after I had already notified them to cancel the full order and refund my payment. 2 of the 4 dresses have never shipped. The 2 that did ship on July 1st were returned unopened and delivered back to Fasionmia on July 11th. I am still getting a daily run around on why they can not refund my payment.
My daughter was performing in the show Grease so she needed some 50s style clothing to wear. I found fashionmia online, prices were great for something she was going to wear 3 times. Picked out two dresses that she liked and fit her measurements. Ordered them with express shipping. Package came faster than expected. First dress fit well, but zipper was broken. Second dress didn't fit at all. Placed a second order of two different style dresses, again that should fit her measurement. We didn't received that order until after the show was over. I didn't even open the second order. I immediately starting contacting fashionmia to find out how I could return the dresses. Of course there wasn't a phone number to call. Only an email address. SoI I emailed them. They responded within a day or two of every email. Finally, after several emails back and forth, fashionmia gave me an address in the U.S. to return the dresses to. I emailed them when I sent out the dresses with the tracking number. They emailed me back when they received the dresses. So I know the package was received. I was told I would receive my refund within 10-20 days and to notify them if I don't receive it within that time frame. On day 20, I sent an email due to no refund. No response from them. Its interesting that before they had the returned items, I would receive an email response within 1-2 days. But now that Fashionmia has their items, they won't return my emails. Its now going on 23 business days with no response from Fashionmia and no response emails.
I know the prices look great but the quality of the items aren't worth even the small amounts they are charging. Their sizes are completely wrong. Their customer service is horrendous! They kept trying to offer my coupons for further purchases from them instead of refunding my money in the first place. I finally had to be very direct in saying I would never order from them again to finally get them to agree to a refund. I just want my money back. This shouldn't be that hard and time consuming. Save yourself the headache... Don't order from FashionMia!

I would NOT recommend purchasing ANYTHING thru this business. I initially placed my order 2/5/16. Since then I have cancelled the balance of my order which at the time (april) still had not been delivered. Also I have been waiting for my refund since the same time. I have emailed, opened a dispute, have received emails stating my refund is coming... This is unacceptable! DO NOT PURCHASE MERCHANDISE FROM THIS SITE!

First of all I just want to say that while browsing reviews for Fashionmia, I found a mixture of positive as well as negative reviews. So I was confused and not counting on it. But I found that negative reviews are there for almost all stores more or less. So being impressed with price of some tops I thought to give it a shot. I ordered a blue top which was looking so much stunning and the cost was below $10. So I think it would not be a big deal and it gone successful. Everything went proper and all my family members liked the top too. So I agree that there would be some negative points but my process was smooth and there was none like negative. So for now it's 5 stars but let's see further.
Never received the shirt I ordered or the refund I requested in march. It's now july!

My friend Alisa suggested me SiteJabber for exploring each and every product and service with true reviews. So I tried it first for shopping of a blue chiffon dress and have so much boredom to find it at stores. But thanks to SiteJabber as I found a beautiful blue dress exactly I was looking for. The dress is having nice fabric and looks very decent. The price is also moderate and the check out process also carried out smoothly. I am happy with my first online shopping experience. Just 1 star less for the shipping and contact service.
I recently purchased some items from Fashionmia. One item did not fit right. They immediately helped me and gave me several options on what I kind do. I was very pleased with them. Will order again!
Save yourself the trouble and pass on this company. The sizes are all off, the material is cheap, zippers came broken. Then I had a run around for months trying to return the package jumping through hoops. I paid $70 to return it to china as they said and the package was then sent back to me. After 8 months I have yet to have any help and I still have the dresses. It is longer story but just trust me do not buy from this company it is a SCAM!

I bought a dress and I'm happy of my purchase. This store has a good service and an excellent customer support. I was afraid about the size but finally the product was as described in the ad.

The CSR Lesley was the most patient, respectful person I have encountered. My parcel went AWOL - got lost in transit and all her attempts to find were unsuccessful. Lesley tried so many ways to retrieve the package confirming it was lost etc, she recommended a full replacement and offered a coupon slightly higher in value to what I originally paid. It's been a pretty good experience ordering clothes from fashionmia. I got 4 dresses for $70, which is a pretty good deal. Next time, I'll search in the clearance section as well and I can get even more clothes for a good price. The delivery was done on time and the sizes fit beautifully.
I ordered a few pieces of clothing that was clearly available online. But after I paid my money somehow only half of the order was in stock, and I was only sent half of my order and even that took WEEKS! I've ordered clothes online often and have never had such slow or no delivery. After more time I asked about the other "out of stock" pieces that I paid for and was told to choose something else on the site. NO if it wasn't available then say it's out of stock online and and check inventory BEFORE my order and money is processed not over a month later when I had to ask about it. So I demanded a refund on those pieces because I no longer wanted to do business with such a company, I was told my refund would be processed. One month later- NO REFUND YET! Terrible company. Plus the dresses were made out of lining fabric very thin, very cheap. You absolutely get what you pay for. The only reason I didn't give one star is because at least customer service responded quickly after I inquired, and the tank tops I bought were decent.

I ordered a couple of clothes, I emailed before with customer service to choose proper sizes, but despite this all clothes I'v got were in wrong sizes and in very poor quality, so I decided to give everything back. I agreed, by the next few emails with customer service, return policy and according to the instructions I received all goods to the address indicated by fashionmia. Unfortunelly, after few weeks I received the shipment back with a note "REFUSED"! I send a few emails to the company demanding explanations, but there's no answer till now (few weeks)!

I ordered clothing through this site in March this year, and have only received a portion of my order. Twice they have supposedly redispatched packages and both times these have been "lost" in the mail. I was promised a full refund at the beginning of June and have not seen a cent. Each time they promise that it will be processed in 7 days. I have sent numerous emails with copies of their previous replies. They have even asked for me to provide feedback following my order!
They have appalling customer service and are untrustworthy.
I have told everyone I know, NOT to order anything from them.

I love FashionMia clothing, and have been buying there clothing for over two years. In the last few months I had an issue waiting on 3 replacement items. I was getting very upset with the lack of service and feedback to my emails until a wonderful Customer Service Assistance called "HOPE" came to my rescue and her very quick responses to my emails and assisting with the outstanding items was amazing. "Hope" turned by bad experience back around with flying colors. "HOPE" FashionMia should be very proud of you with your wonderful passion for Customer Service to clients, quick responses to emails was fantastic and so reassuring you cared about my problem and treated me with respect as a person and not a number. WELL DONE LOVELY LADY.
I have two seperate orders from this company. They never sent me my clothing NOR did they ever give me a refund. I have wrote a few times asking for my money, they keep promising t my refund and never give it to me. Then they wrote that the disputes I have had with them are resolved and they are not resolved. I never got my money. They are thieves.

Items you see on website are no where near the actual product. Their finished product have no standard at all, colours are faded, sizes are wrong, cuts are awful with the tread running riot all over. You want to return them straight away but that is the greatest mistake ever because they do not acknowledge receipt. They charged me twice and it's over 5 months now no refund. Customer services - only by email (don't try phoning) is not worth it because they are helpless themselves. It is the worst nightmare. I should have come to see the reviews before I fell into their trap. It is a SCAM please Don't buy anything from them.

Hi, i have ordered a few pieces from Fashion Mia, the material is great and shipping is quick. One thing i would advise is to make sure to look at the size as you will need to choose a size bigger then you are used to.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
