I have dealt with customer service from fashionmia several times. The first time was when they contacted me about an order because the items I ordered were on back stock. They asked if I wanted to wait or have the amount credited. I decided to wait and in the process was offered a coupon for being patient.

My next experience was I wanted to do a return of some items because I did not like how they fit or style once I saw them. I contacted customer service and they said that because of the shipping related to the return it would be easier if I kept the merchandise and they would again offer me a coupon for posting a picture of items I did like and making a comment about them. I decided to go for the coupon because several of the clothing items were under $4 and it would have cost 3 times the the amount to ship. Unfortunately, after providing the review, my email within fashionmia site was lost so I had to upload another ticket. After the other ticket was processed; I received an email and an apology for the issue, and was issued a prompt resolution.

Fashionmia has some beautiful clothes at very good prices. Please pay attention to the size and measurements and you should be very successful. I ordered a lot of dresses at a good price that are both office and after five appropriate.

I placed my order with Fashion Mia in January 2016, and had to return 3 out of 4 items for their extremely low quality. I paid $23 for postage, but Fashion Mia refused to accept a parcel (so that not to refund me), and I got everything back. I placed my review on SiteJabber (this - is a 2nd one) after which for a while I felt that the issue would be resolved. It wasn't! For two months there was emails exchange with the company's rep during which I provided all info they requested about the items I'd sent to them for refund, and then they began feeding me with the promises to refund me in 5 business days, in 7 business days and at the end even provided me with "successful" transaction ID #. That all was a lie! I didn't get any money back! Shameless company, shameless staff! Stay away from them! Do not be fooled by their low prices: the quality of what they are selling is extremely low too, and you won't be able to get refunded.

I had great experience shopping from fashion Mia. Although it's way too far from my country I loved buying clothes from there. I have ordered three or four times and each time I received my parcel on time and same products I ordered online. I am very satisfied with their products and the quality. The price is very reasonable and it's worth to buy. Their costumer service is excellent and they always respond me back immediately whenever I contacted them. I would recommend other people to shop from fashion Mia as well. Thank you so much for you great work.

I bought a Medium, White dress and received a Small, Yellow/Green dress (in a completely different style), 3 weeks late. FashionMia refused a refund initially saying "we have no right to refund you money," and insisted I DID order this other awful dress. I even sent back to FashionMia their own order confirmation showing them their error. Then FashionMia offered a third of what I paid back in a refund and said they would "generously" let me keep the wrong dress which I don't want. After 2 months of emails (phone messages are not returned) and Paypal getting involved, they have agreed to refund me in full if I send the wrong dress back to China at MY expense - even though it was FashionMia's error!
FashionMia is a shady operation! They send any garbage not selling out in an order and their customer is out of luck. Save yourself the grief I've experienced and only buy from legitimate company's. FashionMia is not legitimate, it's a scam operation working under several names. FashionMia is only out to part you with your money and leave you with no product.
I've been buying online for years and this is my first experience being scammed by an online company... and the customer service... well, there is none.
UPDATE: After writing this review, I received an email from Fashionmia saying I would be refunded within 5 days (I'm still waiting). Fashionmia, today, accused me of plagiarism with regard to my review on this site and defamation. Fashionmia also stated that I've declined my refund by not contacting them ( I guess a dozen emails aren't enough for them). Shame on you Fashionmia for the distress you cause.
UPDATE, August 21st: still waiting for my refund which FashionMia stated would be within 5 days (on August 5th).
UPDATE, August 27th: no refund yet. Seems to take FashionMia a long time to hit the send button - 5 days has turned into 20+ days.

I ordered 6 dresses from them to Nigeria. 4 was delivered after 4 weeks, two wasn't and they said nothing about it. When I contacted them, they promised to refund my $33.9 as the last two items were out of stock SINCE JULY 1ST. I still haven't gotten my money after series of emails. I gave them my paypal and they are yet to send my money! 5 weeks now!
As a first time customer, It is a shame I was hoping on using them to stock my wardrobe and recommend them to my friends but I curse the day I found their site. They deliberately try to frustrate you on your own refund until they succeed in scamming you of your money!

I bought 3 dresses from them. They delivered them a month late, they were extremely poor quality. After several e-mails back and forth they agreed I could return them. Cost me a fortune to register and track them to ensure they received these. Checked and confirmed they received my returns back. 3 months later I am still waiting for a refund. Each time I email I am told my refund is being processed but still no refund. I'll post another review if I EVER get my refund and warn others about Fashionmia.

I was a bit skeptical when shopping on FashionMia, because the prices are so low. I had ordered some items from Rose Gal, and they only lasted through two washings before falling apart. So I decided to only order one dress from FashionMia just to see the quality of fabric and construction before buying more items. I am very fond of the new gradient printed fabric, and they had a beautiful white to turquoise to navy blue maxi dress with razor back tank top. I received it in a little over a week, and it was lovely, and very nicely made. The fabric is nice and thick, and the stitching is solid. I will definitely order more items, and and will recommend FashionMia to my friends. I also liked that someone personally emailed me to make sure I received the dress, which I thought was a nice touch.

I am very impressed w/this company. The prices drove me to the site. When I received my items I was amazed at their quality. Very nice. One of my tops was too small. When I asked them for the address to return it, I was told that shipping it back would cost them too much money. So, they offered a complete refund, even though it was my fault. I will definitely shop here often. A breath of fresh air in a world that only cares about profit.

On June 2nd, I asked to return a few items. I emailed them and they drove me crazy! Email after email of trying to convince me to agree to coupons and to keep the items instead of returning them! What kind of trustworthy store does that! Finally, after 30 emails back and forth they agreed to give me a refund. Long story short, I was told almost a month ago that it would take 15-20 days for my refund to arrive and IT STILL HAS NOT! I emailed them twice already and they don't seem to be responding! What a shame, I actually thought they were good! Point is, NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY WITH EMAILS AND OFFERS THAT DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE AND THEN THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU!

I ordered 4 items. It took 5-6 weeks before the first 3 items arrived. All too small. Ordered sizes Medium and Large. I would guess they were about a size 0. Very tiny.
I was planning on returning them. But considering that it took so long for the clothes to arrive in the first place. I figured if I return my clothes I won't see the money in a long time if even at all.
I'm just going to give away the clothes to foster children.
If the sizes weren't completely off, the clothes looked good.
I'm currently still waiting on my 4th item. It's been 2 months. I started a chat with a sales rep. She/he told me that my 4th item was out of stock. They didn't consider to contact me about that. She did not offer my money back, just told me to choose a new item for the same price. Ridiculous. This whole thing cost me $60. Worse online experience ever.
They don't seem to know English very well. A lot of spelling and grammar errors. Customer service phone will not get you in touch with anyone.

I ordered an item from Fashionmia since July 9th and until today I did not get it while the website said that the shipping will take 3-5 business days.
I sent several chat in order to have accurate information on the tracking number, but never got any feedback.
Considering different reviews that I read on the net, I am afraid that I will never receive my items.

WARNING! Don't buy from this company. I ordered 6 dress. (their dresses looks so cute online, but watch out!) I was sooo excited, So, I made my order November last year (excited to wear it for the Holidays) But guess what, my excitement vanished since I received half of my order January, and just to find out it was all China, very cheap dress. I was very disappointed. I am still waiting for the rest of my dress only to find out they ran out of stock. So, I canceled it all, and they promised me a refund, after all our messages and their promises... NO refunds until now.
