DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS COMPANY! I purchased a dress back in August that was never shipped due to being out of stock so after a long time and finally finding out this information, I asked for a refund. Which they Said would take up to 25 days to process. I am now in OCT with no refund and currently looking into getting an attorney to get my money back from this thieving company. I kept all records and email of them promising my refund and have yet to receive it and they no longer respond to my correspondence! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I returned unsuitable items according to directions. Then told refund could not be processed back on my visa account although they had no problem taking payment on visa. Instructed to open paypal account which I did. Have waited for months and still no refund. My emails are not answered feel like my money has been stolen. Original order placed in february and here we are over six months later. Will never order again and recommend others to seriously reconsider dealing with this company.
I ordered a dress, checked status a week later - it was 'still processing', the Cust Svc rep said it's out of stock so I requested a refund. I was shocked 2 days later, they emailed me a shipping confirmation. The dress arrived 10 days after that but it wasn't as pictured so I returned it exactly as instructed. I've been emailing ever since. Cust Svc reps say they can only forward request for refund to the finance department which seems non-existent. So, now I'm empty handed.

I need to return order B******* for a full refund including shipping because the tops were not as shown (MUCH shorter) but I can't get a live person on the phone (it says press 1 top leave a message but that doesn't work and then after a while it insists you leave a message but then just disconnects you) and my emails are not being answered. The lady on chat disconnected me after asking for pictures, totally insulting to ask for pictures, and there is no way I can see to attach pics on chat. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service!

I purchased 8 dresses and 4 tops for around $100. I couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. The prints were beautiful. Only 2 of the dresses didn't fit, but customer service gave me options that I am happy with. There was 1 dress that is on backorder.
I got the refund today finally.
However, it took me more than six months.
I was so frustrated during the six months, and will not purchase any product from this company.

I read some reviews before my order and lots people said they received their products over a month. Actually I don't want to order but I really love their clothes. So I tried. Lucky! My products took 6 days to be delivered. Love
I purchased several items from here - nothing looked exactly like the pics of the clothes, similar but not exact. Some items were great. Others, not so much. Sizes are way off and to avoid spending my own money to return items, I gave the clothes away. Shipping would have cost more than the clothes. Also, the Out of Stock items I never received any notification of the status, and only when I inquired about what I had not received, did they offer me either store credit or a refund. I chose the refund, to which I have NEVER received. Even after several emails to them, no refund. I will not be purchasing from Fashion Mia again.

I ordered 9 items and 3 were not available. I was told that they will send me a refund and I never received my refund - approx $45,00 - to date and they have stopped responding to my emails on the status of the refund. This has been going on since early this year.
I would like to confirm that I have now received my credit after many months.

I have a very bad experience from fashionmia. First of all they are not advertising properly. Also their size chart does not match with the actual products. When I ordered 5 dresses they dint send 1 of the dress. The other dresses are short than the actual given sizes on their website. After sending the returned items for the refund they dint reply properly. I think its just system generated messages, I did more than 25 emails still they are just searching for my parcel. Also have sent them my receipt of the parcel but still not received my refund yet. This is ridiculous & just waste of time & money. I advice not to buy this FASHIONMIA products. NO NO NEVER BUY.

I love this site, they have a great variety of awesome products for women. And the pricing is great! I live in the US and the shipping to get it over here and the timing is awesome. They also have very great customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here more.

This is copy of letter I sent them: Fashion Mia I will never be ordering from you again, I will never recommend you to others I know. Don't like how you defrauded me by flash sale description of 2 items I was interested in by the words "one size"----in America that means one size fits all---you don't reveal that one size means you only have one size to sell. Both items came as "medium size" and the filters I had used were for large women. I believe you are fully aware of this sneaky practice that you put on your website. These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
