I received my item in different packages, but although I did, customer service was very helpful and curteous when i realized some items werent up to my standards. I emailed them with my concerns and they were very fast and helpful with everything i needed. Most of the items i loved but somw were too small. When questioned about return or exchange, they offered me a cash coupon to compensate the items that i didnt want or like. They are awesome despite the issues i encountered.
I ordered 6 dresses on 6th september and still i am waiting for my parcel and doing followup with fashion mia and usps. I ordered 6 items and my account of fashionMia shows that 4 items are dispatched and the rest of 2 items have no status. I did followup with usps with the given tracking number but customare care executive of usps said that they didn't receive any item till now and fashion mia executive told me that they sent parcel to usps. All customare care executives of fashionMia have different story don't know whom should i trust.

After submitting this poor review I was contacted by a representative that refunded my $ within 24 hours. It's too bad it took a negative to review to get someone's attention.
I purchased a dress in May 2016, it's now Sept. 2016 and I still don't have my refund. I've sent emails weekly asking where my refund is and when I'll receive it. I will never order from this company again. The dress was poor quality at best. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I ordered a dress on July and I just noticed I have been charged for more staff than I ordered so with in 20 minutes I cancelled the order. Next day I got a confirmation email advising me that I will get my refund soon. Now it's end of September and I am still waiting for my refund. I am so disappointed of the service.

Warning! Please do not order anything from fashionmia if you really value your money. 95% of what you see on their website is not in stock and also not good quality. I ordered some dresses from this company, they shipped out some and told me that they don't have others in stock. It took them up to 2 weeks to let me know what was happening after I was upset with their style. They offered to refund me the items that are not in stock. That never happened till date. That notwithstanding, the items they sent got lost at their customs in Hong Kong, they offered again to refund me in 7-10 days, that never happened, they changed it to 10-15 days, that never happened, changed it again to 10-20 days that never happened. Till this moment I never received the items or my refund. All their staff: Alice, Yolanda, Mandy, Catherine, Lesley, Diana and others that I did not list here were all writing me with false hope that I will get my refund but never did. As at the moment, they still have my money (Up to $100 worth of goods) as well as all the items I ordered. Paypal contacted them but all they did was to offer paypal $35 partial refund out of order that worth $100. I declined that offer. After that they stopped communicating to me. Paypal even made me to return the only Item that I received from them. After doing so, I still did not receive my refund or the items. PLEASE FELLOWS, DON'T BE FOOLED MY THE BEAUTY OF THE PICTURES YOU ARE SEEING ON FASHIONMIA WEBSITE. If you are ordering from outside China where this people base, don't waste your time and money else you will loose all of them as I did. I am currently working with a company to get my money back from this frudsters. I will update the outcome here once completed. Stay away from fashionmia!. Be warned!

Awful. I placed an order in January. I received part of the order most of which were poor quality and different sizes even though the same size was ordered. By March part of the order remained unfilled and I tried to chase it up. The response was unhelpful and simply said it would be shipped when it was ready. In April I initiated a cancellation, I was told several times my money had been refunded and it most definitely has not. At one point I received an email saying I could receive an instant refund via an app which required my credit card details and social security details, when I queried this I was told it was an employee trying a scam! After 5 months of trying to get a refund I sent them an email saying I officially gave up on trying to get my money back and they didn't even respond to it! Useless and rubbish don't even come close to my experience. I wish I had never heard of them. All I can do is urge you not to repeat my mistake. Awful, awful, awful.

I ordered a dress on Aug 3 rd, received a mail after 5 days that it was out of stock, I opted for refund option. I have sent 19 mails on this, still they keep saying it's in process. Have a very frustrating experience, people do not ever get dress from here, their service is unbelievable.

No stock for some items bought in January 2016. Promised refund during mid 2016. Told me braintree account has fault, which was why refund was not transferred. Asked me for Paypal account in August, which I had provided, but up till now no refund has been made to Paypal account. Emails sent in August were not replied to.
I returned the stuff I bought from this site on July 28,2016 but did not see my money back. The reps promise me that I will get my refund but it is taking forever and I am really tired of the back and forth with them with no result.

I made a purchase in Jan 29,2016 which i was charged for accordingly on my credit card. The receipt said "we will process your order and dispatch it within 2-5 days"
I contacted Fashion mia end of february (1 month later) as i had not received my items and was leaving for vacation in march. The representative promised to cancel my order as they couldnt deliver in time and i would get my money refunded within 10-20 days.
In MAY i still didnt have my money back and kept getting promising emails from the same representative (Hope).
Finally in June she asked me to provide a paypal account to get my money back because "our account which used to issue the refund has been frozen?! What!
First of all there is nowhere during the purchase that there was a mention of paypal as i would have never made the purchase if the business cannot return my funds directly to me.
2ndly terribe customer service with no resolution todate. It is SEPTEMBER i am still waiting for my money or the items i purchased

Since it is international transaction, money will through some transaction platform like PayPal and Braintree. However, now it has something wrong of Braintree in China, so we cannot use it to do any transaction but you paid us through it. Money should be refunded through the same way as it was sent to us. So our customer service would like to know your PayPal account and we will send the money directly to your PayPal account which is the most convenient way. But if you haven't a PayPal account, please offer me your card number and I will ask my financial department to send the money to your card. But I have to mention that Money transfer through bank will be charged very high processing fee on both side (seller and consumer).

I am sorry to say that my experience with Fashionmia has not been good. I emailed Fashionmia to explain the problem and was told that I would receive a refund when they received the items. I returned the dresses in July in their original packaging as per the instructions on the return policy, paid for the postage, then emailed Fashionmia the list of items returned and the UPS tracking number. As yet (September), and after multiple emails to customer service, I have not received a refund. My experience with Fashionmia has not been good.

I ordered a bunch of clothes but most of them had the wrong size so I ended up returning them for a refund. I have been communicating with multiple customer service reps promising that the refund is coming. The items I returned were received in the La Puente, CA location on 7/11/2016 and I still have not received my refund. This customer service is unacceptable.

My experience with Fashion mia is awful. Business is the civilize world is not done with lies. I placed an order on their website on July 11th, 2016 and final order arrived today September 1st 2016; this is ridiculous. My advise to customer is if you are in a hurry don't buy here; go somewhere else where time is respected.

Please note they are now on the East Coast, No longer in California. Occasionally the size chart is incorrect. I love 3 out of 4 I purchased. I'm exchanging one for a size larger. These are unique items. I love the purple floral, got it in a L, I'm generally a 12 petite. With this garment I am exchange for an XL. I retuned one dress last week, waist was smaller than the size guide. Hips and bust were fine. The pink lace trimmed blouse is perfect any ocassion. There are 2 I'm returning, one for a larger size, one didn't work for me. The rest of the order, I can't wait to wear.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Answer: Fashion Mia took months for my order to arrive. Cheap, flimsy material. No tags. One blouse I bought, I couldn't even fit it over my head. Donating to Goodwill. What a scam.

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
