Over 7 months ago I placed an order with Fashionmia and cancelled it before it was shipped. I still have not received credit on my VISA. They always seem to have issues, say they already refunded me, then say it will take 3 months to process. They are total thieves and after an exhausting amount of emailing back and forth they just don't respond at all. I never received my refund. BUYER BEWARE.

This company is terrible and I will NEVER shop on line again with any company.
It has been almost a month (September 13th until now) and I still have not received a refund back to my credit card. They gave a lame excuse about the refund, and I am not having it. I filed a formal complaint to the FTC and am now going to contact my credit card company to have them handle it.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FASHION MIA! The garments are poorly made and I regret ever seeing this "online store". This is one of the multiple responses from this place:

Well, I ordered 3 items back in February 2016.

I received 1 of the items in late April. That item did not resemble the one I ordered.
The other two items that still had to be sent out, were cancelled after I wrote an email.

And now things get really funny. I ordered as a "guest" and paid with my MasterCard; so no account. Just wanted to see how the website's quality was.

I wrote a mail to the Customer Service(CS), that I liked to get my refund on my MasterCard back. Their financial department had technical security issues or something.
2 months later, they told that this could only be done via PayPal. I did not have a PayPal account, so I asked for another solution.

The CS told me that I can order something else from their website as long as my refund sufficed. Well, I did not. Why should I? 3 items, one was sent, the remaining ones were not even sent till I cancelled the order two months later...

So it had to be PayPal or credit on my FashionMia Wallet. I did not want either. I just wanted to have my money sent back to my MasterCard.

End of August I got a PayPal account just to see if that would work. So I sent the CS my PayPal account, they tell me that this will take 2 days to process.

Nothing came. So I wrote again. MasterCard still cannot be used for the refund because their financial department still has issues (half a year later!). Now they offered me the option FashionMia wallet again. How am I supposed to have a FashionMia wallet if I ordered as a Guest without an account? Did you create one for me? Without my consent? I do not know.

I said no, sent me my money back. You have my MasterCard info, you have my PayPal info, so try them.

It is October 11,2016, 8 months after my order. I still have regular contact with the CS to get my money back. I really would like to see my money till the end of this week. I really do.

So would I order something again? No, definitely not. Would I recommend this website to anyone? No, definitely not.

The only positive thing I can say is that the CS answers quickly. It would look more professional, though, if those emails were written in proper English. However, you deserve the 1 star rating.

Verything is great quality and you get what you pay for even if every dress I buy is $5 it's worth it. I usually wear them to office and gets huge compliments for all my dresses

The clothes are really cute and look pretty much like the photos. No, the quality isn't AMAZING, but it is better than most of what you'll find online or even at your average store. Prices are really decent but when they not offer free shipping AND returns,.\

I have had absolutely no problems with FashionMia. On average, I receive the clothes within 15 days with their free shipping option.

Overall, great service and cute clothes And when I do choose to keep the dresses I've ordered, I get many compliments on them.

I'll definitely keep shopping here!

Fashion Mia is the worst company ever - and a bunch of thieves!

Their size chart is completely off. I orders 5 medium sized items. 3 of them fit my friend who is a size 0, the other 2 were a small at best.

Cheap - I wouldn't even say you get what you pay for. One wear & the clothes look old and tattered. One wash & you clothes are done.

Fashion Mia steals from customers. I returned the 3 items that were way too small. I tracked my package and confirmed it was received at the warehouse. When I hadn't received my $55.80 refund after 2 months, I filed a complaint. I was told that since I no longer had my UPS tracking number, there was nothing they could do. They didn't even bother to try looking for my package, didn't even offer a credit, or didn't even bother to try to do the right thing... which would have been to try to provide good customer service and give me a refund. I was asking for a full refund, just a refund on the items I returned. I will NEVER shop here again, and will make sure that no one I know does either. No morals and unethical.

I ordered 7 items. 6 of the items came in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately nothing fit - sizing runs small. That is a risk of ordering on line. I contacted customer service and told them I needed to return the items and asked for instructions on where to send them to - at my expense. Their first response was to try to give me a $10 credit to their website. I replied to that email by again requesting where to return the items. I was given an address in flushing NY. After they confirmed receipt of the return they are only willing to give me a credit to their website and won't refund my credit card. After another email request (no answer at phone number provided) I am still waiting for them to refund my money - not to give me a credit to their website.

I was so happy to find the Fashionmia website. I googled inexpensive clothing and was led to this site. I am very pleased with the merchandise I received. The quality was good. I bought six articles of clothing for a little over $50.00! You can't beat that! The only drawback was that my package took over a month to arrive so I was not sure if the website was legit but I am sure now that I know the merchandise has to come all the way from China I will order again. I just need to be patient. A suggestion would be that the clothing needs to have instructions for washing.

I bought four dresses, the material were inferior and the fit was not at all good for me. I corresponded with three customer care reps, Daisy, Kelly and Catherine. I was informed where to send the items and email the postal tracking number so that they can track the package. I was inform that i would received my refund upon receipt of the items. Fashion Mia return the items back to me without even a note or email as to why they have return it. I have tried their contact number *******387 only to be told that the number is out of service. I HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER COMPLAINT BOARD AND NEW YORK CONSUMER AFFAIRS BOARD.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF DEALING WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE LAND'S END. THEY WILL BEND OVER BACKWARD TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

If you order from this company, you better like their items, because should you want a refund for anything, you'll be waiting a long time to get your money back! I had placed an order with them back on August 28th, and canceled that order within 20 minutes after reading the reviews. The order was still pending when I had canceled, and yet, here it is 30 days later, and they still won't credit my PayPal account! They're holding my money when I didn't even purchase anything... they admit in emails, that my order has been canceled before the order has even been placed! No reputable company would do this! Customer beware!
