I was extremely pleased with the ease of ordering and paying and the items were shipped in the time frame indicated. I was skeptical about the quality of the fabric, but MUST say I was pleasantly surprised. The floral printed dress is a lovely fabric and for the price it is definitely a great addition to your work wardrobe:-). The sizes do run a bit small but it was very easy working with customer service in getting the right sizes. Will definitely be purchasing from FashionMia again!

I have been purchasing from Fashion Mia for several years now. I have had only one dispute regarding items that were different than what was pictured and that was resolved promptly. The Styles, The Fit, The Quality and the on-line representation are very satisfying. You really have to look at the sizes and measurements and make sure that you have allowed room for movement. The measurements are exact. The prices are amazing and the ordering is efficient and fast. The arrival time is reasonable based on where items are coming from. The Customer Service Team always checks to make sure that all of my orders have arrived. The customer service is impeccable; I feel like I know the team personally. Im always left with the feeling that they actually care about my satisfaction.

I had terrible experience with fashionmia. I ordered 4 items. Then they told me 2 were out of stock (why they couldn't figure that out during oder process?). They could give me as fashionmia credit. I insisted "no". Since that's their problem, they should refund me. They said ok, but it didn't send money back for a few days. After all the emails exchange with them, first was telling me they had IT issue, then other reason. Finally after more than 3 weeks, they refunded me. I knew the size could be small. So I ordered the items 2 size up. One fits ok. The other jacket was way too small. I wanted to return, but you have to pay shipping cost, and then deal with the refund. They suggested I could give my cloth away and they gave me $9 credit. Well, I am not planning to buy from them anymore. I learned my lesson. I do most my shopping online. This is the worst experience I had.

The service from the team and value of the products are fantastic and I cannot fault them

I placed an order on 10/18/2016 my order was deducted from my account and it is now November 14,2016 and my order is still processing. They first said that my order was processing. IT was processing for over two weeks. Althought the website said Payment confirmed theu said it was showing not oaid on their end. FINALLY after the gettung the transaction # They claimed it would ship immediately. A WEEK LATER IT IS STILL SHOWING PROCESSING What the heck...

I ordered two dresses through Fashionmia and absolutely love them! Great value for money and dresses feel very nice on. Cant wait to wear them! From the time I ordered them they took less than two weeks to arrive. My only advice would be to carefully check the size, and would probably opt for a size bigger. I had contact with the customer service team through Cassie and had very prompt responses to my questions. So overall I am a happy customer!

I ordered this top form my 13 year old granddaughter. She is 5'4" and 120 pounds, so I ordered her a medium, because she prefers her tops to be a little loose rather than tight. It fit her perfectly. My photos show it as pink, but it is actually a very pretty burgundy color.

It is a very pretty top. It has a scoop neck with 6 decorative metal pieces that give it that extra special something. It is made of 89%nylon(Chinlon)+11%polyurethane elastane fiber(Spandex), so it is lightweight and soft, but stretchy too. The sleeves are a single layer of fabric and slightly see-through, while the body is double layered and thicker. There is pleating at the top under the scoop neckline that ends at the bottom with a fitted waistband.

This is a pretty top that can be worn with jeans or leggings, or even with dress pants for a dressier look. The only issue I have with this top is the instructions on the product page that "Please wash separately, recommended Hand Wash, no machine wash or brush wash". My granddaughter is not going to hand wash this, she is going to throw it in the washer, so we will see how long it stands up to that. To me that is a major issue with this top, so I deducted one star.

I got the exact item I was look for and the item matched the exact description. I bought a dress and I bought it a size bigger then my actual size and it fit well. The processing and shipping process took a while though. I purchased my thing on October 15 and got one item on November 2nd but that was the only problem
