When ever I contacted Fashion Mia, whether it was by email or by phone, they always answered me in a timely manner. They always answered my questions and treated me respectfully. They were extremely helpful. They tracked my orders and sent me updates until my orders arrived. I am very happy with the customer service I received and because of it I would definitely order from them again.

I have just received my FashionMia order after only 12 days of placing my order. Everything is beautiful, just like it's pictured and fits perfectly, and I got them for such low prices! I ordered a coat and 5 bodycon dresses. All items were between $5.95 & 17.95... can't beat that in a mall any day. I modeled them for my husband and teenage daughter and they loved each piece. I am definitely going to be placing more orders!

I would to start off by saying that everything got delivered in a timely manner. The quality of clothes is very cheap I would not buy anything from there again. I will be buying my clothes in person instead, i don't recommend people to buy from here, outfits look different online then when u receive them

I have placed several orders with FashionMia several times over the past year. Usually it goes smoothly. This last order is a nightmare. My order status says "Payment Confirmed" and my credit card was charged. The clothes have shown "Processing" status for the last 4 weeks. I contacted customer service about this and they told me they need a 17 digit transaction # from my bank for the order so I called American Express and they have a transaction # but it not 17 digits. So I give this information to Fashionmia customer service and they tell me they had a glitch in their system and my order was not followed up on and for me to check my paypal account for that 17 digit # but I don't have a paypal account. Uuugghh.

I love this site this was my first time ordering from here and I am absolutely pleased with my order! I ordered a dress and a coat and I love the both all's very good quality of clothing! I was skeptical at first but now I will be ordering from fashionmia.com from now on!
I made the mistake not checking the size chart, when I received the dresses I ordered I found my mistake, I emailed FashionMia and they replied the same day with their exchange policy, they were friendly and helpful. When I received the dresses they were beautiful, exactly like the pictures, no surprises. I recommend FashionMia to everyone.

The sizes aren't always accurate, but still worth it especially since the clothes are affordable. All the dresses I purchased from here are something I've been wearing to work, and always receiving compliments about it

Getting to be up scale fashion wise was my concern but finance and budget were big hindrances. When I got to know FashionMia, it was like myth busters over again. I am able to get high end fashion at a cheap price. Quite a bargain. My clothes arrived on time through a courier and they fit perfectly too. If you are not shopping at FashionMia, take my word for it. You will be wearing New York and Paris at a bargain price.

A few months ago, i received some extra items with my order. Make arrangment with the customer service to send the items to the other customer in exchange of an extra piece for me.
Much appreciated your kind support here! It happens though few that carrier might misdeliver parcels to the customer not supposed to get it.
