Placed an order on the 11th, emailed asking why I did not get the free shipping listed on their website, got told the promo started after I placed my order ( no time frame on free shipping just said free shipping 11th -14th.) It took their rep two days to get back to me, so on the 14th they were advised to cancel the order. Done right? No. They sent the order anyways after I cancelled it and then tried to tell me that I didn't cancel in the 24 hour timeframe. Well I hate to tell you people in china, but in America, when you place a charge on a credit card without permission, that is called FRAUD. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and am refusing the order when it comes in. I will get a full refund and I advise that NO ONE do business with these thieves.
BEEN WAITING 4 MONTHS AND THOUGH SPENT OVER $100 USD STILL WAITING. I EMAILED TO CANCEL ORDER AND WOE BEHOLD, THE DAY I DID THAT THEY MIRACULOUSLY EMAILED BACK CAN'T REFUND AS THEY HAD ONLY JUST SENT MY COAT. THAT TOO WAS OVER A MONTH AGO, AND NOTHING HAS TURNED UP. THEY RIP YOU OFF, CONDESCEND YOU WITH THEIR RESPONSES AND LEAVE YOU FRUSTRATED, ANGRY, AND UNHAPPY.
I placed an order, later cancelled, already three months waiting for my refund... they keep blaming the system... ridiculous!

You can make a lot of money if you can just do the right thing. I ordered 8 outfits and as soon as I read the bad reviews I quickly cancelled my order. I place one order instead and if it works out well I will order more.
Why dont you write in BOLD that U. S customers should order Xxl for someone that wears large. This is what I did and I hope it works when I receive my order.
Please please do not trust this website and company. I ordered few tops from this website all of same size small. But all the tops have different sizes.

Warning - orders to Canada take 3 months or more - still waiting for one XXS I ordered large but orders must be according to infants in China as none of the four items fit so far. I did use their charts for reference so if you are a medium order XXL. Don't use this site cannot believe people are actually happy with this garbage.
First of all, it took 3 weeks before I received my package after I paid 10 dollars for the shipping. I bought 4 clothes with price around 12 dollars average. Only 1 I really like, 1 is ok, 1 has a hole on it when it arrived with very messy sewing seals on one of the cuff, 1 does not look like the picture at all. When I email the customer service, even after I gave them the order number and the photo of the clothes with the hole, still took them a while to figure out which clothes I bought. Then, they told me that according to their policy, I should just "fix" the clothes myself and they will pay me 3 dollars when I purchase next time. Really? Am I buying second hand clothes? I have to say that their website pictures seemed really nice and appealing, but if I have to take chances on every clothes I buy, I rather do a US company where I can probably get full refund without being asking to fix a supposedly brand new clothes.

I ordered two dresses from this website for my trip to Miami! First off it took a super long time to get my dresses. Second I went by they size-chart and got an XL to be on the safe side just in case the Large didn't fit. When I got the dress it didn't fit me at all. My little sister that is 13 and wears a small fits the dress perfect. My other dress didn't look like the picture at all. It was a very bad experience. That was my first and last time ordering from this website!
Do not buy from this company, the dress i received is absolute rubbish! 19cm or so shorter then it was meant to be. Horrible sewing... See through. Their response "give it to someone it will fit as a gift" all I want is my money back! So I was offered a $4 coupon. Then got told if I write a good review I will get a $24 coupon..

Reading the reviews on this company, it sounds as though the positive reviews are all written by someone whose first language is not English. The adjectives used to describe the clothing is almost not the most "appropriate" to describe clothing, and they all follow the same themes: excellent quality of clothes, excellent customer service, fast shipping. Meanwhile, all the negative reviews sound like they are from real customers. I smell a rat.
I forgot I had a sitejabber account and, I just remembered. I know my review is extremely late but, I'm doing this to warn others so I guess it's better than nothing. A while back feb. 11th, I ordered 5 items. I received an email feb. 27 saying my items been shipped, (it was shipped late because the holiday) but then I noticed that only one item was shipped and I needed those clothes for an event so, I decided to cancel and ask for my refund. They responded by saying it'll take 7-15 days to refund me which, was a bit odd but, I waited. 7-15 days later... NOTHING! I message them again asking for my $111.29 refund. They said it'll take a few more days to get my refund. Few days later, they try to ship my order on the DL! I message them again, asking for my refund. By the way it's march now. They respond by saying we'll refund you in april. WHAT?! But I wait... April comes anf this is what that send me.

I waited sooooo long! So I decided to file a complaint to BBB. I'm glad I did because they got me my refund! I finally received my $111.29 refund April 16th, NEVER AGAIN!
Not only did the dress I ordered take 6 weeks to arrive. What I received was a cheaply made imitation of what was pictured online. Wrong color, wrong fabric, wrong size, wrong length, wrong neckline. Ridiculous return policy.
My order was 3 months ago and I never received it. The customer service was downright terrible because they weren't helpful

I have always loved Fashionmia.com store. I received my first order Elegant Chiffon Tribal Printed Maxi-dress with Fashionmia.com just recently and their site seems consistent with the same commitment to quality and service. I would have given it 5 stars except the navigation of the checkout experience was a little confusing.

I'm very pleased from this store & want to say that FashionMia is very good site for overall shopping for women. There are plenty of offers that makes you happy.
