I placed an order back December 2014 for a total of 4 dresses. Took several many months to receive two I am still waiting on the other two dresses, status still says processing. I have sent several emails, I have filed two disputes and never a response. This company is a complete joke. I personally would not refer any one to do business with this company. I placed my order 12-19-2014, I got an email 12-19-2014 regarding my payment was successfully processed and normal process would be 3-5 days before dispatched, 12-26 I sent the customer service department a email, got a response same day that I would hear from a consultant within 48 hours, well it's been almost 6 months, no correspondence and my order is still not fulfilled. I have no choice but to call this a scam. What legit company would think it is okay to hold on to my money this long without making good on the order, or simply refund my money.

I order 4 products on April 3,2105. Today is June 2. I still have not received any of my order.
At first I was calm and enquires about it. I have nothing but trouble since then. They don't give a straight answer when your asking for assistance. Two months is more than ridiculous when the website clearly states 7-15 business days.

They have cheated me out of money, won't give a direct answer either. I've dealt with 3 different people on the matter and they say it's on it's way. Lying bunch of thieves.
I would never recommend using this company to my worst enemy!

I just got some stuff from the END OF SEASON SALE, great! I got a Stylish Halter Chiffon Polka Dot Maxi-dress, which is awesome. It fits true to size and looks even better in person versus the website, it looks really good on me, I am very tall. The quality of the fabric is very good. I also got a pair of shoes and some blouses. The only problem in my opinion is the shipping, it is way too long. Like 20 business days, that is almost a month, but the package came in great conditions.

I ordered 2 dresses almost 3 wks ago and still awaiting delivery. I have emailed customer service and their replies are in broken English and not very helpful. Was recommended to Fashionmia by a friend who’s recently become obsessed with online shopping as I have. The prices they have are at very reasonable ones, but this is also accompanied by a relatively slow delivery time, as it took a few weeks before it shipped to the US. This is understandable due to customs, but it would be great if they updated their courier or something. The dresses I ordered were very nicely made, the material was good, and is what you get for the price you pay. They have very unique clothing designs and everything fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear. Will be back!

I was on the search for a nice dress online. I got a referral from a friend to visit Fashionmia among other sites. I took her advice although I had never heard of this site before. I checked out the ones I knew first. Then I came to this site. I never looked back since then. The clothes were unique and had pocket friendly prices. I was intending on buying a blouse but found the Lady Like Campus Round Neck Short Sleeve Chiff. I could not get my eyes off it. I made the purchase after confirming the mode of payment was safe. I had to wait for a month and was not happy about this. I was really pissed off that the delivery took like forever especially coz the dress was really gorgeous. After getting it, the dress was amazing. The quality was nice. It looks like something that will last long.

Fashionmia is a good online store. I loved the clothes they had on their site. The variety of unique apparel was amazing. And the website itself was good. It was user friendly and easy to navigate. I was looking for a number of items and thought maybe I will find them at different stores preferably looking for discounts and unique clothes at the same time. On visiting Fashionmia, I knew it was my lucky day. I found almost all of their items were on offer. I danced around then settled and started looking for the clothes I wanted. Eventually, I ended up buying more clothes coz the total amount was within my budget. My favorite piece was the Trendy Round Neck Lace Solid Short sleeve Tee. It took long to receive but I was patient and got the clothes after a long while. I loved every piece, I even called the customer service commending them on their quality and that they should just make delivery faster.

If there is something I love, its discounts. I was referred to Fashionmia with a friend. She said that I would totally love the site. And it was true. It has a wide variety of clothing that is mostly on discounts. Their skater dresses were to die for. Quite unique. I chose one. The Woman's Round Neck Chiffon Floral. It looked so fancy. I made the payment once I ensured that the mode was secure. I waited for about three weeks then got the item. The dress was slightly different from the picture but it was still good enough. I would appreciate that things would work out well if you actually put the real picture of the dress, not some altered one or a slightly different one.
But overally, the site is good. Not much to complain about. The customer service was good as well, quite friendly.
