Sorry for my late reply. We had a holiday in these days and i came back office today.
Thank you for your order, but we are sincerely sorry to inform you the size problem since there might be some differences between Chinese size and US size.
According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
If you want to send the items back, the return-shipping fee, which is costly in some cases, needs to be afforded by yourself. So we do suggest that you keep the items and give them to someone else who may fit into them.
A coupon will be offered to you as a compensation for your future purchase.

Everything was better than expected. The clothes were neatly packed, no wrinkles. The quality was great, especially considering the price. Shipping was pretty fast. I did order a size up. I am 5'2 and I weigh 125lbs. I ordered large. I did have a question about my order and received a response from Mandy within 24 hours.
I ordered a jacket from FashionMia and it was exactly what I wanted. The size was a bit small for me, however, the customer service helped me to get the product that I wanted without any inconvenience. I will certainly buy from them again.
I so wish I had read these reviews before ordering as the dresses and coats are such a big disappointment.
Basically, the sizes are all wrong as they are made for midgets - way too small. The quality is appalling and terrible as the material is so cheap and tends to be used for cheap costumes. The quality of the finishing is terrible too and the dresses are not lined. The website and photographs are very very misleading.
Customer service is non existent. I sent email to service@ fashiomia.com and asked to return the goods. Eventually I received an email from Alex on the customer service team requesting my order number. I promptly replied only to find that my email is being blocked by their server.
The other issue is that when you want to return your order then you have to pay the postage and shipping and this will probably work out more expensive than the original order. This is totally a scam.
I just want to return the goods and get my money back! I subscribe to the Which magazine and I will be notifying about this site. Also I will be contacting PayPal to notify them about this site too..
I have been very satisfied with their small prices, retro looking clothes. One of the dress I ordered was not fitting me though but the customer service followed up with me and helped me getting satisfaction
How to retune the coat? Bad quality! Bad material.

If I could give no stars I would. These guys are bad, if I hadn't paid via PayPal, I would never have got my money back.
My order was showing as processing for 2 months. Having allowed ample time, I decided to contact them via their webpage. Overnight my order had totally vanished from their website and I'd received no reply!
I did go to PayPal resolution page and they leave you a msg to contact them via email with any problems before opening a dispute. I thought I'd do the correct thing and send them an email. Almost immediately got an email back asking from them asking for PayPal transaction ID. Weird, considering I'd sent a screenshot of the transaction along with my email. Nothing heard back so I opened a dispute directly with PayPal. The following day money was back in my account.
Imagine not paying via PayPal... first they disappear my order off their website, and from other reviews I've read on the internet there's no easy way to contact them directly, apart from email.

Items look completely different than photos and terrible quality. Completely unhappy with orders and will not order ever again. Only received half of order thus far and am sorry I ordered so many items. Black dress shows sleeves to elbows, but one I received has short sleeves and is also cheap disgusting material (that Halloween costumes are made of). A striped hooded dress is shown to be to the knees, but comes extremely short, right below my underwear - huge difference. Also cheap material. Black jacket looks great in the photos on the website, but flairs out too much and does not look good. Beige long trench coat is horrible, cheap quality and will not be worn at all. The four items I received will be going in the trash. Terrible, terrible. Never again. The photos do not match the products received.
I bought 2 dresses and I got them yesterday. They don't even look like de picture. The quality is awful, very, very poor. It never happened to me something like this. One dress doesn't even have any label. They look like they are made by somebody who doesn't know anything about tailoring. How can they sale something like this? I feel like I was robbed. Shame!

I ordered 3 shirts and 1 pair of pants. Paid extra for express 2-5 day shipping. 30 days later, I received the 3 shirts, and they were very poorly made. I still have not received the pants; they still say "processing ". Should have read the reviews before I ordered, but I was so excited about the discounted prices. Cheap costs, cheap product. The labels are all in Chinese, and have no how-to care information. I am honestly afraid to wash them because I feel like they will fall apart.
Your items will never ship until you inquire about why they are stuck in processing. It will take days for them to respond. You will be told some items are ready to ship. Few days later you will recieve email saying the final items have been cancelled by their collegues. They offer cash coupons which amounts to in store credit. In my case when asked if i would accept that and I replied "no" They email now comes back undeliverable. The same email I had been replying to for all other inquires. This company is a scam. At this point it has been over 1 month and I do not have any items orders or any refunds. Unfortunately, I read reviews after I ordered. There were many reviews on many site same exact story.

Ordered a coat from them and took forever to come. Then when I got it was not the same coat I saw online. I asked for a 3xL and I got a coat that fits a petite women. It was not great quality at all. Looks like a 12 year starting to sew made the coat. It was not a heavy coat at all was like a spring sweater. Horrible will not order from there again. I rate a 1 but I really didn't even think they deserve that.

It took 3 1/2 months to get my order. I live in Alberta Canada and placed an email order in Nove/15. Got first piece in Jan/16. Last 2 items second week in Feb/16. Items ordered I would not put in a bargain bin at Salvation Army they were so badly sewn threads hanging off of seams, uneven hemlines and material was so thin a window screen has more coverage. I sincerely hope you have better luck than I did.
I ordered two items from you and I have been tracking my order, it said processing for quite some time and then it said it was cancelled and now on your website, there is no information on my order. My account has been charged. Why have I not been either refunded or sent my items? I would not recommend you to anyone. Also I read that on cancelled orders that if it is outside of 24 hours you charge 15%. Since I did not cancel this transaction, I should be exempt from this charge.

These clothes are absolute junk and no matter what your size you will be wasting your money if you choose to spend it on FashionMia's inferior, cheaply made clothes that look nothing, in real life, like the picture on the website. Oh and btw, my order too 3 months to get to me and when it did, two of the items fell apart at the seams as I took them gently from the bag they were shipped in. Answer: At this point you might wait to get your order and then if not right then send back. It is going to cost alot of $ to return items because they go back to China and it is very EXPENSIVE! Good luck! It was a Nightmare for me!
Answer: Cancel. My advice is to just cancel. They haven't shipped their garbage yet, so if it's not too late, it's your best bet. The quality is the worst and they are extremely rude and unhelpful. If it's too late dispute directly with your credit card company or PayPal (whichever you used)

Answer: Yes. This Company and their "products" are in China. The shipping cost to return merchandise is the purchaser's responsibility and is often equal to the cost of what your purchased. I chose to take a $15.00 refund instead of Paying full postage to return the merchandise in order to get a refund. In order words it would have cost me $30 to receive of refund of $30. I hope you are satisfied with your purchase. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Answer: It was impossible for me to find a phone number for them. I sent all questions I had to their email. They responded usually within 24 hours, however never quite answered any of my questions or concerns. Then they slapped a bogus tracking number on my order and have not responded to a single email since 12/21/15. Still no order received or even able to track. They are a sad joke on me.
