I was very excited when I found this website. I placed a very large order of about 15 different types of shirts and sweaters almost a month ago, spent a lot of money and still have not received anything. They updated "my order" on their website stating they shipped my merchandise out in 3 separate shipments so far. They added the tracking information so I clicked on the track button and it takes me to some EC First Class website. The last update on there was that it departed the FedEx location on 1/2/16, but doesn't give a FedEx tracking number or anything. I contacted FedEx to see if they could help and they do not show anything shipping to my address. I have tried to contact Fashionmia and you just get a recording to leave a message, but it just disconnects you instead. I really do like the clothing they have on their website and was really hoping it was legit cause I would love to continuing ordering from them, but not if I can't get in touch with anybody or a response to an email or actual tracking information. I think I am just going to have to contact the Better Business Bureau, FTC among other and file complaints.

-Item Quality: It looks like when children have a fashion show and they let them make their own outfits. The material is so tacky the dollar store has nicer clothes. I would not give this clothes to my worst enemy to wear!
-Shipping Wait: Ordered more than a month ago, 1/3 of the horrible clothes have arrived. It said 7 business days not 7 business weeks.
-Return Policy: If an item arrives damaged, wrong size, or just plain ugly! All expense to ship that item back is on you! They send terrible quality clothes and still charge you to return them to CHINA!
-Customer Service: I emailed them through contact and yet have not gotten a response. I began to get frustrated and submitted a dispute in which they answered the next day. Although they are faster at responding through dispute all they do was send me was information I already knew and were not much help.
***Awful and stressful experience in general, do not waste your time and spend a little more on something else instead of falling for these "low prices".

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 2 coats on 12-08-15 and still have no items 01-05-2016 almost a month. They have no contact phone number that should have been my RED FLAG not to order but the show such nice cloths at nice prices(that's the catch). I've email them 3 times with one reply change of size and two lies "This is to confirm that your request has been received. Our customer service will get back to you within 48 hours". No one has contacted me YET.

I wish I'd googled this site before I ordered with the company. As others have said, the fabric is very cheap quality and is unlike the pictures on-line. The first package didn't arrived until 1 month after I ordered it, and it took over 2 months! For the entire order to arrive as it slowly trickled in, one package after another. Most of the dresses do not fit, but if you want to send them back, you have to pay international shipping to China! I'm hesitant to do that since I don't know if they'd ever arrive or if I'd ever get my money back. I suppose I'll just be donating the clothes to a charity instead. I guess the old adage is true here, "You get what you pay for."

I have bought a few items now from Fashionmia and the quality is generally good for the bargain prices-you get what you pay for. The fit tends to be complementary especially for hour glass physiques. Any queries or issues have been addressed relatively swiftly and satisfactorily.

This is my first experience with Fashion Mia, and i need to say I"m very impressed! I had previousley ordered some clothes for my 26 year old daughter from another company online. When the clothes arrived I was very dissaointed in the quality. I promptly returned them and tried again to order from another reasonably priced company online. When I found the Fashion Mia website and browsed through the selections I was very excited! Not only were the selections exactly what I was looking for but the prices were amazing. Nervous about the quality after my first experience I patiently waited for my order to arrive. I have only received one dress so far (the other one is on backorder) but it was absolutely adorable! I was so impressed with the quality and style. It exceeded my expectaions. My daughter loves the dress is looking forward to the next one to arrive. I think I have discovered my new favorite website for my daughters clothes. One thing to keep in mind however, the sizes run very small so I would recommend ordering one size up.

And here I now sit with the rest of you, disgusted with the product (which looks nothing like the same fabric, is longer than the picture, and is assembled/sewn together incorrectly that the front cannot be worn as it is show in the pictures. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It came in later but I expected that. She tried it on the same day. It is almost ball length on her (it was supposed to be just below the knees), and there is no way to wear the dress properly as it is sewn together backwards and tangled. I emailed fashionmia the same day. A week later I get a reply from 'Grace' that it will be more expensive for me to return to China but I could get coupons. Really? I'm not buying from you again. My daughter asked me where I bought it from and when I told her fashionmia, she said, "I could have saved you the money mom." It seems she had bought a dress from there a year ago and the same thing - it was sewn together poorly. The picture was not the same as the dress. They look totally different. Photoshop must be a department there. You pay essentially pay for nothing other than to toss a poorly made product into a Goodwill box because sending it back with all the hassles aren't worth more money out of pocket to you. I usually google stores and I could really kick myself in the pants for not doing it in this instance. NEVER BUY FROM FASHIONMIA... it's not worth the risk for you. The crap shoot is overall more likely you'll receive crap than anything you'd wear. Keep your hard earned money!
