I recently purchased two dresses that ended up not fitting me, the customer service department was great and quick in response. They took care of my issue in a great way.
Usually I read with scepticism any bad reviews, my own mistake. The bad reviewers are right! The actual size is far too small for N. American size, although they put the measurements on their website. Their M size is like XXS. The picture is far more beautiful than the actual dress. Quality of material is really bad. Customer service is non existent. They will ignore and do not respond to your communications.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! NEVER!

Improper sizing and unbelievably cheap and bad material. It took my order one month ago and one item is still in processing. Another items when a dress arrived with a broken zipper, one of the dresses I ordered came in the wrong size...
I ordered three I total of 4 dresses from this site. I have only gotten 3 so far but that's ok.
Ok so full story, I ordered my dress, not expecting them be the best quality, I was wrong. They came in perfectly.
After I placed my order, I realized that I had put in my wrong adress. I quickly let them know and they just as quickly fixed the mistake for me. They were super polite and willing to help.
I thought everything as done, but two days later I got an email from them letting me know that a dress was not instock. She told me that they were going to go ahead a send three of them and then send the other when it was ready. I thought they had forgotten about me, but no they kept me updated every step of the way.
Like I said 3 dress have gotten here. I love them, the metrail is great. I was expecting cheaply made but no. I am a little on the short-side for the length is perfect. I would how ever recommen going up a size or two. Since the clothes do come in small.
Overall I loved everything, and will buy again

I am having a hard time getting items from your site that will fit me. I am normally a large (long torso slim to average build) and all the items I ordered NONE fit me.
Returning is not an option as it would cost more for me to send back then the cost of the clothes.

Yes, the prices are cheap, the clothes are cheap, the sizes are all different, nothing fit properly! I followed all the return instructions, 6 weeks later NO refund, the said they still have NOT received. It only took 10 days to get here from China.

I ordered 2 coats from FashionMia and was thrilled when they came! They are really well made and look exactly like the pictures I ordered them from. They look really beautiful on my daughter and my niece. They fit them well and are amazing coats for a really great price! They also offer fast service in any email questions.

To summarize this, this website has an exclusive collection with a reasonable price. One site for everything. I can always count on this website for last minute shopping gifts. I ordered 5 items in December. I finally received a tracking number, looked it up and saw it was coming from China. I've never had a good experience with goods from China direct. I had used PayPal. I immediately filed a complaint (easier and quicker than a dispute). I honestly thought it was going to be a waste of time. But 2 days later I received a full refund! Perhaps PayPal is familiar with the business practices of Fashionmia. Just thought I'd pass this on.
Also, I think the 5 star ratings are written by "hired" reviewers of Fashionmia. Notice the grammar.

I ordered and paid for 8 dresses from Fashion Mia on the 27th of November 2015. 2 months and several emails and a couple of phone calls later, i got 6 very badly made cheap copies of the lovely dresses displayed on their site. The tracking number they provided for the 2 remaining items turned out to be for documents delivered to someone else in 2009. Luckily for me, my brother was able to obtain a full refund (after i sent the items back through EMS) because we paid via paypal. Fashionmia is a fraudulent company and the photos of clothing displayed on their website are definitely not made by them. I also believe all the positive reviews are made by agents of the company.
This site has a lot of bad opinions, but you have to understand that you get what you pay for. The items ship from China and it take a while to get them. Except from that I am very pleased with both items and contact. It's important to check the size-guide for each item. If you do, every size is perfect fit. The problem I've had was very good taking care of and the Custumer Service Team is very kind and helpful. I also recommend everybody to check the information about the items, like what material the clothing are made of. If YOU do right, then you will not be disappointed with FashionMia. I am going to place my 3rd order now.
