They show you one picture and you get something that is totally different. Cheap material, cheap product.

Do not order anything from this website. The quality is horrible. My item arrived damaged and the customer service agent is refusing to refund my purchase but rather wants me to send the item back to China. No matter how tempted you are by the price do not order from them! The coat I ordered was originally supposed to be a $250 coat and they were selling it for $35, I should have realized that was too good to be true. Waste of time, waste of money.

I have nothing but positive feedback for FashionMia! I ordered five items total from them and even though they took a long time to reach the States, I was satisfied with most of the items. Whatever items I wasn't satisfied with, their customer service made everything right, plus offered extra incentives. I love when customer service goes the extra mile! Please give them a go if want trendy but very affordable wardrobe. Thanks again Fashionmia!

I had a good shopping experience with Fashionmia. I did have to communicate with customer service a couple times but they were able to resolve my issues and answer my questions. I would suggest reading the size chart closely before purchasing. I always do and it does help but in this situation I did not measure my arms, and the sleeves are too short on a couple of my items. It works out because I can roll the sleeves up so its not a big deal. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend shopping here.

My wife is a frequent shopper of fashion mia, she bought a blue dress last fall that she has really enjoyed wearing on a few occasions. Recently I bought her a coat that she fell in love with on fashion mia, we ordered it for Christmas. Once it arrived my wife tried the coat on and the sleeves were to short for her. I contacted fasion mia customer service and they were able to resolve are concern. Overall, they are affordable and willing to work with you if you have any concerns.

My complaint is the same as all the others. We all can't be wrong. Took 2 months to receive my items, all were the wrong size, cheap material, and lack of response from customer service. Refused to give me a refund even after the first day of receiving the item. I had enough. I decided to donate to family and friends and just forget about the refund. Being that this company is out of the country, it is hard to get action taken to address these issues.

I have also had extremely poor, if not nearly nonexistent customer service with FashionMia. I returned some items (due to poor fit and poor quality…even for the price) after numerous email exchanges. I finally received a China address where I could return my merchandise and I returned 8 Dec 15. It has been five weeks and tracking number shows that the item reached its destination. I haven’t anything from the company. I’ve emailed them several times about the refund and they have simply ignored me. DO NOT ANYTHING CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF YOU WANT ONE.

Well I finally received the last part of my order after 5 months and what a pair of pants it is.
Looked fantastic on the picture (excellent photo shop)! I have seen many poor made clothing in my day but this really takes the cake, as we say. If you want my opinion, STAY AWAY!
