I ordered 3 dresses from Fashionmia. It took a longer time for them to process and ship but shipping time to US was pretty quick. Read some reviews about poor quality of the clothes but I found all the Chiffon dresses I ordered are all nice quality and beautify. The packagings are also nice and well packed. Read many reviews about sizes run small so I ordered the largest sizes available for all 3 dresses and turned out 2 were a little too big for me. One fits me really well. Overall shopping experience was great. Customer Service is also great. Will definitely shop again.

The clothes look pretty on their website so i submitted an order for 6 items totalling $125 as i wanted them for my holiday in 3 weeks after placing my order. I stupidly did not review the company beforehand. I am now majorly regretting this as they have taken full payment but keep telling me the items are not in stock and they can refund me but it will take a while to process. I think it is deliberately dodgy. They know people do not have the time to follow complaints through. I am trying to persevere so that they will cancel the whole of my order but i do not have any faith that i am going to see any of the items i have ordered or get my money back. People... don't be fooled! If it looks cheap and too good to be true thats because it is!

I have a positive experience with the service manager Cassie. During orders were offered US numbers and size in inches and centimeters. I ordered the product in their sizes, but products did not have a good size. I asked to help me in solving my problem. Quickly and efficiently we responded and offered a solution. The pleasure is to buy and work with such people. Although I was initially sad for the money that I paid for the goods, and I thought I would never buy that way, you have my confidence back, so I will continue to shop with you. Thank you very much.

I ordered quite a few items from Fasionmia and I got the wrong sizes, which I didn't realise until part of it had already arrived, but as soon as I sent them an email, a member of Customer services was striaght onto the case and offered a way around it, which was perfect! They're really helpful and friendly and the clothes themselves are gorgeous- you can't find anything like this kind of style in the UK (at least not where I've been). All in all, I love the fashion style, the delivery didn't take as long as I thought it would seeing as it's coming from the other side of the world and their staff are absolutely amazing!

As an overweight busy mom, I really went out on a limb "treating" myself to some new stylish clothing. I waited a long time, and then it came! After paying an extra $26 duty fee, I opened up my package of ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Random sizes, the poorest quality imaginable, and some not even close to the pictures from which I ordered. Thanks to fashion Mia, I lost $300 and my dignity. I will never order on line again. YOU STINK FASHIONMIA. FRAUD! Why did I pay US currency for junk from China? I'm so upset.

This is a HORRIBLE company. I had the worst experience with them and I suggest that you never go on this site. I ordered a lot from this site for over $100 and was really excited to receive everything. They told me I would receive it in 3-5 business days. Two MONTHS later I start to get my orders. They were spread out in 3 packages over the course of 3 weeks. When I did get them I was severely disappointed. The outfits were nothing like they described and pictured. The quality of it all was terrible. On top of all that, a few of the outfits I ordered smelled so bad they gave my little brother and I rashes. I couldn't even have the packages stay in my room. When I told them all this and asked to have it refunded they couldn't understand what I was trying to say. I had to repeat my situation over and over and I kept getting vague and confusing answers. Then they made me pay for my own shipping to get it back to them. Shipping all those packages back would have cost me $150. Not worth it and they wouldn't help me with this AT ALL. Their products were horrible, and their customer service was worse. They honestly should be shut down.

The impressive pictures make you feel like ordering. The quality is worse than horrible, the fabric of the clothes and dresses are despicable. Even as horrible as everything was, still half of the order is missing when you receive it, just like everybody else's complaint. Do yourself a real favor and don't spend a penny on this companies product line. You are better going to a secondhand store in the city you live in and you will be 1000 times more satisfied.

What first drew me to Fashionmia was the uniqueness of the merchandise. I love pretty much everything on this site!

I ordered a coat as my first order. When it arrived, it was exactly as described. The quality was very good. It had some very nice, expensive-looking lining, too.

There is really nothing negative I can say about my shopping experience with Fashionmia. I will proudly be wearing my new coat! I know no one else will have one like it!
