The clothes and jacket that i bought are of good quality despite that some run out of sizes, Shipping time 18 days not bad considering they are coming from china, Customer service is good, but i understand that not all customers are happy each cases depend, plus being patience is another thing, i know its stressful when one is dealing with volume of customers from all over the globe, website is excellent. Customer service thank you Cathrine for taking your time for my plea, i will order more from this site.

My first on line purchase of clothing was from fashionMia, after my order arrived I found the sizing was wrong. I then sent them an email and had a quick response explaining how to send back my order for a refund or exchange, they then offered a suggestion on taking my measurements and sending them off to them so I could suggest the proper sizing for any future purchases, I found this very helpful.
Correspondence with them has been quick and very informative, there selection of clothing I just love, there pricing can't be beat, thank you again FashionMia.

FashionMia has been a terrible experience for me. I ordered over $200 on Dec 6,2015- I ordered a dress and coat for New Years thinking I had enough time to receive it an boy was I wrong. Most of my 12 items were shipped separately (I had no choice to send them together) and it was during a huge sale they were offering. I had emailed them on several accounts and they were not helpful. I received my 'new years' dress a week into January and am STILL waiting on 5 of the other items. I think Fashionmia is a scam and will never order from them again and suggest none orders from this website. The items I did receive were poor condition anyways but I wasted that money and feel really bummed about it. I will never shop from a company I don't know about ever again or one that is shipping from China and does; t have its stuff together.

I ordered a medium size coat and although it tooks weeks to arrive I was HAPPY with the result. The representative I was in communication with, Youmi, did a GREAT job keeping me updated. It was folded in a black plastic bag and was clean and looked GREAT. The zippers were solid and I was happy except it was a littlw short in the arms (apparently the chinese sizing runs smaller than the average American size). But again Youmi my customer service rep helped here as well by offering a credit towards a bigger size. Because I couldn't send my items back the offer I thought the offer was very nice. I would order through them again.

I ordered 7 coats as Christmas gifts. I placed the order before thanksgiving and just received the last coat yesterday, January 29. This isn't my biggest complaint. The quality of the coasts isn't great, but at $25.00-30.00 while disappointed, I'm not too surprised. You get what you pay for. What I'm really upset about- the size of the clothing. The company is a Chinese company. This means all of their merchandise runs very, very small. I'm normally a very regular size 4- 5'6" 118 pounds and their size medium was too small for me. The sleeves were above my wrists and the shoulders we're just a little snug. There is no phone number or easy way to return anything. I would strongly encourage not buying from this company.

I placed 2 orders with this unprofessional company. One on December 21st and the other on the 23rd. It's been 39 days and I have yet to see any merchandise. I have been in contact with Rebecca and she keeps telling me to be patient. This is completely unacceptable. After a couple weeks of emailing back and forth she tells me a few items are out of stock due to high demand and they would refund that to me soon. I have yet to see a refund. I have finally told them to refund me in full and now I do Not hear back from them.
I contacted paypal and they started working on my behalf. FashionMia stated they would refund me 50% which is completely unacceptable as I am entitled to 100%. This company is a scam. They are completely unprofessional and I am appalled by the way they handle their business.
I truly hope everyone takes this to heart and don't lose your money the way I have lost mine.
