Do not by from this scam of a compay! I just waited 38 days to get 6 pieces of crap I wouldn't put on my dog! The dress had 2 button holes sewn shut, one shirt was up to my waist and in the photo covered the girls butt. Another shirt had a big unfinished seam right on the front of the neck and the bottom was a raw edge! The fabric is all garbage and everything looks like a small child made it in some sweatshop in China! Disgusting!

These are absolutely the worst clothes ever made! I believe they are using child labor. If you agree with children slaves, just think of the type of quality you are getting from children! My 9 year old son could do a better job! Not ony that, all the material is really see through for the dresses and it's a horrible fabric blend. I'm all about getting a deal, but I literally just wasted $100. Well, and if that wasn't enough reason not to, consider the shipping time. Their shipping information is a lie. A month ago, I order 6 things, to date, I have only recieved 2. I am so upset with myself for taking the bate on this one!

I placed my order AND paid for 35 items nearly 2 months ago.

I have to date not received them, experienced a lack of response to most emails that I have sent them, and when they do respond - their responses are irrelevant to the questions posed, unhelpful, dismissive and unprofessional.

I even emailed their dispute department regarding the above - and unsurprisingly, was ignored. The customer service is appalling.

They posted 3 out of the 26 items, after telling me that some of the order was out of stock (some 4 weeks after they took payment!), and the garments that arrived looked NOTHING like the online store images.

They were poor quality and cheap looking, AND the wrong sizes and colours were posted. Returns are to be sent back to China. Should you place an order with them - you will end up having your time and money wasted, and end up out of pocket paying for returns to China, and probably never receiving a refund, given their typical incompetent conduct outlined above.

MAKE SURE YOU PAY BY PAYPAL IF YOU DO PLACE AN ORDER. Paypal are currently getting me a full refund, and black-marking Fashion Mia's Paypal account, given the above. In short, make sure you have payment protection if you place a (likely to be fated) order with them.

I ordered a dress from Fashion Mia. The payment was taken from my account but no confirmation of receipt or order was received. To date I have not received my dress and this was ordered over three weeks ago. I emailed Fashion Mia but there has been no response to that either. There are good and bad reviews here, but based on my experience I would save your money. Thankfully I only spent money on one dress but its still theft in my book.

I placed two orders with them back in November 2015 being that it was my first time dealing with them. BIG MISTAKE. Since I had many items, they dispatched them by placing two or three items together in a bag and I started to receive them a month later in December. Since one of the items was stained and the clothes fitted too tightly I decided to return everything to the Rotterdam Netherlands address on the bags. It cost of shipping was over 55$ which was close to the cost of the clothes in the bag anyway. I emailed Fashionmia on December 24th 2015 since I couldn't find a number to call. I explained that I was returning the items and would like a refund. Lucy responded explaining the return policy never mentioning their return address. In the meanwhile, they kept sending me the remainder of my orders in pieces up until the beginning of January. Each time refusing the shipments at the post office so that I wouldn't have to pay crazy money to return to sender. I followed up with another email towards the end of January because I had not seen a refund on my credit card only to have Lucy tell me that they have not received anything yet and once the items would return to China I would get a refund. They also mentioned that they don't have a warehouse in the Netherlands despite what was written on the bags. I had to ask them to give me their return address which they did on February 1st 2016. I have spoken to the post office and they told me since I had not paid extra to track the parcel it is impossible for them to locate the shipment. According to the post office, all the other parcel I refused will return to the sender's address on the bags. If the receiver in the Netherlands doesn't accept them then the parcel will return to me. All of this could take a couple more weeks since they are far from Canada and if they don't send them back to me I'll lose my money which was close to 300$ worth of purchase. I find it unprofessional on their part to put a false return address on the bags and causing so many problems by not being transparent with the customers.

FashionMia is a good reputable company which sells stylish clothes at very good prices. They offer a great variety of products, so I find there is something for everyone. I am very happy with the product I purchased. It was a very stylish coat called Stunning Diagonal Button Pleated Asymmetrical Hems Overcoats that looked really great on my daughter and was of good quality in spite of the very low price. When I asked a question about the product via the web I good an answer within 48 hours. So I think that their costumer service is excellent too.

I ordered from this site in November of 2015. I didn't receive any items until the end of December, and just received the last item at the end of January. NONE of the items represent what was advertised on their site. Not the same colors, materials, sizes, NOTHING. Quality was AWFUL. It will cost WAY too much money to return the items, so I'm just out of money on this one. I can't wear the items, nor would I want to, as they look like something a 6 year old made. I will never waste my money on a site like them again. Very disappointed.

I order a dress a month ago and two weeks after i contact them to find out what happen with my order because i hasn't received it the said it was out of stock. So i ask for a refund then they said it was out of stock but now the have it in stock, i told them that now i dont wants it that i want my money back they ignore my petition an did want they want and supposedly they ship it and its on his way that if i donot wants it to reject the package when they deliver it to me and then they track the package and give me the refund. Very disappointed i place my order on Jan 1 and is Feb 1 and i haven't receive either the dress or my money.

First I waited for my order for a month... and then when it arrives... all the items are poor quality... not true to size... poorly made... looks nothing like the picture on the website... looks like they were made in sewing class... I contacted FashionMia regarding returning all the items and was told to check my local Post office and see how much it would be to ship back to China and they suggested if it was too expensive not to do it! BUT THEY WOULD OFFER ME $15.00 AS COMPENSATION... my order total was 113.00... beware out there if you purchase from them... I know I will never order from there again!

So if you think for a second the product int he pictures on this site are what you are getting? First of all, the pictures used to promote the clothing lines are stolen from American websites! Use your heads ladies! This and all Chinese businesses have a goal. To steal all business from original creators. If you know anything about history you will get a sense of why that is. Now if you agree with what they are doing? Contract to buy something from them. Otherwise, live by the motto that has stood the test of time: You get what you pay for! Look at the prices of this stuff? Don; t be fooled into thinking they can make it cheaper. Seriously, they can not! In fact, they do not have the pattern to make these clothes! What they are doing in trying to copy it as best they can. Hence the jagged seems & cheezy, cheezy fabric. Christ, we have department stores that supply you with crap clothing if that's what you are after. I picture a bunch of young women doing slave labor to make your cheezy dress. If that makes you feel good keep buying from them. If you do not want to support your own, keep buying from them. If you want to ruin your own chances at owning a business keep buying from them. Otherwise, stop buying from them.
