I bought a few items from Fashionmia almost 2 months ago. I received a partial order. One of them was OK the other one on the other hand is not. Its WAY smaller than what it says in their size chart, not only that, but it's fabric is the worst quality ever. I m very disappointed especially considering how long i waited after i made the purchase. I'm not buying anymore from this website ever again. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE CLOTHES ELSEWHERE. If not prepare to be disappointed!
This morning I wanted to sign in to my account and I don't have access. Furthermore, the 2 reviews I wrote on their website for the horrible piece they send me do not show. No wonder you see only good reviews that probably are made up or like some other buyers say they had no choice but write a good review in order to recoup something.

I order many items, received them 1months later. The material is not the same that was mentionned on the website description item, the size was so different that my stuff didn't fit me at all. I ask for return anf refund. Can't return it and only refund me 10$ for 28$ cost and it takes 20 emails conversations to get full served about that, so finally 2 months from the order to the refund. Many items not available so for those they refund be automaticly, that was the only good thing that i got no more items from them. Really bad and cheap company.

Initially, when I seen the prices on these beautiful dresses, I thought I hit the Jackpot. However, I basically threw away my money. The first problem is my clothes took 6-8 weeks to received them. The second problem was the clothes are to small. One of the dresses looks like it can fit a 7 year old girl, and I ordered a size large. The clothes are cheaply made, the dresses are paper thin, and the zippers and buttons are cheaply sewn. These clothes should be sold at the 99 cent store. I am going to donate these brand new dresses to the Good Will. I'm not bother with a refund. It took me 8 weeks to get my clothes it will probably take a year to get my refund. Take it from me, everything that look good is not always good. You pay for what you get!

I ordered a couple of coats and sweaters on Dec 6,2015. I have not yet received my order. This was a X-mas gift. I emailed Fashion Mia and never received a response. I placed a couple of complaints through PayPal and they keep saying the product where shipped. The shipping #'s they keep sending me are untraceable, so I emailed DHL... the identified carrier... last week. They finally emailed me today and it looks like the products weren't actually shipped until mid-January and have taken a week to get through customs. Supposedly they are in Kentucky and I will have my shipment by the 10 of February. I wish I had read the reviews because I'm scared that the cloths will be crap. The worst thing about is my daughter bought these as gifts for her mother (my ex) and my daughter doesn't have much money (teenager working her 1st job this year) and wanted to get her mom a couple of nice gifts, so I hope she isn't as disappointed like I am seeing on these reviews. I should have done my research before I ordered this for my daughter. My fingers are crossed!

Recently got my dress. Was waiting for 3 weeks. Sorry to say, but the quality is for 18 dollars, and if it wouldn't be price with discount. So material isn't very nice, and sewing work is very low quality. Unfortunately my dress came with half detached sleeve. I wanted my money back, but was told it is cheaper to leave this dress and repair it and they could pay me 7 $. In my country repairing could cost 30-50 $. So they agreed to pay back 10 $.
I wouldn't risk and order something more...

I am taking a chance writing this review now considering I just put my return in the mail to China. When I placed the order I did not know the order was coming from China. That should have been a red flag for me. When I kept checking the order processing and for 12 days it kept saying processing I figured that it was similar to other companies in order to provide really good prices for customers the company had to get items in bulk and they were waiting for the delivery. When 1/2 my order shipped out it took another 10 days to get to me. When I finally received it in a small 10 X 13 plastic envelope I laughed because I knew what to expect. When I opened the bag the items that I purchased the items were flat and flimsy. The envelope contained 3 dresses and 2 blouses. The material was so thin and ridiculously small. I even ordered a size larger just to be on the safe side. What came was 3 sizes too small. The seams were jagged and the adornments (buttons) popped off as I put on one of the dresses. The craftsmanship was shoddy as I stood in front of the mirror the belt loops which were material flaps, were different lengths and different heights on the dress. So having sent an email stating I wanted to make a return and cancel the remaining portion of my order They do not provide shipping labels (no surprise). So I shipped my 10 X 13 USPS envelope back to China today and the cheapest shipping I was able to get was $60.00. I know that their website says they are celebrating the holiday for about 14 days so I presume my order will get there in about 12 days and it should take a while to get my refund. Considering I just spent $60 on shipping I better get a full refund.

Please I need this company to be sue for deceiving the whole world with fake clothing online shopping business. They post something nice online and after collecting money form people they send the wrong and fake item or never get to see what you order for, fashion mia is a scam. They are really spoiling business for the genue online companies. With my experience with fashion mia I will never ever buy anything online again in my life. No matter how beautiful that thing looks online. Nobody want to waste his hard end money on scam people like Fashion mia, I pray to God almighty to expose them and safe other innocent people from falling into their traps. Fashion mia is no good. Things I order over a month I am still waiting in the dark because you never get feedback from this stupid company. I am in deep regret doing business with this scam company. Please people let all try and safe other innocent people from fashion mia scam. I place 2 orders with out knowing what I was getting myself into, in the first order they only send few when DHL called me to come pay for my package I was kind of happy but when I open the package I cried all day long for my money that my kids where all worried about me.it is so painful. They don't even have a genue contact to contact them. Everything about this company is fake. Oh my money ooooooooooooo I am still crying because I order alot

Placed my. Order on January, 5 and received confirmation that my order was placed successfully. However, when I went back to check there was no order nmbr., but they chgd my c. C. $92. I've tried numerous times to call their customer service nmbr which is a freaking joke because it won't allow u to speak with anyone. I've been going back.and forth via email with one of their reps abt crediting my acct. I will definitely be disputing this chg with my c. C. company. A WASTE OF TIME AND VERY DISAPPOINTING and they got the wrong one this time!

BUYER BEWARE! The products are horrible quality AND if they send you the wrong thing, you can't find them or contact them! So if you buy, pay with PayPal or credit card so you can fight back. The dress I got was made of crookedly sewn cheap fabric that's 100% see through sheer mesh, and of course looks nothing like the photo and they sent an extra small when I ordered large. They do not offer any help with resolving the complaints, and there are a LOT of complaints.
