This site has awesome prices as well as great customer service. They are willing to help you get what you need answered in a timely fashion. Love the clothes and would reccomend even if out of country!
Warning... To all consumer this company is the biggest scam for online shopping, their clothing is scrap clothes, $#*! materials, you buy one size you receive a way different size, they take your money and say products are out of stock, they don't send all your product at once, they send it in parts, they don't refund, and they don't send all your order, don't fall for what they have advertised, don't buy from them anything at all...

I like the look of the items purchased and even though they were a bit too small and wrong color was sent, glad to say Customer Service is working with me in correcting the issue.
Trying to order a product from this site has been my worst online experience EVER. I tried to be patient and give them multiple opportunities to make it right, and they have only delivered empty promises. They were quick to process my payment, but 6 weeks later I have not received anything and am now awaiting a refund. I have had to follow up on everything, despite service reps promising to see this order through. I would never recommend this site to anyone.
If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I can't believe I fell for the scam. I am out $115 and they only sent 2 of the 4 items and those items were seriously defective. To say the clothes are unwearable doesn't cover it. They were very, very, cheaply made, of poor quality fabric (not what was shown in photos), and they were in doll sizes! I couldn't put my arm in and I ordered JACKETS in the largest size! It has been months. Paypal has not yet come to a decision about this. BTW, you can see obviously fake positive reviews online by people not accustomed to English vernacular and grammar. Don't fall for it.
I paid for a product around January 16th 2016. Still processing. I was told by email that this was because of the Chinese new year, well this company had plenty of time to get my order together before the Chinese new year. I have a feeling that if my order does arrive, my XL will fit like a size 2. That's how shady this company is. And their check out cart is easily manipulated so that your 1 item is changed to 2 items. So you change the quantity back to 1 item, the cart will not show this change - it will still charge you for two items! Buyer beware! This site should be illegal.
The picture online did not look at all like what came in the mail... the fabric was cheap, loose threads everywhere and it was too small. It also came about a month later than it was supposed to, and I didn't realize when I ordered that it was coming from China. Probably sewn by some poor child worker in a sweat shop which is why their prices are so cheap. I will never do business with them again
The quality is the worst. I got a short and long sleeve. I got extra thread all over the clothing. I did not receive one of the sweaters yet I did not get my money back. I got defective items and they have not been helpful to get my money back. The number is a foreign number. I don't know how to get my money back. I don't recommend this awful company.
I ordered 9 items and 7 fitted me perfect but I had to contact customer service and the response was polite and cautious. I had to contact the seller as I needed to return 2 of the items. The customer service was great and the communication between me and fashion Mia was excellent. Most importantly their response was swift and professional. I would definitely use this site again. This is my personal experience.
I wish i had gone through the review before placing my order. Everything i ordered were all piece of rubbish. None of them look like what's in the picture on their site. The clothes were so small and not fitting at all, also of a very low quality... so sad! It even took them forever to get it delivered. I don't ever want to believe that these clothes were made in the USA, infact Abba made from Nigeria better pass this one. Low quality material, poor finishing et al. I will never ever buy anything from fashionmia again and if you do not believe my story you can also purchase from them as 'Experience they say is the best teacher'. Fashionmia you need to step up your game and be truthful, do not give misleading pictures... i'm not impressed.
They are horrible people, they take your money and don't send the Merchandise and refuse to answer emails or give money back... The site should be shut down!
Terrible customer service, tpoker money put of my account but I never received any kind of confirmation or anything. Very disappointed
I ordered a cute dress from Fashionmia and it was true to the website. I ordered two sizes larger, thinking that it would be too small, coming from China, but when it arrived, it was in fact two sizes larger. Their customer service was very accommodating and helpful, m and sent me a discount coupon to order the correct size. I just ordered a coat from the website, and can't wait to wear it!
I ordered a vintage style skater dress from Fashionmia after seeing an ad. The dress was delivered very quickly considering that it came from China (8 days). The garment was a fashionable cut and attractive but unfortunately it was too small for me. The quality was good particularly considering its price. I contacted customer services to arrange a replacement. My emails and queries were responded to very promptly.
