I emailed their site letting them know that some of the items I purchased did not fit my arms and that I wanted someone to tell me the process to return it.

They emailed me this sentence
"We are sorry that the three coats you purchased from us did not fit you" then at the bottom of the email there was a question "was this answer helpful"

All sites I ever purchased from have a way for returning merchandise, they did not bring a return label or offer me a way to return and exchange the merchandise so I am now out the money.

I wish that I had read the countless reviews of this site before I bought anything. The clothes are clearly cheap knock-offs of the photos that they post online -- an unfair bait and switch to the customer. I was careful to make sure that my measurements were accurate to the sizes that I bought. When the dresses arrived, they didn't fit at all -- I couldn't even fit one over my head (I have a slender, build, by the way). When I went to the post office to return the items, I discovered that it would be so expensive (and of course the company will not cover this cost) that it makes more sense to keep these dresses. They also did not send them in a timely manner. Please save your time and money and STAY AWAY from this disreputable company.

I ordered from fashion mia thinking to myself oh wow this is a great website to order clothes at an affordable price! Well nope first I got double charged and it took forever to get my money back and then I ordered a mouth ago and I just received my order. Let me tell you it's horrible and poorly made the dresses were too big and remind you I'm a plus size girl. Smh never again I do not recommend anyone to order from them. Now I'm stuck with two dresses that looks like crap that I'm going to wear like night gowns. Order from a site that you're familiar with not these bogus websites.

I ordered four items totaling about $72 on 11/8/15. The first two were shipped individually. The first arrived several weeks later and the second several weeks after that. Neither was satisfactory but the return process is extremely difficult. There are no preprinted return labels. You need permission to return anything. And then they do not respond in a timely fashion. I would wait days for a response to a question. Because of this rude behavior I cancelled the last two items and am still waiting weeks for my paypal account to be credited. The first two items I still have and am keeping as a reminder never to use them again. Dbs, ny

I am pissed off this site and its products. The sizes, no matter what they state, are in Chinese scale - 3X equal to American maybe # 8. And it is not just that - the problem is The quality, which is ZERO, None, NADA. I received 3 pieces - all are just BAD! I would not pay even 1 $ for each cause it is a shame to wear anything like that, with uneven sews, threads all over, poor execution. We, Americans, do NOT deserve such crap.
I do not need any piece of this crap, but it is more to pay for shipping it all back.
It is clear robbery this company is processing online.
Shame on them!

Should have known better- product shipped from China. Ordered a hoodie sweatshirt- what I received was a very cheap knock off version looking hoodie. The colors are way off, the hoodie string in the picture was ripe, with leather around the string holes- no where near close. Not to mention the time it took to deliver. I wish I could post the picture here of the side by side comparison. It's laughable. Don't waste your money here!

The clothes you order will not resemble the photos on the website in any manner. The coat I ordered was made out of the type of cheap robe fabric that you would see at a Walmart. The "vintage" style dress had was poorly made- only 1 side had a self-tie belt. The seamstress was only half done with her job. My husband thought it was a cheap costume I had bought for the school play my child was in. The sizes are also not true to the size chart. If they were, it is likely you wouldn't be caught dead in the hideous item you ordered. Stay away. I would have been better off burning my money than ordering from this company

I ordered 5 dresses and each got issues. One with cheap quality zip as soon as i zipped it up even before wearing it was broken (Customer service asked me to get it repaired locally and they will refund me $10 for which i paid was $25). Two, cheap quality material. Three, stitched thread was coming out making the outfit looks like someone tore it. Four, size was big (Customer service asked me to give that as gift to some one and they would compensate $4 for the same as coupon from where im not going to purchase in my life. Actual price of this dress is close to $10). Five, this is really heart breaking. It was a skater dress and in the picture it was woven with lace in the sleeves, front neck part till the camisole part, and in the bottom 75 % was with lace with a liner. What i got is where ever the lace is pictured, it was a real print with the same color. Couldn't attach any picture here or else would have done. This is so disgusting and cheating customer. This is what i couldnt digest at all. How can they cheat a customer by showing something on the site and selling different one? And that too the since most of the dress part was made of lace this is little expensive. What i got was something that a roadside beggar wont like. It was poorly stitched that the cup area was completely damaged and no chance of hiding this with any shrug. It took 2.5 months to get delivered when i checked they mentioned since this is a custom made it will take time. Hard to know that i have been waiting to get a bundle of disappointment. I almost wasted my 100 bucks. Cheating company. There is no facility to return and we have to bear the cost. Cheater cheater cheater. I have never seen or experienced such a worst online company in my life.

Would have been felt happy if i would have read the review in the common sites like this before purchasing. Please dont waste your money on this company. If you do, think that you will get some ugly clothes to clean your kitchen for the worth of amount you spent.

Very poor quality garments wrong sizes have sent poor quality material used, Usd$ 76 was wasted for nothing when we asked for a return they send one or emails after then no reply at all. When I saw 944 bad reviews I wonder how this company service in the business I like to upload the photos of my maxi dress to show all the customers how bad the quality
Please do not waste your money by ordering from this business. I pity the customers, l have lost USD $76 please do not loose anymore money New customers be aware of these culprits
