I ordered January 6th and received an email on January 23rd saying that one of the items was out of stock. So I email back asking for a coupon for the value of the item. I'm still waiting for a reply. They shipped my order January 30th. I received the package February 10th. The clothes went to the garbage that's how bad they were! Some advice to those who see the pictures on their site they are disgusting and cheap! Lesson learned never again will I order from sites like this! By the way they don't refund your money they offer coupons!

My review is for customer service only! Ok so I wasn't very lucky with my orders because of sizing and quality was subpar! I sent an email to Fashion Mia expressing my concern. The customer service department was very accommodating. They gave me several options to right the wrong. They will do everything possible to make sure you are happy. At the end of the day, it wasn't worth it for me to send the items back. Instead, they will just give me a credit so I can order whatever I want in the future!

They will ask you to write a good review in order to get the credits or you can ship the items back for refund. I will give them one last chance!. Items take well over a month, so if you need them quickly, good luck.

Crap company. I put in an order on January 10,2016. It is now February 16th and I have not received my merchandise. In addition to this they have charged me for 5 items that I did not order. I sent them an email the day of my order telling them that items I did not order were showing up on my confirmation email. A few days later they sent an email back saying they would credit my account but that would take 7-10 days. It has been way longer than 7-10 days. I have no merchandise and they have my money and no credit has been given for the items I did not order. Awful, awful, awful.

I want to warning people to stay away from this scam web site. I was trying to write my comments from my bad experience on there page on Facebook but they block me and I'm an able to share my issue with every one so they don't screwed up just like me. Im surprised that this web site is not on the news yet, and no body sew them. Its really not fair for taking people money and ran away. I hope every one can read these comments before they submit an order.

I received a dress that is not comparable with its image on fashionmia website. The swing is inexperienced. Most of the seams are sewn by wrinkles. I contacted them several times but never answer me.

I ordered a coat in an extra large size thinking it would be more than enough room for big bulky sweaters. I received the order coming from CHINA - 3 weeks later. The coat was so small it would have taken a contortionist to get both arms in it. I had on a thin t-shirt trying it on - forget the bulky sweater. The sizing chart is not even close. There return policy is a joke. You have to pay for their mistakes by paying for the shipping to return to CHINA. To return the coat would cost me $103. What a scam!

I wouldn't buy their products again simply because I am afraid that some poor underpaid underage child has made them under duress. The dress I ordered for my daughter took three months to arrive. Each time I contacted their support team i always receive a reply, which was good. However i was told the dress would take longer than usual because they had to buy the fabric form the market.
I ordered in November and received the dress last week (Feb) and it is nothing like the one pictured. It has loose thread hanging off everywhere and is poorly finished and the wrong size. The print and colour of the fabric is completely different to the picture and also the lace detailing does not exist at all. The lining is awful and lumpy in places. I dare not even complain about it in case some poor child gets flogged. I'll just cut my loses and won't buy from them again.

I ordered a long, beautiful coat from there and it was even prettier in person than it was on the website. I LOVED it and I would recommend this site to anyone looking for amazingly cute clothes at an affordable price. Their clothes are of great quality and they ship fast. I can't wait til my next order!

Regret that i ordered clothes from fashionmia. Cheaply made fabric and sizing too small. It seems to me their sizes go according to chinese women. Took 6 weeks for my order to arrive and still waiting for my other three items. There is no one to contact to return the items.
Beware, dont buy from them
