Originally, when you signed up with the company, there was no minimum purchase required. This was perfect because I didn't sell products, I signed up for the personal discount. Now, they require a minimum purchase within a timeframe or you're suspended.
Their products are horrible. Most recent purchase of liquid eyeshadow: application is smooth and color (joker) is gorgeous. By the end of the day, it's separated, creased, and cakey. Same with other products…they do not last through the day. I tried posting a review of liquid eyeshadow on their page, but it conveniently doesn't appear; only positive feedback appears on their site.
Shipping is deceptive. I received an email the day after placing my order that my products had shipped, but didn't receive it until 2 weeks later (when 3-5 days is advertised), and the shipping cost is ridiculous. So, if you place an order, do not expect your products to arrive in a timely manner.
I'm going back to the rival company…S******ce. It may cost more, but the products last a long time (a little goes a long way); they have a discount program where I can order as often or as little as I want; their makeup and skincare have been great; I receive my products in less than a week (and shipping is FREE!).
I was a BI for awhile... You have to have a PV125 or basically you don't get paid! So it is false advertisements from BIs trying to build their teams and telling people you there are no quotas. You have to have 125pv to keep active for 6months but you also have to have 125pv a month to get paid! Even if you team gets you to 125 group volume you don't get paid... BUT they reconize you get a raise when you really don't get that unless you have 125PV... Bull$#*! I call it
I just joined Farmasi in Feb. 2022 and the first thing I bought was the Resurface Skincare Line. I took a before and after photo and I absolutely see the difference in reduction of my fine lines, wrinkles and texture of my skin. I was Rep for another beauty company and the products I used with them didn't give the same results I got from the Farmasi products. Needless to say, I will stick with the Farmasi skincare products. I posted these photos just so you can see the difference after using this skincare line for only a month so far.
Their advertisement is false on the 1 to 2 day shipping after the order is received. I'm going on day 6 without them sending me any info on the shipment. I won't be buying from them again.

I have been ordering the Zen Mascara for some time now and absolutely loved it until my last order. Until now every tube I have ordered came wrapped in a plastic sheath. The 2 I received recently both had an ingredient sticker as the "seal" which left a sticky residue on the tube but main issue is both tubes were practically dried up. Very concerned that they were used and returned to company which then stuck a seal sticker on it and resold for new product. Extremely disappointed

Products were ok but the company totally scammed us! Was told if we buy the starter kit we would ALWAYS have access to their products. Unfortunately that was a lie. You have to sell a minimum amount of products over a certain time frame to be able to still have access to their products. I won't be spending another dime on any of their products because of their shady business practices!

I bought an acne regime in November that totaled 142.42 it broke my face out worse. I sent in the return and it was scanned into their facility Dec 15th here I am still waiting for my refund. I was okay with them applying the 142 credit to my account because I genuinely love the make up products I've used. Yesterday there was a credit for the refund amount in the website. Today the credit is 0. No money has been refunded. This has been an excruciatingly frustrating process for me and I think it's going to be a game changer in future purchases. Why does it take companies. 02 seconds to remove money for a payment but over 1 month to refund?!

I ordered the complete line of Age Reversist Skin Care and am very unhappy with the design of the bottles. The clear lids do not stay secured on the bottles and causes them to leak all over my make up bag. I even put them in a ziplock bag thinking that would prevent the lids from falling off but it didn't work. It's wasteful and messy. I hope this is something corporate will address and revamp.

I just started purchasing items from Farmasi this year and so far I have been extremely pleased with the quality for the price. It is not extravagant. I love the nail polish. It holds up well, and can last me for about a week with no chips. It is a lot better than many I have tried. I really like the mono eye shadow, lip scrub and matt liquid lipstick also. I am also impressed with Mr Wipes multi purpose cleanser and Mr Wipes laundry detergent. I plan to continue to buy from Farmasi.

I love all the makeup and the skin care is azing its the only makeup and face cream that I used to help with my Rosacea and acne and believe me ive tried every expensive skincare and makeup out there!
I decided to be a Beauty Influencer since 11/20. When I entered to the company they said that we have 6 months with no minimum amount orders to still in the company. Then, at the beginning of 2021 they changed the policy. Now influencers have three months, whit a minimum of 125 Pv. I did some sales and I have $80 dollars in my GPG account. This month( March) they closed my account, just when I decided to make an order I realized my account with Farmasi is closed. I didn't receive an email informing me that my account will be closed and the worst is that the basically stole my money because that amount are from the sales that I did in November and December of 2020.

I have sensitive skin so I'm always nervous to try anything new, especially on my face. I decided to go out on a limb and try Farmasi products and it was like LOVE at first site. I love that they are cruelty free and have many other benefits. Definitely will be purchasing more.
These products are off the chain! Absolutely love the Rose collection! Vegan mascara now. Best company to work with and do business with. Very pleased.

They encourage you to sign up even if it is just for the discount and highlight that there are no quotas... then surprise! They added quotas. The company never even sent an email with this any information about the quotas starting a month after I signed up. I only found out my account was deactivated when my sponsor told me her account has been suspended. Now I can't buy or sell and they kept my $ shame. The customer services rep said the information they have from the managers is that they can't do anything the changes are done and in order to become active again you have to buy another membership with quotas or be a customer what a scheme!

I attempted to sign up as a representative and purchase $128.93 in product and starter kit. The transaction appeared to go through but I never received confirmation that anything was ordered. I contacted the rep that I signed up under and she said I wasn't in her system. I've contacted customer service two weeks in a row, I have to select that I'm a representative just to speak with a person or I never get answered. I was told by two separate customer service people that there was a ghost charge on January 2,2021 from when I attempted to order but nothing went through. I was told my money would be refunded. Nothing has been refunded. I really wanted to purchase products, but I just want my money back at this rate.

I'm not into sales! I was pushed for years to direct sales and I would never do it. My best friend has sold Mary Kay for like 15 years. She always wanted me to join her team but as much as I loved makeup, I just couldn't see myself doing sales, especially when I didn't LOVE their products. I kept hearing about Farmasi makeup and got curious. I was struggling to find a foundation that could cover my malasma without making me look older. I'm about to be 46 and can't wear heavy makeup like I did when I was younger. Got some samples of the CC cream, BB cream, as well as the VFX Camera Ready full coverage foundation and I was SOLD! They all were so good! The primer with the CC Cream is my go to foundation now! I had to sign up to be an influencer to share how much I love Farmasi. I don't use anything but Farmasi now. The Extreme Curl Mascara, Zen, and Double Lash Extend Mascara, the Creamy Eyeshadow, the Terracotta Finishing powder, and even the Fabric Refresher, are just some of my favorites!
* All that being said, I have had a couple issues with the website and customer support is not the best for solving problems. So far I haven't had to wait more than a 5 - 9 days for an order.
