Last time I purchased my tickets from this website my email alerts weren’t in time. This time it was corrected. And I had a much better experience.
I need to travel to London on work purpose. I bought my tickets for London from this website for a couple of times and have received them at a cheaper price. Happy to book my tickets from this site.
1. They overcharged my credit card by over $400. I threatened I would call my credit card company and report them. They apologized profusely. Made endless promises the refund was coming in 2 days... then 1 week... then 4 days etc. In the end, it took over 20 emails, countless phone calls, and endless complaints and threats of me sharing my experience on social media. In the end I got my refund, but that was well after 30 days. Not worth the time and aggravation.
I had to travel to India for my summer vacation. I needed my tickets urgently. I was prepared to pay more, but when I logged into this website I could purchase my tickets at a discounted price. I was happy at the buy. Thank you.
Last time when I dialled the customer care number I had to wait for a long time. This time, which is 15 days ago when I called up the customer service number I was attended in less than 5 seconds and my issue was addressed properly.

I wanted to know about the website’s refund policy and hence called up the customer care number. The young lady that took my call explained all the policies in an easy manner to me even though I wasn’t making a purchase. It’s a well informed and co-operative team.

As i didn'received my eticket several days after booking, I called back (by the way it takes 45 minutes to talk to someone). They make me redo the reservation as the 1st o ee was cancelled by British airways... so here we go again...
At the end only 1 ticket charged twice... and they gave my cc info to a 3rd party Skylink tonedit my ticket... an extra $60 I was unaware off...

I had booked quite before our planned date. But when the time was near we decided to change the dates, with time of travel and add a new destination in between. The customer service was too helpful and courteous, made all the changes with a modest charge. Thank you for making our holiday perfect.
