In September of 2022 I opened a Fanduel account and deposited $300. I made 3 wagers and then my account was suspended without explanation and my funds are still in limbo. Back then I was directed to send in a plethora of information that I had no idea of how to process and repeated attempts to reach Fanduel were futile. I'm 82 years of age, am not computer savvy, my attempts to contact Fanduel in person have been a waste of time and Fanduel has all of this frustration on file. All I want is to be contacted, close my account and have my money returned. This should be a simple process. Jack Wilton.

My account was suspended 2 weeks ago. I've had no explanation from Fanduel l. They owe me money. And won't even let me log in because my account is suspended. People trust me go with a legitimate company like caesars not a nickle and dime company that's owned by tvg and I don't even want to get started on them

I take it no reply means that fanduel has no intentions on making this whole.so with that conclusion let me tell you my intentions and I hope you forward this to your supervisors.i have a social media fan base that just reached 18.5 million followers with a click of a button I promise you when they spread the review I am going to leave about your dishonest practices it will trickle down and it won't be good. Let me be clear the amount of money that I was cheated out of is penny's it don't mean nothing to me so it kinda starts like this 18.5 mill will reach estimated 30 mill. 30 will reach 45 mill and so on and on. Played First Person Craps for a few then tried to cash out but wouldn't let me take full amount. Only could get half, had to do remaining in a refund. And haven't received it yet, going on 2 wks. They claim they sent $ to account but its not in my transactions. Will delete app and warn others to stay away. Gaming experience is very suspicious as well.

FANDEUL IS THEE BIGGEST CROOKED APP EVERRRRRRRR. At certain times it will not let u cash out when u want 2. It locks u in. Which it's my $ I should be able to cashout when I want. They have stolen plenty that way off of me.

Horrible customer service. Won't respond in timely manner. Asked to close account and refund my balance. Haven't heard anything! STAY AWAY!

It take 10 days to withdraw money from your account but less than a day to take it out of your banking account. Will be moving on to another betting site

So I just started betting but this is complete BS. I bet Justin Herbert for an "anytime" touchdown last night and lost the bet after he threw a TD. To me an "anytime" touchdown is any TD that goes in his stat line and Fanduel told me "no he had to catch or run a touchdown" which was not clearly defined in the bet. Safe to say I won't use fanduel anymore.

I was a new user to fanduel.
1st they put me thru he'll to get verified.
2nd they told me on 2 occasions to wait until 72 hrs to recieve my new user $200 bonus. From Oct. 6th until 0ct. 13 today and I still haven't recieved it.I also have screen shot of customer service saying they will honor. I don't trust them and iwill update you to see if they will honor their promos!

I have consistently deposited and made withdrawals out of my Fan Duel Sportsbook successfully until 2 weeks ago when I received a back to back emails from Fan Duel Fantasy (I do not play Fantasy) that I deposited $200.and $800. Into Fan Duel account out of my Bank account which I had never AUTHORIZED right away I tried getting into my Fan Duel account and it would not allow me I immediately contacted my Bank and they were successfully stopped the transaction I also immediately contacted the Fan Duel support team I followed the instructions on emailed documents that they needed from me and I am still getting no where not only that I received a email that a withdrawal was made out of my Fan Duel account (all the remaining balance) this happened after the Fan Duel team responded that they had to close my Fan Duel account because of Suspicious issues Also the communication is very unreliable I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this Fan Duel Sports Site!

USER BEWARE. Dont use these guyS. Wont allow you to reverse money you have put into you account. Not user friendly at all.
