I seen all the reviews on here and I believe them. Cause I have my own experience. But I'm noticing. Something even bigger. During the Browns game about 20 minutes ago I took a 3rd touchdown bet on a running back to score and Joe Flocco to throw his 4th touchdown. They get down to the about the 12 yard line and kick it. It's like the box office told the coach to let the quaterback know not to score to save Las Vegas. I think we should all stop betting nationwide for at least 30 days everyone than this company will respect are complaints. We need everyone around the US to stop gambling on FanDuel. Also the quaterback didn't throw the ball next possession just ranned it this is all rigged.

I was in the middle of a spin when my account locked up. Followed by unable to log back in or reset my password. I was first told it was because of geoloction was wrong to sign out and back in. Then I was asked to send a selfies with today's date on it a picture of valid ID and picture of my card I used to deposit. Which I done and then I done it again because I was had another email stating that same stuff again. So I have repeated this process multiple times like 6 or more and still get the same reply. So my Christmas vacation has been ruined by wasting my time repeating the same things over and over for days and days. So with that being said nobody addresses the problem and just sends the same email back. And I'm still no closer to getting in my account nor can I withdrawl MY MONEY. How is any of this right? And when trying to contact a live person I got a message it was ended and I would have to wait on someone to email me. So frustrating. I went out of my way to get a game card just to be done this way. I understand security and all is well but when you have done everything asked of you and all you get back is a email over and over the same as the first email upon the first onset of the issue.attached is screenshot of how many times I have done what they asked of me. I want my money if I'm not going to be able to play. They should give it back as they take it.

It's very glitchy when playing slots. The reels look like they land on decent spots but as soon as they do the game glitches and it lands on a low paying spot that randomly appears. Also took me like 5 days and a customer support message to get my casino bonus they tried to just sweep it under the rug. Casino bonus is a whole other thing to. On a slot I played my bonus there was a popup window that said real money and bonus and you have to choose bonus. It changes the outcome drastically. Won less than $2. Had to fight to get my bonus though they first told me it's not something they offer when I asked about where my bonus was. Then i said I have a screenshot of the offer and they'll "looked into it." the glitchy stuff on the wheels really makes me mad. Ultimately lesson learned not to use FanDuel. Closed my account

McCafferty ran for 14 or 15 yards but a holding penalti was asessed but they didn't recourse. Also in the Denver nuggets vs warriors they did not assess a bounce pass as a assist for Chris Paul. I lost the the bet ultimately! But they are screwed up. Other than that I have loved the app. Glad I didn't bet high on those games and I will be more careful. I wish they could be more accurate!

They have an awful win/loss ratio but their games are good -they used to be a lot better as far as winning odds on the slots but have gotten greedy lately …their bonus 's are not good either as they always require you to deposit before getting anything …their reward spins are a joke but overall I have to say I enjoy fanduel

Buyer Beware! This site is a SCAM! They take your deposits in seconds! They tack on a charge of $4 per transaction too! Then you actually win, but then they issue every a blanket automated statement, which Im sure everybody must've repeatedly received. There is no "LIVE" or even legitimate "Customer Service or Tech Support" to escalate the matter to withdraw your winnings. I never used my bonus money b/c what a sham that is. I tried withdrawing less and less of my winnings to see if there was any point in doing so. Ive attached 1 of the 10 repeated msgs Ive sent to the company and haven't heard back from them about this issue in months. This is all certifiably true. See attached image. You've been warned! Hopefully this review helps someone out there! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I play the slot machine every day and I lose this one day I played and I won $1700. I was questioned by them that I had a gambling problem. My account was suspended. They issued me out 1000 of my money and kept 700 of it when I asked when would I get my money back? They said 3 to 5 days, then I got a text a couple days later saying that they couldn't put the money in my account. They had to mail it to me and it would take 5 to 10 business days that was on November 19 today I still haven't received the check and no one will talk to me, and every time I question about my money, they said somebody from the Support will get back to me

Fanduel will take your money I advise everyone to download MGM betting app they will deposit your winnings 72 hours after you win! My husband deposited his money then won FanDuel took my husband winnings than asked him to verify his information and he will receive his winnings within 1 to 29 business days? Now tell me why it takes that long after you deposit your money to bet than won the bet than get locked out your account than have to verify your identity to have to wait 1 to 19 business days for FanDuel to deposit your money back to your account you won,I'm telling u it's been 19 days FanDuel still has not deposited my husband winnings he won back to his account yet.? Please download MGM betting app they are very good with giving u what u paid for I would never download FanDuel after this incident that happened to my husband

As stated in title. The system asked questions like last log in date and exact amount of cash in account you have.
If you cannot log in how will you even know exact balance unless you keep separate records. Also need to know the exact date of last log in. I have the site on my tool bar open and thus never need to log in. Again I have no record of last log in. I offered custom support ( really customer rejection) my last four of my SS, my last deposit, and amount along with the card number I used. No dice. They locked me out and kept my balance. This is hard to believe and really a crime in my mind...This firm needs to be investigated for inflexiable account verification procedures. I wonder how much cash they have collected from locked accounts following procedure. Also if others have had this problem.

FanDuel is a bad online casino to play at ANYTIME now. The payouts are very tiny and they NEVER let you win your losses back. Any bonuses paid out are rare also. Obviously, FanDuel has gone downhill more & more and management has changed everything for the worse when it comes to the players. Bottom line - you won't win at FanDuel. YOU WILL LOSE! FanDuel will then take your money and invest it into Bitcoin. They'll make a double return on your losses because of their GREEDY OWNERS. The drive for crypto investments has pushed FanDuel and other online casinos altogether to cheat players out of their money more than ever today. Players may be stuck changing their strategy by investing into crypto currencies themselves. Fight fire with fire...casino players should invest all of their gambling money into crypto currencies. Don't be a sucker for FanDuel or for any other online casino!

This service has tons of issues. They use public figures to help market this form of gambling to make it fun and exciting but it's only a brainwash form of gambling. I have had several issues with my funds being stuck in the account which is unusual when time to withdraw or delete I've also have problems with receiving my cash in proper time and they always come up with ways to manipulate someone with their wager by freezing the boards or doing everything possible to manipulate. I contacted about receiving my funds back from technical issues and of course they're making every excuse not to deliver my funds back that were unequally wagered. I give this service a (0.5 -half of a star out of 5 -five stars). This form of gambling needs to be removed from our society.

Trying to download the new app. Your website is a joke. I'll take my money somewhere else. What a waste of time you give me a bonus but I can't play because the app won't download it says it will download in a few minutes never does. Biggest joke I've seen!

I used my debit card to fund the account. Then a few weeks later I used my wife's debit card. Then I get this miserable message from Fanduel: Your account has been suspended. Please reach out to Customer Support for assistance. I did nothing illegal nor unethical but the idiots wanted to investigate me. It has taken them a few weeks and the situation is still not resolved. I can't even withdraw my funds. Customer Service says its out of their control and in the control of the investigators. This has been a rather horrible experience. I am starting to think that one branch of Fanduel needs work to justify their existence.

I can envision the Fanduel Investigative Branch. Boss a customer in Kansas, Ken Smith, used a debit card but a subsequent debit card was used and the owned by, Kate Smith, to transfer funds in. Great job! That pushes our Pending Accounts Review case totals up! We will put a hold on his funds, then make him send in a picture of a state DL, a picture of the debit card, and other miscellaneous bull$#*! that is requisite to weeks long investigation process. These metrics are very important to the CEO and our division.

Well guess what? Not only did I get my % but also, lots of bonuses I didn't expect, but I got paid for the last ones I was nervous about.

I have been playing on fan duel for a bit. At first promotions a were great,and the risk was little. But once established and a regular player the Wins have become less and less. In fact today I played ALOT. Never scored free spins on the Rose, Fire and Joker nor did I get a spin bonus. In fact, I did not even win 1/2 back of money spent! I think going to store and buying scratch off tickets has better odds and pay outs! I opted in for promotion that ran through today 11-26-23. I met it and should have received 200 back from fan duel but have not and promotion disappeared. Fan duel claims it's paid within 72 hours but it was instant on Friday night! Totally disappointed

My account got hacked, the hacker took all my available funds out and locked me out of my account. When I tried to contact FanDuel they have no customer service number had to use the chat. I gave them all the info they requested and still haven't had a conclusion and it's been almost 2 weeks and haven't heard anything back. I would be careful betting on this sports book, your funds are not safe.
