Deposite money throung online banking. 4 hours later received an email from FD that my deposit was rejected. However money were gone from an account. Support is dead and live chat is complete BS.

4 hours ago my my 23 leg parlay failed because Rudy Gobert was placed on my single parlay twice for the same task with different amounts. 6 Rebounds and 8 Rebounds. That is a conflict. However it was on my ticket. He made 7 Rebounds. He made the 6 but not the 8. It is a conflict. I would have never bet him to go over the 6 Rebounds. If I had wanted to do that I would have made a different bet and put him over the 6 Rebounds. Anyway challenge anyone to try to bet the same player on the same parlay twice for the same task at different amounts. The system will not allow it however it happened on my mine. I am really done with fanduel. I have attached a screen shot. Look at Rudy gobert and you will see him twice for the same task at different levels. The other pick is what happens when tring to put the same player on same task at different levels and the system will not allow it.

Same as above...the app is $#*!...Draft Kings is sooo much better. Liked this app but I sent an email after losing over $2000 on a single game that didn't pay out and then spent more thinking it would hit...moving on...had enough

I won a parlay and I wasn't paid and to insult to injury when I attempted to reach customer service the number wasn't in service. When used the chat they rerouted me to a third party where they tried to charge me. It's virtually impossible to speak to a live person. I have been dealing with this issue for 2 weeks and it's still hasn't been resolved because I can't speak to anyone about the issue!

I don't understand why they make it difficult to provide services you pay for. It suckz they are the provider for our local NHL and MLB games.

They pulled out $150 from my bank, and when I disputed it I got it back, then they suspend my account. These people are scammers and get mad when u catch them. I'm also a VIP member and spent over $1M with them, and still get treated like this. These people are thieves straight up.

I placed a parlay on 12-16-24 3 different tickets same bets switched two teams around last team to when was the Denver nuggets and they won by one point... At that point FanDuel blank the ticket and took it away leaving only the two losing to losing tickets. I contacted them asking what happened to my winning ticket and my money but they act like they don't know. It has to be a better system provided to be able to copy all bets that's placed by us the consumer. Because what they are doing is called Theft and fraud

Do not bet on sports bets They changed my bet in the middle of the game. And when I contacted customer support. They kept giving me some prompts and then once I proved to them, they blocked my account.I repeat stay away from fanduel

I noticed mid game that a player was added to my roster that I never chose! Better yet….he wasn't on the roster to begin with! There was no way I could choose him! He was let go in September! When I asked about the switch FanDuel said I made that choice! HE IS NOT ON THE ROSTER AT ALL! How was he switched? 🤬

Do not sign up for this app I did a debit withdrawal early at 8am they told me my withdrawal was completed and should be in my account now in 30 minutes I still have not received it it's been 6 hours now and the promotions is trash don't fall for them ad commercials they don't give you nothing not even a 5$ free bet or casino bonus
