I ordered a hat and paid expedited shipping to wear it on a particular day. I received the wrong hat. I cannot find a phone number or email to get in touch with them. They have a virtual assistant that does not understand what I'm talking about. I disputed the purchase with PayPal and days later they still have not responded.
I ordered a pair of shoes on Sept 3.3-7 day shipping my $#*!. It's almost 2 months from my order date and still have NOT received my order. Just more emails pushing it back. Latest is Nov. 9. Cannot get through when I call. Online chat disabled. Do not order from fanatics. I will definitely tell every sports fan I know to steer clear of this mess
I received my sweaters fast! Good quality am in love with the quality is more than I expected! Can't wait me and my husband to wear our auburn sweaters this Saturday in Arkansas. Am a happy customer!
Originally, before I placed my order, I was told the 2 custom jerseys would be shipped within 10 days. After I placed the order, immediately they changed the shipping time frame to 6-8 weeks. Very much a bait and switch, since they don't allow you to cancel custom orders. Now we won't have our custom jerseys for my wife's first game. I do NOT recommend this site.
I ordered a Jersey from fanatics on October 3rd and paid for the 1 day shipping. The delivery date was pushed back to October 7th, which is fine i try to be flexible with delivery. By October 9th there was no update on my package and the expected delivery date was still the 7th of October. I finally called the customer support number and the lady who assisted me assured me it would arrive by Monday and i was refunded the shipping expense. However, today is October 14th and there is still no update on my order. I called the customer service number again and the woman who assisted me was incredibly rude and just reassured me that i would receive my jersey in the next two days. I didn't receive a refund or anything. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever use fanatics or any company that goes through them.
I ordered a jersey from Fanatics three weeks ago and just checked the order tracking today. It said they canceled my order. They never sent any email to tell me they canceled it. I called customer service and they said they put a block on my account. They did not tell me why, but they took the block off my account and said I can re-order the jersey. The jersey has been sold out for over a week now. I waited 3 weeks for this and now have to wait until they can re-stock it. There was no reason to cancel my order and they should at least tell me that they canceled it.
I place a order three times and each time it was canceled because know one could get it right but Tasha got the job done we need more people like Tasha in customer service that knows what they are doing Thanks again Tasha for you stand up service
I ordered a jersey on June 21,2021. The shipping date has changed 3 times. Still nothing. Now they are not responding
I recently purchased the 'City Edition' light blue Cubs tshirt. For a $30 Nike shirt, I'd expect a premium level cotton. I didn't even get a chance to wear it once after it was washed. The cotton turned stiff, it shrunk and changed shape. I will be returning this item.

When i tried to log back in... it always said i was unable to. I even requested to change me password and no emails were sent to my account. So now everything is full price and could have ordered from somewhere else. What a terrible company for doing this.

Will never order from here again. Ordered two months ago and order is yet to be delivered. Tried to chat on line, waited 30 minutes and never received a representative. Finally called and talked to an agent who was apologetic but no help. Do not order from this website!
Placed an order a couple of weeks ago. Got a notification my order was supposed to be delivered this past Wednesday, waited all day for it only to receive a late message that the delivery was delayed until Friday. Then, Friday, same story, waited all day only to get a late message that delivery was pushed to Saturday. Still haven't received. Tried contacting fanatics and got no response and no information. Finally got someone who said it would be here yesterday which obviously it wasn't. Disputing this charge. Do yourselves a favor and AVOID THIS SITE!

I bought two items on the website and both said free shipping. I was billed 24.99 for shipping and called customer service. Customer service said I selected standard shipping which was the only option, I was told they could take 4.99 off and that was it. I canceled my order and will buy the items elsewhere. False advertising
False advertisement. Give you a promotion of free shipping, 39SHIP and it says sitewide free shipping no minimum purchase with 60% off.
I still get to pay to ship and handling sure I got $13.00 discount, then you charge me 17 bucks for shipping and handling, nice.
Additional: it says I do not have orders. Which I have been ordering with you since 2019.

I ordered a Clemson hoodie on Sunday. Monday, at 12:22pm I received an email stating that my package had shipped and was given the tracking number. Today, Wednesday October 06 I received another email stating my order was on its way, but when I check with FedEx, they still haven't received the package.
Mind you, every other business I've ordered from debits my account once the item has in fact shipped. NOT FANATICS! No, they debit your account immediately and leave you waiting for days on end to ship your item(s).
Secondly, there customer service is all automated so I was unable to even cancel the order. This place is a joke and will not receive my business EVER again.
Your best bet is to stay far away from this company. Horrible business practices.
I placed an order on Sept 27 th.
It is now Oct. 6 th. Tracking has not changed in a week. Near impossible to contact anyone in the company. When I log on to check status, no order is showing! The money was taken out of my account, and I have emails with order number and tracking number. Thier online chat is a joke! Very disappointed. Glad I paid with pay pal. Will likely start a claim soon for a refund.

The Jersey is way too big. Medium T shirts fit me pretty snug usually. This Jersey goes half way to my knees and past my elbows. Plus it took weeks to get here and it was late.

I used fanatics to order some gear for my baseball team the Astros. I ordered a hat from them and I got express delievery and it came in on time. Now that the postseason is here and my team clinched the division im trying to order some division champions gear (2 shirts and a hat), however no matter what I do wether that be change credit cards or email addresses. I keep getting emails saying they can't verify my information and that my payment wasn't processed and has been refunded. I called the number in the email for help and the lady that helped me said for some reason it wasn't being verified in their system and that my account/email had basically been locked from purchases. Well she claimed to fix it and gave me a 25% off coupon code and that was the end of the call. I went and tried to reorder and the same problem occured. It's unfortante that fanatics is the major website for sports memorabilia considering all the problems I've had. If you can find another website for sports memorabilia use that instead of this garbage website.

I've bought many Nike shirts in my life and have come to know the expected quality, but these seemed like they were fake. I sent everything back I ordered. There is just no way I'm paying full price for this stuff. Secondly, the pictures of the shirts in no way match what I got. They make them look like they are athletic fit, tailored, whatever and when I got them they are all wide-bottomed... like it gets bigger towards the bottom - the exact opposite of what the picture shows.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.
