I was shoppng for a t shirt with my team logo. I was doing basic web comparisons and they had one that was "supposedly" on sale and free shipping. Was what I wanted and with the promo...was to be around $22 plus tax. Already expensive but original prices was over $30. By the time I checked out,,,the promo had disappeared and I ended up paying for shipping PLUS HANDLING and the price ended up nearly $34. I was tempted to cancel but was too far gone. And the T-shirt, even though Nike (who I didn't want to buy) was cheap. WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I ordered the product in late June, and after 3 weeks with no delivery, I inquired about the status by sending an email. After 3 months, I received no follow up, and when I asked about a refund was told that refunds are only issues within 30 days of delivery. My product was never delivered to technically, I was within 30 days of a date that had yet to happen. The agent offered me a 30% coupon off of a future order. Why would I want to continue to order from a company that steals from its customers? Ask yourself the same before ordering from this crooked company.

Purchased a gift for my dad for his birthday and had it shipped to him. They shipped it to the wrong address for the 2nd time. Now they tell me I have to return it and place another order. Horrible customer service for a mistake on their part. Everytime I order from them something happens with the shipping. Spend your money somewhere else. They suck.

Beware!

Poor quality merchandise. Sweatshirts run at least 2 sizes small (they don't warn you) and when you return it they refund only part of your money. Beware.

SCAM
December 10, 2022

Fanatics and NFLShop are the same SCAM company. They advertise "next day delivery" but apparently that means they will process the order next day and deliver it whenever they feel like, even if you pay $30 to have an item shipped overnight. They give you the REAL delivery date AFTER you have given them your money, and if you try to then cancel the order they tell you it's "too late" because it's ready being "processed," but you can return it. When you go to return it they charge you $10 for doing so. I'm eager to see if I will even get the remainder of my money back after they receive the return or if they will find a way to scam me out of the rest of it as well.

They sent me the wrong item, second time in a row

I ordered a limited medium eagles legend jersey and received a random xxl team shirt. Extremely frustrated, the jersey I ordered isn't even listed anymore. Was very excited to buy my first jersey in 15 years, only to be extremely let down. Hopefully they can reach out and make this right, because when my girlfriend called(she ordered it on her account) they told her the jersey was sold out(didn't say so on the site) even though when I ordered there was nothing to show that any sizes were sold out. I'm beyond frustrated

Worthless

Spent over an hour putting together my sons Christmas gifts, Placed my order, payment processed, confirmation received, followed up immediately by an email saying the order did not process. They said they couldn't validate who I was! I don't think they have the products they are peddling available. I see my pending charge for the items I ordered so why the failure to authenticate?! They are worthless. Called the number to ask what happened to my order and they said I ;d need to authenticate who I was. Seriously! Have order online for years and never encountered this kind of problem. Wothless website!
Will never use them again!

Gift return

I found out I had ordered the wrong size watch band when I gave the gift to a friend. I contacted Fanatics to exchange it for the correct size. I was told because it was sent directly from the distributor that I only had 30 days to return it. There was no exchange available through Fanatics. I suggest you do not do business with Fanatics.

So I bought a jersey over 2 weeks ago and apparently it takes that long to "process" my order. I called to cancel my order they said they can't cancel since it's gone to the "warehouse". So now I have to wait to get my jersey to return it. How stupid is that? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.! Wish I would have read all these reviews before I ordered.

Unreliable company

I ordered a quarter zip for my son's birthday. It said that it ships the next day. It now says it will arrive Nov 9th. That is 2 weeks from my order. Needless to say I didn't have it on time for his birthday. Very disappointing service. Was not even notified of the delay!

Misleading/dishonest

I purchased a fan box from fanatics, which included a gift card. Nowhere on the car didn't say there was an expiration date nor did it explain that anywhere in the contents of the box. I'm now being told that the card that they gave me will not be honored. They put something in the box that can't be used.

Just buy resell cards. If your package says delivered and its not, good luck trying to contact someone. Company is does not care about customers. Live cvhat never working. STILL WAITING PAID ITEM.

WHEN YOU TRY AND TALK VIA THEIR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE YOU GET A RUN AROUND JUST ANWSERING THE SAME QUESTIONS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I WISH I WOULD HAVE SPENT MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF TAKING THEIR MONEY AND TELLING LIES THAT THEIR GOING TO SHIP YOUR ITEM OUT THE NEXT DAY. Disappointed.

Beyond disappointed with this site. I ordered a 3X sweatshirt for my boyfriend. I wear a medium, and could barely fit in the sweatshirt. Size does not run true at all. Then, I went to return the a sweatshirt I spent $40 on, and they only refunded me half of it because they charge an extra $10 for a return policy for something they messed up on. Never will be ordering through them again.
