I had a good service returning item and the raison was because it was in US money so came up with a huge difference for the price with shipping and exchange money.

If you don't like the item, you won't get a full refund. Their customer service rep assured me I would get a full refund including shipping fees ($4.99), just not handling fees ($1.99) prior to returning the item. Upon return of the item, I only got a partial refund. I paid $51.91 & got $35 back. After speaking to a different customer service rep, she issued another $9.99 refund (to cover shipping the item back costs, which I was never informed I would be responsible for. I was told to use the free shipping label they provided), but I still never got my full refund as promised. Good luck if you purchase from here. Hopefully you like the item & don't need to make any returns. The item that was delivered to me felt like a $5 Walmart sweatshirt with a label sewn on.

I ordered my personalized Seahawks cup and my Dallas Cowboys cup arrived with my wife's make on it. After trying to find something other then AI customer service I found a number where I got to talk to someone I couldn't understand. They instructed me to wait until the arrival time had passed (it was early) to be able to get a refund. That's 7 days from now. Plus I've got to call them back on that day. This company is behind the times. Unprofessional and complete garbage.

Ordered a Philadelphia 76ers baby package with a cute onesie on october 9th, it said it would ship the latest october 24th. When I realized my item did in fact not ship, I reached out to customer service who guaranteed delivery by november 14th. It is now november 28th and delivery date was pushed back to december 14th. What a joke.

I reached out to customer support on Instagram about a slight error on an item i got delivered and the engagement and help I got from Carson was terrific! Follow up was very good and outcome was exactly what I hoped for. Great quality merch too
Fanatics is incredibly disappointing. They will bill your credit card immediately, and not ship your purchase for weeks, if ever. Calling customer service, you'll get put on hold, then disconnected.
They are a money grab, and you'll wind up having to call your credit card company and marking their charges as fraudulent.
Do not use your debit card on Fanatics website as you will have tremendous difficulty getting your money back when your products never arrive.

I ordered 2 jerseys on 11/05/2022.
I never received an order confirmation or any tracking information either. My card was charged immediately and still no jerseys. Can't seem to find any contact information for customer service. WHAT is going on with my order?
Ordered two (2) World Cup jerseys the Fanatics.com offered with "Free Next Business Day" shipping. They failed to ship the jerseys and refused to refund my money. Refuses to expedite shipping for a replacement. Refused to do anything to remedy the situation other than apologize for the inconvenience. Absolute scam artists. They still have my money and I have nothing from them. Trash company that doesn't honor its commitments or obligations.
This site never seems to have the products I'm looking for. When new jerseys drop for teams, you can only get like 1 player, or pay an extra amount of money to get a customized jersey. In some instances, they don't even bother to keep regular jersey sizes stocked. When I contact customer service, they said to just keep an eye on the website to see if items stock, which is a reasonable answer for a terribly run company.

My son received a gift card and every single time we have placed an order, it has been cancelled. "Customer service" says there is a block on the address, so we attempted to ship to an alternate address where the same thing happened. Zero interest from fanatics to deal with the issue or explain what is going on.

I ordered two Astros World Series Championship Hats. The hats were way small, like they were made for a 10 year old child not an adult. I spent over $200.00 for 2 hats and 2 shirts. 1 shirt they don't have in stock and don't know when they will have it in stock. They had no problem taking my $94 for a shirt they did not have access to. The hats fit like they are made for a child. So basically I got 1 of 4 items I can wear for over $200. I never order from Fanatics again.

I placed an order for my son's birthday, waited for two days then decided to check on the order status. Found out that it was canceled, you canceled an order and you don't notify the customer? Contacted customer service, they do nothing, told me that warehouse canceled it because it is out of order and that is it. I used gift card for my purchase, they said they issued a gift certificate but I haven't seen it yet. Such a terrible website!

I bought a Tua jersey while the store had a 65% off sale. I am currently a college student so I put in my college address with my room number. When I tried to proceed it told me I couldn't because it did not recognize the address. So I was able to move forward in the process by removing my room number from the address line. I figured this wouldn't be an issue because the school does not need that line to hand out our mail. Ten minutes after my order I got an email saying my order was canceled. I immediately called to understand the problem. The woman explained that my address was the problem and that I should have added a room number to the line, even though that was impossible. She gave me a 30% coupon, but now the jersey I wanted was out of stock so it did not matter. My only option now is to wait until they get more and have to pay 30% more than the initial price I was going to spend all because their system messed up. If you are living in a dorm don't order through this site.

I purchased a jersey last Christmas for my partner and it was the wrong size so I followed directions and returned it January 6,2022 using Canada Post. Canada Post did confirm the parcel was delivered. I have tried three times to get my refund from this company and I keep on getting a response that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process a return. I've used their online chat twice and spoken directly to customer service. I've also responded to their emails to no avail. I always get the same canned response. I really wanted to give my partner the new jersey this Christmas but I'm not about to put another hundred bucks into this company's product. So much for customer service!

I've actually been shopping on this site for sometime now. Here and there. Face mask. My only complaint was the delivery wait. However I purchased a sweatshirt dress 60 dollars not worth it so I looked into returning it. You want to charge me to give me my money back? Not for shipping but $9.99 fee for refunding my money period. Decided to keep it. After reading the reviews happy to have received something for my money. Won't buy from you again.

Very bad customer service they told me my jersey "was lost" and I was issued a refund 4 days ago to today getting told that I can't get a refund as it wasn't lost. I have proof that it was and I asked for a manager and they said that the manager is not available. This is a terrible site do not buy a jersey or anything from them I paid 2 day shipping for 30$ and it got lost on the 3rd day and now it's not. I went to Montreal as a vacation and I never got it in time and was told I wasn't getting one cause it was lost. Very upset and will continue to tell people not to do business with them. I purchase a Reflective t-$#*!. Not sure why they call it reflective when light nor sun reflective at all. A very bland looking shirt without reflection in which they claim. Also the $40 t-shirt had a stitching issue on the left shoulder which made the shirt stick up off my shoulder looking extremely goofy. Went to send back for refund and found out they keep $10 of the refund for no reason at all, funny cause there big sales slogan is 365 day return. I was very upset to find out they were keeping $10 of my refund of a defective shirt. What a joke! Never buying from them again and suggest you don't either!
