On the top of Fanatic's website, there was a giant red banner with a Promo stating that selecting 5 dollar two day shipping at checkout would make sure that my merchandise would reach its destination by Father's Day or it would be free. Based on this bold guarantee, I ordered two shirts for Father's Day under the impression that they would actually be here in time for Father's Day or they would be free.

I selected two day Business shipping for 5$ and placed my order on 06/13/2017. The order shipped the same day, but I still haven't received my order. When I look up the tracking information, it states that the order will not be delivered until Monday (06/19)! HAPPY FATHERS DAY LATE DAD!

I called to see about getting this situation resolved, and actually dealt with kind and polite customer service representatives over the phone, but they were unable to honor the guarantee that the order would be free if it didn't reach its destination by Father's Day. They stated that I did not fall under the promotion because I didn't enter a promo code which was not displayed anywhere that I saw. There was however this promo code:

Free standard US Shipping on Orders > $30 with code: 30Ship or Get it By Father's Day w/ $5.00 2 Bus Day Shipping

The rep told me that I should have entered the promo Code GTGT and pay $4.99 for 3 Bus Day Shipping on Orders > $30 - GTGT by 6/16 (before Fathers Day)

Since I paid 5$ for two day business shipping rather than 4.99 for 3 business day shipping, the rep stated that my order would not be free as indicated by the humongous red banner on the top of the website.

The rep stated that she could only offer 10% refund on the order and a shipping refund. So It is noteworthy than 10 dollars off of my order is better than nothing, but It is absolutely ridiculous that they did not hold up their end of the bargain.

I told the rep that she should be able to override this and include me in this guarantee. She even agreed that I should have been afforded this, however, the computer system would not allow her to do this for me.

It needs to be shouted from the rooftops that the guarantees they provide atop their websites are worthless!

I have been a very satisfied customer for over 10 years! I think they have the best selection of items. The customer service has always been great! I am not one to take time to write reviews but I was saddened by the low average score. If I were not familiar with this company and I googled them, I would not do business with them. That would be sad because I would have missed out!

Placed an order for two shirts and intead of free shipping paid for three day shipping. Spoke to chat person and was told if shipped by tuesday i would have in hand by Friday.
Received tracking number and checked status today and said Wed july 19. WRONG!
Contacted messenger and was told it was scheduled by 8pm. It is 8:14 and i do not have my package. Piss poor customer service. Lost a customer

Still no response!

I recently wrote a review for poor customer service. They sent a follow up to it saying they would like to help. It is now 3 weeks later, with no contact at all. I feel they have computer generated a response to negative reviews to make them look like they are resolving the problem, when they have no intentions to. I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service with Fanatics. If they had genuinely tried to contact me to resolve the problem, they might have won me back as a customer. Instead I find myself making another negative review. Such a waste of my time!

Buyer Beware!

Stay away! I bought and received team house shoes that cost over $40.00. After less than 4 months of normal wear, the right side on the right shoe became completely unraveled and unwearable. Customer service stated that because it was past 60 days, there was nothing that they could do, not even a partial refund. Bogus!

Ordered a tee shirt june 15th... they claim 3 to 7 business days to ship yet it's been two and a half weeks... still no delivery... i wouldn't recommend buying anything from this site

They sent the wrong order for shoes and now don't have the right size in stock. I now have to return on my time after wasting 40 minutes with them chatting and they offer no back order process or credit for my time. Monique and Erin C. In customer service had the responses of AI or drones... maybe they were. I would give them no stars, but not possible.

$#*!ty company, ordered a Youth Replica Kemba Walker Jersey in Teal in a Yth L. Received the jersey on June 6th, and returned the day I received it, with the return label it came with. Every time I go to check my account I haven't received the money I spent back period, and it's been over 20+ days! Also, every time I go to check the status of it by clicking "Return order'', I get the same thing where it said it was already shipped back, and that I can check the status. Whenever I go to do that, it wants me to download a shipping label. I returned it with the label it came with, so why would I need to download a shipping label? Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I ordered the wrong size and received NO information about it after it being returned, and DIDN'T get my money back. Can't say this company lives up to its standards, with being one of the LARGEST sports merchandising companies.

Horrible purchased a new era 59fifty low profile Indians 7and 3/4th hat. First hat received looks like a returned used hat chief wahoo looked off bad stitching. Called sent a replacement and this one had bad stitching white spots near chief wahoo cap. Talked with two floor supervisors and that a warehouse check would be made to see if their was a bad batch. Then get a email stating that there are no issues at the warehouse. Receive an email stating that their going to send another cap out. Third hat comes with similar to first cap looks like a returned used cap stain on inside of crown white little spots on top of crown. Inexcusable after saying warehouse check that caps were in good condition. Third cap comes in damaged box as well. Customer service kept putting me on hold and had negative attitudes and that they could care less. I don't know, one would think they could take a few seconds to place an in stock item of good quality in a box. Probably could care less of the quality of items they send out. Never again

Fanatics got worse

I've always order from fanatics... but they sent me the wrong items... they just keep getting worse and worse... last time i will order from them... they need to get better customer service and when they make a mistake they should be able to resolve it as soon as possible... specially with someone who buys from them all the time...

I received the wrong size of my jersey that I had ordered. I bought this jersey 25% off and thought I would have just been able to exchange it, however they don't do exchanges and now the sale is gone. They expect me to buy a jersey at full price now due to their mistake. Also the amount of time that it supposedly takes to receive your refund is extremely long and that makes me feel extremely uneasy. Will not be buying the jersey from fanatics unless customer service finds a good solution.

Orders Take Forever

I am beginning to feel a little bit worried based on all these negative reviews. I ordered a lanyard and it states it has been shipped Friday and i checked the tracking and it hasn't even moved yet? I also ordered a custom jersey a week ago I am worried that is probably going to take forever to get here. I hope the custom jersey I got is not fake either....i paid over $200 for it....I need some reassurance about all this

We have reviewed your order's and we do see that the customized jersey you ordered does have a special shipping date of 7/11, this is the latest date it will leave our warehouse. With customized items it can have a longer timeframe and we are sorry for that. Once it ships you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. I so wish I had read reviews first but saw a t-shirt I wanted for my husbands birthday and ordered it right away. I also ordered a shirt from Ebay. Got Ebay order ASAP. Kept waiting on Fanatics. Called to check on it and was told my order had been cancelled due to the shirt not being available. Then woman said they sent me an email on 6/16. They didn't. She went on to read me the email and argue with me over it being sent. I couldn't believe it. So rude. I was inundated with spam emails from them but NEVER got the cancellation email. Luckily went to FANEDGE; found the shirt and it shipped the next day. DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR COMPANY.

Quality is terrible

I live in Canada and since it seems every site that offers NCAA stuff is run by Fanatics, I placed an order for 5 Florida Gators items. 3 of the 5 items were damaged with loose threads and 1 of the items had a hole in it and didn't look like it was stiched at all in the area it was damaged. Shipping time was good but I would not recommend buying anything from their Fanatics Brand. They rectified the issue...sort of by providing credit for the tee shirt, but won't be ordering from them again.

Place my order on 6/12/17 for 11 items. Why they shipped all separately is unknown to me. It's 6/22/17 and have only received 5 items thus far. A few of the items don't expect to arrive until 6/27. I was better going to $#*!s or ordering elsewhere. NEVER again will I waste my time and $$$ with fanatics.

Cancelling Account

In the past I was satisfied with the service and products from Fanatics and I have ordered a number of products. However, my last order is beyond disappointing. Apparently Fanatics has changed their carrier from FedEx to Lasership. I assume in a cost saving move. I will never again order from this company. If you are familiar with the service and reliability of Lasership no other explanation is needed. Hopefully I'll get my order in the next 6 or 7 months.

Fixed the problem

Highly recommend emailing customer service rather than calling. They fixed my order and did overnight shipping so my gift would here in time for Father's Day. The representative Cayla was very nice and fixed the issue immediately instead of the 2 representatives and manager called who did nothing to resolve my problem and were rude.

I ordered a shirt from Father's Day on Monday 6-12 with the spend $30 and get "Free 3 Day shipping." The shirt was $29.99 so I had to spend an additional $4.99 to be eligible for the shipping. I never received an email with confirmation or tracking. It is now Friday 6-16 and no shirt. I called customer service and they were extremely rude and told me it's my fault I should've known there was exclusions I told her to cancel the order and she said no and told me if I want to return it I can pay the return shipping and return it. So now not only will I not receive the gift by Father's Day I also have to pay to return the gift that will be coming almost a week late. NEVER will I order from this site again and advise anyone thinking of ordering against i.

The exact dame thing happened to me as the previous review. I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be guaranteed delivery on Fathers Day. In addition i paid next day delivery ($24.95). I called twice, the second rep Laura was rude $#*! hell! She tried to tell me the shirt i selected was not part if the promotion when clearly it gad #1 Dad on the back and it stated it guaranteed to be delivered by fathers day. Now my gift to my dad will not be delivered until Tuesday... I will NEVER order from these people again. I will stick to my trusted go to site for all sports memorabilia and apparel. If i could they would get a negative zero rating

STAY AWAY!

Ordered stuff in the past and always had issues. Put an order in for a Penguins shirt on Monday the 12th. (fathers day present) I did the 3 days ship. Just looked at the shipping confirmation and the shirt willn't be in until late next week. Called the customer service number and the lady was yelling at me. She was extremely rude. Please whatever you do stay away from this company. Then in small print they have (this product will ship within 3 days) which means it takes 3 FULL DAYS for them to process an order. Thanks Fanatics my father day is ruined.
