It is a lovely gift for a loved one but it was to expensive for the size.
Numerous issues from the beginning. Lost a complete order that took forever to arrive. From photos it looks like picture it looks like they are matted but they are not. Also orders show in recipients name not the person that ordered them. No option for gift notification.
And the picture I ordered was perfect. It came faster than expected as well.

This was a repeat order and it did not stand up to the original order. I sent an email with pictures of both orders and within a day I received a phone call from customer service. The order was redone and is just as perfect as the first order! They did everything to make sure I was pleased with my order! Would order from them again.

Defect on my canvas and sent numerous photos showing defect and kept receiving responses back asking for more photos, I sent 10 or so already but kept being asked to send more even though they were clear photos. I gave up as nothing was being done to address or resolve, but will never order here again.
I feel a bit uncomfortable ordering a canvas without seeing a preview. But I've been assured by customer service that i will recieve an email with a proof to approve, before my canvas is made & shipped.
Yes we did go back and forth a few times to figure out the best arrangement. We Love the final result!
