There's an adultery woman by the name of sue lafayette she loved screwing other woman men, she works at West rutland family dollar and now working in wallingford, she loves to destroy people's lives she will do any man, watch out for her, and her husband has no idea what kind of slut he is married to, she sneaks around being with men leaves her car places and $#*! anybody she can. She destroyed my fiance and me watch out for this slut, she screwed me already she will do you too

Not appropriate music playing, cashier was rude while cashing us out. When ask to leave candy out she took it out of bag and throw it in the counter. When asked to scan barcode from phone app didnt even said a word had to input my phone because i saw the option

I was in Store Number ******* in LaBelle, Fl yesterday, and the cashier Cherita was so very helpful! She stepped from behind the counter and asked me if I needed assistance when I was looking for some medication for my grandson. She went above and beyond and deserves a raise! Please call the manager to this store location so that he/she can praise her for her assistance in making my shopping trip so pleasant! 1

I frequent store # ******* in Goffstown NH, at least once a month, and today, I had finally had enough! I work in retail, and I know how difficult it can be. So, I have first hand knowledge of what it takes to do the job, and how it isn't always easy.

In the past I have let things go, because of my own experience with working with the public, and not wanting to make trouble. Today, I decided to break that silence. The store manager at this location has a TERRIBLE attitude, she has absolutely no regard for the shoppers in her store, and doesn't seem to have a problem hiding it. I attempted to walk down two aisles today, where she was stocking shelves, and she never looked up, never offered to move, or make a passage way for me to get by, I had to leave the aisles, and go from the other direction. Then, when I got in line for check out, there was only one person at the registers, and the line was forming behind me. She was able to see that the line was growing, and did offer her assistance to the lone cashier. A gentleman behind me made mention of the fact that it appeared they were short handed, and I said that the manager was stocking shelves, and not concerning herself with the situation. Another gentleman spoke up and said, "she is awful, I have had up close, and personal contact with her, and she is terrible", I agreed, as I had seen her in action in the past, and knew she was "difficult" at best. When I reached the register, I mentioned to the cashier that he should call her up, and he said, "no, I got it", he had no concern for the shoppers in line either. Hiring for these jobs right now is challenging, I know, because I work retail, however, if I behaved, or neglected my customers as she did today, I might not have a job to go back to.

I have been visiting the Family Dollar store on 400 Oberlin Rd. In Elyria, Ohio for 8 years. I have always found the cashiers to be helpful and professional. But a few years ago a new Cashier was hired for the day shift. This woman is very rude. She constantly talks with other Cashiers while attending to the customers. She used foul language and will even talk on her phone while ringing the customer up. The only people she greets happily as they enter the store are her neighborhood friends.

Store ******* Has friendly Employess starting with Manager. Everyone takes the time to help you. One especially is Crystal who went out of her way one day to try and pull up coupons on her phone when mine would not. I know excellent Customer Service as my last 10 years in Retail (Dollar Tree) was as a DM. Now retired for 5 Years

The one in the highlands once had a very nice young lady that. Worked there for a while short story shorter I come in today this new one with very nasty atttitude I had a basket full of items trying to get them on counter a cup fell she said in her nasty voice ya have to pay for that no problem of course yet it was her best one in voice so I said are you going to get some one to clean this up again her tone! I am the manager if you don't like it here you don't have to shop here I can get you put out I said fine! I will call corporate thank you! So of course I let them put about 250. Oo back worth of items not because of the family dollor there poor lowclass employee with the hooker long nails the street attitude etc! She never knew I have cetified sales and retail upper class exp with salestriaing. Etc always treat your customers with respect leave your tones etc out on the streets therefore keep attitude out of work place respect your elders, not to mention I had my grandchild with.me these folks need proper sales retail skills. Or just stay home we are your employees also we shop you get paid without paying customers you have nothing.

Every time I buy ANYTHING OUT OF FAMILY DOLLARS STORE PERIOD THEY STEAL IT THE CASHIERS ARE INDEED ARE STEALING OUT OF THE CASH REGISTERS THE STORE OFF PALM BEACH BLVD IS DISCRIMINLATORY THEY DO NOT HAVE OR WANT NOTHING BUT SPANISH MEXICAN PEOPLE COMING INSIDE THESE STORES

I enjoy shopping here. I like the store and I am able to shop here. They are cheaper than other places

Went to one down the street from in OKC OK to pick up some cards. They have to prettiest cards for cheap. Unfortunately within the 30 mins I was there, 2 different fights broke out between patrons and management. Both resulted with management telling patrons to get the H... out of her store and not diffusing the situations at all. She accused one patron of stealing, even with her receipt. Needless to say I am going to try to avoid shopping here as much as I can. It was ridiculous.

Family Dollar LPGA-No Mask Complaint

Two days ago on 7/21/2020 I stopped at the Family Dollar on LPGA in Holly Hill, FL. As I drove up, I saw a customer coming out with a cart and a mask on his face. So, I thought it would be safe to go in. I walk in the door and a cashier/staff greets me with no mask on her face. Two months ago, a month ago, I saw this no mask on Family Dollar staff before. Today, with almost 6,000 people dead in Florida, I thought there would be masks on staff. The female Family Dollar said welcome to her store, I picked up a small hand basket and took two steps into store. I looked around and no one was in the store but me. I looked at the cash register area and there was just a clear piece of plastic between me and this probably virus infected Family Dollar worker. God told me to turn my butt around and get out of there. This I did quickly. Why am I writing this complaint? Family Dollar on LPGA had continued to have their staff with no masks, last month, month before, two weeks ago and now two days ago. So, I blasting Family Dollar for being as stupid as Trump and infecting people with their stupid denial of the disease and their non-caring attitude for others. Possible Family Dollar customers, you have been warned!

Store ******* on west ave in rochester ny. Has bad customer service from the store mangers to it's cashers. I was in the store today around 1.30 pm and there was just one casher working and the line was getting longer the cashier tried to call for a manger on the phone that didn't work and she also rang the bell for help no one came until a customer went and found the manger in the back of the store talking. Then the manger got rude with the customer and asked the lady "who she thought she was her boss " this manger needs a review of the company's policies about customer service. Thank you

When I visited the family dollar store, located at 4550 Warrensville center road. The Store manager is very and the assistant manager 's. I went to purchase just household items like anyone else, I approach the head manager Capri. I asked where is the bleach and trash bag's, she told me find them my $#*!ing self and her other staff will not assist me. So I left the cart and walked out of the store and also called corporate office. I would never shop there again.

So I went into the store #******* on may1 am I was talking to the cashier about a broke product that I bought from another store when all of a sudden some little white man come cussing me in front of whoever about my situation telling me to $#*!in go back to other store or to $#*!in call corporate so itoldhim why was he cussin at me when I was not even talking or cussing him I've never in my life had a store assossiate use the f bomb at me like that.he really makes the new store on sunbeam look bad and very poor customer service.He needs to find a nother line of work. His name is Orlando.my co-worker told me she goes there frequently.im still going to use family Dollar as I have for many years but their cs is a top zero in my book at that store what are qualifications for a job there because if rude is one of them I see why he's still working there and shelf's stay empty. It's a sign of maybe folding. You have to be at least respectful in this field I have been in it all my life. But I guess in this new normal this is what paying customers have to deal with. What happen to customer is always right. He has no clue. Just clueless... I'll still go to family Dollar but will never recommend to anyone I'll send them to Dollar general

Tihs is the family dollar on 23rd off of business 83 in McAllen tx, i went in for some disinfectant spray, and was just looking around (Christmas) and found some dvds and games no problem, then i was on the way to the food when asked by cashier to please leave the little red basket, that i was using for my items in the front (where u pay) but i still need some things lady told me that i cant take a basket with me to the food, so i was like, soooo i have to carry everything that need or want in my hands while she wacthed my basket that i needed for my items, store policy she said, sooo yea u have little baskets that can be used for soap, toothpaste, stuff like that but u cant put food items in them, i has never been in that store before maybe she didnt recognize not that its matters. Just never heard of a store policy that u have to leave ur basket in the front whlie u carry all ur items then put them in the basket that u were using in the 1st place, didnt get the ladys name, but wow just wow, feel sorry for an old lady who gies there and hasbto carry all there items by hand
