There is a office that has no cameras where they can do whatever they want. Like say if your white she will steal 50 dollars or something to pin on you. Amanda is racist towards white people. What are we the 1890 where white hate black? What is wrong with everyone in this company? I love to be friendly but if your gonna hate me bc my skin then imma not shop at this Racist's $#*! store. Store#8530, located at 409 W Kemper Rd., Cincinnati, Ohio *******.
Whenever I purchase Brim's Fried Pork Cracklin Stripes, your #8530 store charge $0.15 more per pack than all the other stores in the Cincinnati area.
I would appreciate it you would check into this matter. I am a senior citizen and I need to use my money wisely.
The reason I go to that particular store is because I am unable to get transportation to one of the other stores. I would appreciate if you could make this matter a priority for you.

Agarre un copón eran casi 3$ y la cajera y la otra chica ninguna me prestó ayuda ni asesoría les mostré el teléfono ninguna mostró interés en ayudarme y perdí el cupón al final pague el producto completo sin el descuento agradezco tomen correctivo con esas chicas son lo hablan y hablan y no prestan atención a sus clientes estoy muy molesto por el mal servicio.

I went into family dollar on 06/10/2023 purchased several items, one in which was carpet freshener by armor hammer on the shelf the price was 4.10 got to register it was 4.60 cashier called the manager when I disputed price, he came to register he then proceeded to go and check price as if I was lying then he changed price this is not the first time this happened folks please check shelf prices with register prices this is another way they are cheating and stealing from customers to pay for this trillions of dollar debt they have. Folks watch everything we can't afford to give these companies more money. Irony is they think you're attempting to steal but it's them stealing from us. Watch and pray

I have gone into family dollar for ever in grants New Mexico,I went into family dollar today to get a few things while I was in the store the cashier there was two of them. I was in the back of the store and you could hear one of them cussing, saying ugly ugly cuss words when I went to cash out I asked her if she could quit cussing like that. Does her manager know she cusses like that she says yes she does. You could ask her and I told her I knew her manager very well, I told her if there were kids in the store and listening to that that is not right, she shouldn't be cussing like that while she's working with the public. She told me to get out of the store and she can cuss if she wants because it's her mouth and her boss lets her. I gave her my money. I left the store, and she chased me out of the store, yelling stuff at me still cursing slam the door and went back into the store,After she said, I wouldn't have to see her face again cause she ain't working there for long. She was a true KAREN how sad

At elkins family dollar the main manager is stealing money and blaming the other works. She got caught on camera she was doing it. And she is still there. The main crop office won't do anything to her. It's bs. I quit there cause she was blaming the other works so I quit. She wasn't going to blame me. Plus the family dollar in elkins wv sucks. There workers are rude to customers.

The price you see posted on the shelves may not be the actual price that rings up at register. BEWARE!

I would not recommend this store if you want quality customer service. I've been calling their store for 2 days now and no one has yet to answer the phone. After the second day someone finally answered the phone at 2:45pm by just saying hello after I pressed 3 to speak with a store employee. I had to ask if they were Family Dollar. The person said hello then hung up after my question. I've been trying to call back since someone finally answered and as usual no one is answering. I don't have a car that's why I'm calling because I walked there yesterday and didn't get my question answered so I'm calling to see if I'd left something there before I walk back there again. The employees there act as though they want to be anywhere but there and an employee was just standing there eating food out of a cup while I was trying to get help. Go to the Dollar General down the street off Beltline or the store in Seagoville off Hall. Bypass this store if you want professional customer service

I applied for a job a few years ago. My past wasn't the best but I haven't been in trouble in 20 years. Not only did they hold this against me and treat me like a criminal taking pictures in the store...you hear the video camera making noise. Anyways. I was young and stupid and drunk. Sober 15 years now. Any charge I've ever got was because of being drunk. So they told the whole town about my record. If you want to keep your life private...don't ever try to work at any of these store. Guarantee you will regret it.

It doesn't get cheaper. Ya it says dollar on the front but when they're selling 50 cent china trash for 20 bucks I gotta draw a line. $#*! the family dollar and their corporate approach to communities. Go out of business so the mom and pop stops can come back. Leeches.

Store manager and employees awesome, courteous and patient. Always offering to assist and to guide and help find products needed. I'm blessed to have met each of them.

My freind bought a ham sandwich from family dollar yesterday and has food poisoning from it wow throwing up vomiting

The lady in Wendell is so rude. She wouldn't help me and gave me attitude when I wanted to return something.

I was hired at store #3242 on 3/30/2023. The hiring process showed red flags but I ignored it giving the store benefit of doubt. First thing I had a problem with was the system had me like I started 3/27/2023. When I asked why the Manager told me her District Manager told her to do that. I was like Wow that's crooked. I then asked for the pay card because she told me family dollar dont pay with paychecks. Again WOW. She said she don't know how to do that but because I was a key holder for Dollar General I'm very aware of the system. She said we would take care of it later with the District Manager. All she kept saying was freight gotta go out. No problem but my pay. Because I didn't have a number yet she manually put my hours in.Still no pay card. Next day I come in with new hire that asked for a pay card and she immediately with in system and did his pay card. Again WOW. I proceeded to stick around because she told me her District Manager had something to do with it. At some point of the day I got truly disgusted because I will not work for free. Its 4-4-2023 and no one still has reached out in regards to my pay. I have never ever ever experience a hiring process like this. My email is *******@yahoo. All I want is my pay. Never ever want to work for this company. Utterly ridiculous

I love my Family Dollar,however over the last few months I stopped going because I couldn't even get a basket down the isle,for the last few days I have been going everyday because the store is now cleaned up and the cashier Ashley is so pleasant to have a conversation with.She likes her job and takes pride in the way the store looks.Kudos to Ashley and please don't transfer her.She is making this Family Dollar a store again! I an known as the drink lady because every time I go in I offer the workers something to drink.Keep up the good work!

I am an ASM at a FD...I have been there for a few years...our GM was given a new store and my store would be seeking a GM...I have an extensive background in management and customer service...I have not missed ONE day of work, I even worked open to close for 3 consecutive days because our entire staff was out with covid...all but me and a coworker... she told me that do not call her because it is her weekend off...wow. I have senority over her by 2.5 years...she had just started...long story short (I will try anyways) The GM position was never posted in house or posted with any job seeker platforms. My coworker (the one who can't not be bothered to work on her weekend off) was appointed temporary GM...I got ahold of my supervisor asking about the position and he told me that he just posted it...lies...lies... lies...I'm a little pissed because I should be able to, at least, apply for it...and before anyone says it's because of me due to whatever reason. No it's not it's the DM. I have only seen him two times the entire time I've worked... but she was always working when he would show up... I'm gonna have to buy he4 a case of chapstick because her lips are seriously chapped from all the a$$ kissing she did...

So family dollar in Belton South Carolina has went to hell in a hand basket I will not be shopping at the one in Belton South Carolina as long as Jessica Nichols is working there with her whole raggetty family while they steal and rob the store blind. What a shame. They can't even keep shelves stocked
