This woman "Serena" is the most dishonest person I have ever dealt with. Stay away from this site! I ordered a wig, she charged me and still until this date February 1,2014 has not refunded my money. I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED THE WIG! SHE DIDN'T HAVE IT AVAILABLE... STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD SEVERAL MONTHS AGO! She keeps promising to refund my money, but never does! She is waiting until I give up... which I wont! She doesn't respond my emails! Stay away! I am not done with you yet Serena... I am contacting as many people as I can... better business bureau along with any one else I can warn about your scamming tactics! Send me my money!
I ordered two wigs from fairy wigs supposedly modeled by black celebrities. To begin with the pictures on the web site are not their wigs. If you are a black woman, the hair does not match our hair. The wigs are made of Chinese hair. Super straight! The afro wig that I ordered had straight hair that was teased instead of curly. It was simply HORRIBLE! You cannot/will not get your money back either. If you notice, all the wigs have 5 stars. But, customers have no way of adding reviews of their wigs. The stars were there apparently put there by the company. On one of my wigs, it took them 2 months to send it. I tried to cancel my order and get a refund but they would not refund the money. WARNING! PLEASE, BLACK WOMEN, DO NOT ORDER ANY WIGS FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I would give it ZERO stars if I could! I purchased a wig from Fairywigs. The wig I received looks NOTHING like the photo. You are unable to style it similar to photo because the base of wig shows! They also gave me the runaround to return and will not pay for shipping which is more than $50.00! Site is a scam! Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering mine as they are TRUE!

THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF! I ORDERED A RACQUEL WELSH WIG FOR $195. When my wig arrived it was not what I ordered- it was hideous and you would not let your child wear it for Halloween. The packing slip even stated the price of the wig they shipped was $36. They will not refund my money or send the wig I originally ordered.

This site is totally scam! I bought a wig from their company and they have sent me a rubbish. I have cleaned my floor with their $#*!. Stay away from them.
