I ordered a wig from Fairywigs online, this would be the first time I have ever ordered anything online, not a good experience. I was first given all the information about the production of my wig, then I could not get online to check any more, I was unable to contact the company using any of their sites. I can not understand how anyone can get ripped off by a company and just write a bad review instead of trying to put this company out of business, I intend to do all in my power to see that no one else is taken by Fairywigs. Fairywigs-the wig was not like the picture. The wig appeared to have been worn. I wanted to return the wig, but was told if I return the wig $30 would be deducted from my refund. I had a problem with this ridiculous logic, the wig was made wrong but you want to charge me. Since I was never going to wear the wig it did come in handy. My garden scarecrow is now wearing the wig. I will never purchase another wig from this website.

I received mine and it was too dark and doesn't look like real hair. I went on the web site to try to return and just got frustrated. All the crap you have to go thru to return is disgusting. A lot of things you click on don't work. I feel like I totally got scammed unfortunately not once twice I have another on the way. Note to self read reviews first. I continued in this email vortex with them, I emailed them 2 days after I received it to tell them it was too dark and I wanted a refund, and it took two more days for them to get back to me and tell me that I needed to take three pictures of the wig on a wig stand and to fill out a form but you couldn't fill out the form you had to make a copy of it fill it out take a picture of it just send back to them for a refund. Then two more days went by they email me and tell me that they told me that I could take it to a stylist and get styled, well the colors too dark so that's doesn't even apply and the other option is they could refund my money but $-30 it cost to ship it and then couple other options that weren't acceptable. I wrote them back (now 6 days in) that I was sending it back and that I wanted a refund and then the next day I went to the post office did a return send it back. I emailed them to let them know because this is day seven and I want my money back and you only have seven days and they waited three more days email me back and told me they couldn't refund my money because I didn't file a complaint within seven days and I'm like WTF! And then I had to fill out some other form that wasn't even attached to the email she sent me! They also wanted tracking number but the post office told me they can't track it to China but I have the customs number if they say they didn't get it. I will be filing a complaint with the credit card company and PayPal. I have never in my life had so much trouble trying to return something but it can almost guarantee that I'm not going to get my money back. This is the most horrible company I have ever had to deal with ever! You would be an idiot after reading this to order from them. I think my blood pressure went up 100 points!

I would like to stop everybody from using products of this company. There are lots of promises and images of celebrities on their website. The item I received (by the way the value was decreased to $35CAD instead of $157 paid with the explanation, that this is a gift (!)) I could hardly describe. Poor trimmed and having two colors - blonde and black even it was blonde on the picture, I have ordered it from. As it was received for my friend going through the chemotherapy it was terrible experience of watching her reaction when she received this parcel with the "wig". She burst into tears, non-stop crying two days with her blood pressure exploding...
So this is their model: They will send you a "wig" - you will be terrified how it looks like. You will try to contact them for weeks, getting different information of the way how the problem could be solved. Either you keep this useless item and get reimbursement of 30% or you send it back and get 100% compensation - BUT you will spend a fortune to send this stuff to China!
If there is a way to stop this "business" one should do it. No way could somebody get advantage of people going through the hard time in their lives. DO NOT BUY from this site!

Bad Experience
March 20,2014 purchase wig(at least I thought). March 21,2014 monies deducted through paypal account. They were not able to fill my order request and insisted that I pick another color or wig. Did not. Informed after the fact that it takes 30 days to make the wig. I'm under the impression that the wigs are in stock. As of May 29,2014 have received many e-mails regarding refund but, not the money. I fear all is loss. This is what we get for opening the doors to doing business with China. I tried talking with the State Department, what a waste. Good luck!

I wish I had looked up the reviews of Fairywigs before I ordered. The wig I ordered looks nothing like the picture and the color was totally different. Quality is hideous. Tried to write a review of their product on their website but it would not let me submit. Trying to return but have little hopes of getting a response.

Ordered a wig and when I paid using paypal after my payment went through it was flagged as a fraudulent site. I tried to stop payment with my bank and they flagged it and they thought they stopped it but the next day they put it through using a company from California so it got through. When I told them the bank was making a fraud claim against them I received a wig at my door within five days of course it was nothing like the descriptions picture and when I unwrapped it the hair was falling out and when I tried to put it on my head it barely went above my ears. There wasn't enough hair to even style it. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME DELETE THIS SITE IMMEDIATELY! BE CAREFUL I THEY HAVE MULTIPLE SITES LIKE THIS ONE.

Scam site. From china not worth the trouble... They fool you into thinking they have the product in stock, you pay and wait like an idiot then you wonder when will they ship and find out it takes them supposedly 25 days to make a wig (it does not take more than a day) then since their time frame was crazy I tried to cancel my order as the time frame conveniently cancels out paypal protection. I called paypal they say dispute and then escalate ASAP... Also since they took their time to respond they claimed the window for full refund had expired so they were only offering a partial refund -70% FOR A PRODUCT THEY NEVER HAD MADE YET! So I am praying Paypal can get me my $300 back via claim. People STAY away from this despicable fraud site, criminals and thieves they should all burn in hell for exploiting people who need wigs :( I HATE them.

Scale from 1-10 a negative 100%. I won't even give this company a star. Fairy Wigs is a scam company. I paid for a wig back in January 2014 and as of 3/13/14 still have not received it. Today they sent me 2 copies of delivery tickets that one went to Vienna and the other don't know where it is, I live in California. I have requested 3 times for a refund and they have take no action so I went to Paypal for a settlement.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THAT COLORFUL WEB-PAGE! Fairywigs.com SUCK! I ordered a $ 200+ wig and got a piece of $#@! They didn't even bother taking out the original invoice stating the thing cost them $ 35.00. Their return policy E-Mail adderss is a total waste of time. IT WON'T GO THROUGH. So don't bother with *******@fairywigs.com. THAT WEBSITE DOESN'T SAY A THING ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOUR DEALING WITH CHINA. DON'T GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY. And if you did... don't expect to ever get it back... and you will want it back.
