I ordered a wig from Fairy Wigs and was sent pictures that were nothing like the picture on their site. They made adjustments before sending it but it was still off the mark. I requested that they make a more simple bob style, hoping it was be right. What I received was not a bob and the hair used was wavy. The quality of the hair was actually superior hair. I was offered a $10 discount to have the wig cut properly. I demanded a $20 discount because that's what it would cost me to have it cut. They refunded the $20 per my request. I have received numerous compliments on my wig. People find it to look very natural. However, be aware that their color chart is very off. I was very disappointed when I attempted to write a review on their site and it would not accept anything less than 5 stars. Because they worked with me to make my experience right and the good quality of the hair I'm giving them 3 stars. My problem resolved with a couple of phone calls.

I've already posted my review about this JOKE of a company. I was just reading some of the MANY other reviews and I definitely agree with the other people who've pointed out that any of the "good" reviews on here are written in very poor English. Just like the email I received from an employee of Scarywigs. Obviously they have to make up good reviews and post them because nobody else is going to give them a good review. One of the comments I just read said " To be honesty, I never hope that I can receive so lovely wigs:". Wow. You'd think that with all the $ they're making by ripping people off they'd invest in some ENGLISH LESSONS. I just have to laugh at their pathetic attempt to save face. You people are going to be SHUT DOWN!

For some reason, I cannot get rid of the 1 star on the review…. I don't think it deserves even one!

I asked the company how to get the wig exactly as shown in the photo……It looks nothing like it! The colour is totally different, and they told me I used the wrong number. I used the colour number they advised me to, and now they will not give me a refund. I ordered an expensive wig, because they advertised a 2 week return period.

The last I have heard, they will only give me 10% discount on my next purchase! Next purchase?! Yeah, right!

Please learn from my mistake, avoid this chinese company! Like, the plague!

I, like an idiot read the reviews on THEIR website an thought, "Wow, great reviews, ok, I'll try them. MISTAKE! It took almost two months for me to get that Raggedy Ann wig and while I was waiting for it, they lied about it being shipped, made excuses and when I emailed (don't think about talking to anyone) that I was returning it, They said that I had to take pictures of the wig in certain positions and mail it back for a portion of what I paid for it! When I went back to their website and added an HONEST review and gave it 2 stars, it was CHANGED without my permission or knowledge to a 5 star review! I then modified my review in caps at the bottom to warn everyone about the switch in my rating. I just tried to log on their site and I CAN'T! Hah! Do you believe that. Oh, and my original review - it's gone! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RACKETEERING GANG! Notice I didn't say company. From now on I'm doing more research before I buy from another country.

Received the wig and was astonished at the poor quality and misrepresentation of this product. The style was a chopped up version of what was shown in photo. Color sample shown looked like a highlighted deep red and ended up being dark brown with large splotches of a weird orange color. Tried having it styled and found it hopeless. $150. Lesson learned. Check out company before ordering - do not buy from China. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is. Will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. FRAUD!

I don't know who Heart and Soul is, but I ordered from my wig from Fairywigs, and if they are the owners of this company then I am very upset with them and you, too. When I ordered my wig I ordered it with the understanding that I can return it if it was not what I ordered. Instead you give me two scenarios, one to offend me by offering to refund me $16.00. The other is to tell me that I will have to pay stiff overseas shipping charges if I choose to have another one made. Why would I have to accept either one? Now if you had offered for me to return the wig and get the one that I ordered at no charge me then I would have done that and I would have you a respectable company. I am going to keep this wig but I am also getting ready to write a very bad review on my Face book, Twitter and Instagram to all 1,400 of my friends and I am going to ask them to post the review on their pages. I will NEVER order another wig from Fairywigs or any company associated with Fairywigs. I am a researcher and I will do my research to find out if any of the other companies I Google to find human hair wigs, are associated with Heart and Soul or Fairywigs. If I find out who they are I will make sure I add their names to the list in my social media review. A company is only as good as it's word. I am going to research and find out more information about who I should be talking with at another level in your company or with Heart and Soul. I will also be making a report with the Better Business Bureau

I ordered a wig and it was not the one I ordered. Serena gave me all kinds of excuses, but will only refund 25% of the value. Please don't deal with this company.

Anyone associated with fairywigs i feel condones their behavior. I will not spend money with paypal or alibaba etc., that ssociates with them. Took my money from credit card but never delivered my product. Refused to respond to emails. Sfsgddg? You

RUN... Yes, dummy me, I did not look up reviews BEFORE I bought! Saw the Ad on Facebook. It is NOTHING as the pic or promises. I have done everything they asked, pics and all info to get my full refund. NOW they are only willing to give me 10% back and keep the wig. OR I have to send it back and they will send a NEW one. BTW, it's $80 to send it back! I do not want a new one or the one they gave me. I sent a a dispute to PayPal. Hoping they are helpful..

I love my new wigs so much and I can't find any words to express my feelings. To be honesty, I never hope that I can receive so lovely wigs, I bought it just for the love when I saw the picture. Thank you for the beautiful wigs I bought.

It is glad to received my order, exceed my expect. I went to a hairdresser to have the bangs trimmed and they were very impressed by the quality of the wig. It brought a good mood for me, thanks a lot! I think the next time I will still choose wigs from fairwigs.

I ordered a wig from this company and used my credit card because it offers fraud protection. After 3 days, the order said payment was pending even though the charge showed up on my credit card statement so I cancelled the order successfully and received a conditional credit. A month later Fairy Wigs has yet to process a credit and says Pay Pal is holding up the credit. How can this be when I didn't use Pay Pal in the first place? This company is totally crooked! Don't order from them.
