At first the starting prices where reasonable and i was really looking forward to renting a car with the app but i guess today all the starting payments went up 300 more i don't think I'll even use the app anymore. These starting prices are not FAIR!
First off this review has nothing to do with the service or cars or lease process. It has to do with a stupid design quirk thats so stupid you shouldn't download it for that reason alone. If you are an uber partner there is no way to get back to the regular non rideshare cars. Currently my app is in limbo. It won't let me sign into uber or view other cars. I contacted service through the app apparently all they did was just make it so I can't do anything now including contact service again. Thanks for the giant waste of time this has been. Also just so everyone knows i am not an uber driver. I have never completed a run. In another attempt to solve this problem i contacted uber to delete my account. So far this has not worked. Update 8/15/2018 Dear world steer as far away from these people as possible. They can't even fix a simple user login error that occurred with there own app. Since Jul 25 they have been working to correct this. They have still not corrected it. Good luck to anyone employed by this company you will not last long as I'm sure other companies will have no trouble taking over your market if potential customers can't even log in to use your app.And if you reply contact our concierge i have I don't care anymore i just bought a new car. You officially lost my business.
I signed up last week planning to get myself a car as a birthday present at the end of the month. The dealership down payments were too high for me and I saw several cars on the app with a starting payment of $700. I get a notification that new cars have been added so I open the app to browse some more. To my dismay
From the get go it hasn't even allowed me to even hit the "let's go" button after I entered all my information.
They used to be so amazing. Two people single handily ran the support lines and emails and they were absolutely great. I told everyone about this new company. A great concept
I don't get how they expect to keep this business running for long. There has been three times that I have put an order in for a vehicle that I like
This is another company concerned only with making money
I thought Fair would be something cool to check out. I already have 2 cars but one of my leases are up at the end of the year and I wanted to get a head start on some research. I downloaded the app and put in my info. It said it wouldn't effect my credit to do a soft check
This is by far an interesting Pap. Unfortunately but an individual like myself that don't know much about cars and contract I am looking for more information. The prices are truly exciting for me as a single parent. However
Garbage app. Waste of time as soon as I scanned license they said I don't qualify?
I was told that I needed to verify state of residency do to having a out of state license. I submitted that info via chat that is set up on the app. The reps do respond promptly however I was told after I sent the info that I was going to be transferred over to another rep
I keep seeing coupons for up to 1000$ off start payment but everytime I use them they are expired or invalid I have one for 250 off but really the amount ima spend a month on a car I would think a 1000$ would be way better since you're making money off us regardless!
I'm having a REALLY hard time figuring out how this is ANYTHING close to being fair or how this could make any financial sense to ANYONE. I was browsing vehicles in the Boston area. Found one that I liked
I have a leased car from fair app and i got a notification to upgrade my app and i did so. Upon upgrading the app to latest version it is crashing the moment i try to open it. I am using iphone 6 with ios 10. 3. 3 Please fix this issue as i am unable to check my documents on fair app due this app crashing issue
I have not yet gotten a car with fair but still pretty good. I don't know if they have a suggestions box or something similar but I believe that would be very helpful for them. No one else has done this so I believe the best thing for them to do is listen to what the users have to say. For example their search options/bar is very. Minimal? They could add more options to it like most dealerships' websites. Anyhow great idea and I can't wait to get my first car with them!"
I currently heard about fair and with me being a young adult and not the best credit I was so game to finally get a car. I did all my research on the cars they have available and finally found one I would like. They had a special for Labor Day so I went for it what better time! When I went to go pay for it told me they don't take pre paid card as payment. I contacted customer service rep and asked why and if I could just link my pre paid account number to the account she simply told me would not move forward it's like seriously my money is as good as anyone else's a payment should be a payment I am very unhappy with the service and probably will not get a car here
My phone number has a 253 code area from Seattle but i live in Chicago and the app doesn't let me look for cars in Chicago area.
Got the car I want love fair thank u I really want to pay to keep the car
It's champ! I can't wait when I am ready buy car just take my time make sure everything in one apps amazing?
It displays based on monthly payments and I could not find the final price or calculate it based on how many payments were expected. The lowest I can make the year filter do is 0-2014. So if you want a car that's 1997-2004
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
