I had the best experience and I love the car I leased through you all! The process was convenient
They take your drivers license before you can see any price... I e mailed customer support twice with no response. There is zero service. All of the cars have at least 20
Good process until you have to chat with customer service. They are unresponsive and uninformed. Very disappointing.
I was broke living paycheck to paycheck at a minimum wage job and was without a car. I was unable to throw down a 1-2k deposit for a car and i was having very little luck with finding a cheap car that will run. During my car hunting I came across an app called Fair. It was something too good to be true so I investigated. I came to find that it was true. For a cheap car all you need to do is drop around 500 for a deposit and pay roughly 360 a month. From there my life took a dramatic change. With a car I could finally stop bugging my gf for a ride
Makes car shopping so much easier just a couple of clicks in your way by far the best online car buying service available I'm super happy
Update 6/13/18: Problem still exists. Keeps looping back to the search page over and over agin no matter the vehicle. I'm done with y'all. Original post 6/11/18: This app is garbage. After I turned in my first Fair car (which I got in January and was actually a smooth process)
At first I was a little turned off by the pricing but when thinking about how leasing works this may be a good alternative to people who can't get a traditional lease or who don't want to commit.
Not sure what the idea is here. All the cars have a down payment north of $700. The lease price is at least 30% more than a comparable 3yr lease. Why would I lease a used Audi A4 for $500
This is how it should be! Had a BMW 535 in a freaking 36 month handcuff contract (Yeah I signed it - my bad) wanted to change the car and never got out... fair is the way it should be. Thank you!
Seriously the coolest product. I got a car all through the app. It took about two days but customer service kept in the loop EVERY step of they way. Super knowledgeable crew over there! I can't recommend Fair enough! If you're hesitant you should still try it! Great job Fair!
This needs more options for where I can use it. Expand please!
Love this app! Getting the car took a little longer than expected
$780 a month for a 4 year old Ford F-150? You can buy a NEW one from the dealer for like $300 a month
I had the best experience thanks to a representative by the name Nola. I was having some difficulty
Update. After receiving the response from Fair They email you a a confirmation code but don't tell you where to enter it. You have to hit "link not working". Then they require you to provide a drivers license and payment method just to browse the selections and options. At that point I bailed out and deleted the app. I'm not going to provide my ID and bank account info just to see if it's worth it."
When is fair going to be available in the Phoenix Arizona area?
The ads for this app makes it look like they're financing car loans. These are just long term rentals at competitive prices. Would you pay $260/month for a 2016 Chevy Cruze with 38k miles in 2018? I probably would. I get bored of cars I've rented from hertz within 2 days and they're much more expensive. This is app is like Car2Go when they were still in San Diego but with slightly more practical yet less desirable cars. 4/5 That's for being confusing with your ads.
Cannot filter by location. Like i would be interested in a car 2000 miles away. Green cars cannot filter by true green cars. FCEV versus BEV versus Plug-in hybrid versus good MPG Interesting concept that is poorly implemented. I live in california and you would know that because you needed my drivers license and address to sign up. So guess this is just your standard answer to everything. Still cannot filter. Again poor implementation of an interesting concept.
The payments so high and there is no enough cars and they have a specific colors and you can get like those cars from any dealer cheapest and more flexibility I found Ford Mustang 2017 used 20
There are much better deals out there on the market if you just do a simple google search on car leases. Rough example you can lease a 2018 VW Jetta mid range model at $200/month zero down 10k mile/year for 24month. Or work a deal on 2018 base Bmw 320i for $349/month with zero down 24 month 10k miles a year. -The so called "fair" deals I see on this app for example: 2015 base used small Mitsubishi Mirage with already 23k miles on it for $240 month PLUS $600 start payment. -Another unfair deal is their used base Bmw i3 (already 17k miles on it) for $500 month plus $1
Fair is a new way to get a used car that lets you lease a pre-owned vehicle completely digitally – and for as long as you want. Use your phone or the web to shop cars with monthly payments that fit your budget, get approved in-app, sign for the one you want with your finger, then drive it month-to-month for ultimate flexibility, or on a 2-year or 3-year lease if you want the best value.
