I have been trying for weeks to get a refund for wrong filters and every time I get a different story. I returned 4 filters with UPS labels that they sent to me and never was told that I will pay shipping and restocking fee. At the end I was told that one of the orders was old and that I cannot get the refund. In the meantime they have the 4 filters.
I ordered a wallet with Factoryoutletstore.com even though it was listed as backordered. The website said it would fill the order in a few days. This didn't happen. The price wasn't fantastic, but I thought this was affiliated with PacSafe, the maker of the wallet. They aren't. So about a month later, I get a call from them asking me to swap the item for another wallet "just a little bit larger." I was tired of waiting, so I said to send it. Instead of a man's wallet, I got an organizer the size of a woman's purse. That will NOT fit in my pocket. I asked for a refund or exchange. I got the form and it showed a 15% "restocking fee" if the item isn't broken. This is unfair, since THEY were the ones that made the mistake. I filled out the form and asked for a lower priced wallet. They received the returned Purse (wallet) on February 5,2016 at 10:15am. I called today and they said the tracking is not good enough and they don't have the merchandise I sent to exchange it. They want more proof that they got the item. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people if you can help it. Any problems are NOT addressed in a timely manner and they make you jump through hoops to get what you paid for. I wish I could give them 1/2 a star rating and I will tell everyone in the world eventually.
UPDATE: The company quietly posted a credit to my card, so I didn't have to call the card company and contest the charge.

I had some concerns after reading some of the poor reviews. But the prices are fair, with free shipping, located in the USA. And it is a Google trusted site, for what ever that is worth.
I ordered heads for a Norelco Razor. I received them promptly with no issues.

THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY OF SHIPPING OVERNIGHT FEDEX THEN CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $62.00! I CALLED TO HAVE CHARGES REVERSED BUT THE WERE RUDE AND REFUSED TO EVEN DISCUSS IT. A $27. BATTERY COST ME OVER $90! RIPOFF!
Don't purchase from this site. They sell damaged and poorly refurbished merchandise as new
Purchased a three pack of refrigerator water filters. The first one I installed leaked. Called and was told to return it at my expense. It was returned and I received credit. Installed the second one and it did not leak. Being a six month item, I installed the third one after six months and sure enough it leaked. Contacted vendor and was told there is no warranty after 30 days. Seems unethical to sell a product that they know will be out of warranty when used without informing the customer of the warranty shortcomings in advance.

Looking for a phone with amplification. Not only did they have a variety of options. It seemed to be fair pricing and most importantly... they offer FREE Shipping! Much appreciated. The free shipping made me order the phone immediately.
I ordered three pieces of luggage a month ago. I received the first one with confirmation of shipment after one week, called customer service about the other two. They said they were backordered and sent me an email to that effect. Yesterday, I received the second piece with the same result: called customer service who said the third piece was backordered and sent me an email. Said it should arrive by the end of the month. Had the Website indicated the luggage was backordered, I would have ordered elsewhere.
Ordered refrig filters a few months ago went to use one, they are not even close to fitting. I used their website to try and get my order number, but they use the excuse of having to verify my email address which they already have. You never get the verification email, so you cannot get into your own order history. I called and they said to wait 10-15 minutes, I told him I had already waited 30 minutes, then he hung up on me. It has been more than three hours and I have tried more than 5 times, nothing. So I am guessing they are not going to do anything. I will never order from then again, if you do then just give your money to a homeless person, it would be better than giving it to thieves.
I placed my order with them over phone on Thursday Jan 7,2016. Person who takes the order clarifies about my order and tells me I would certainly receive my order within 2-4 business days. I ask for email confirmation and yet it's Monday but still didn't receive any email. So, I call them on Monday Jan 11,2016 asking about my order status and they tell me I have to wait for this product for at least 3 weeks from now till I receive it because they don't have the product in stock any more. I speak to a random supervisor who is so rude that doesn't want to talk to me about the inconvenience but tells me to cancel my order if I can't wait for that long time. However, I said it's alright I needed the phone so i'll wait. Back again on Thursday Jan 14,2016 I called them as a new customer and asked them about the same phone I ordered to see if they have that in stock yet or not and they surprised me they had the phone in stock. I asked them why they lied me about not having my order shipped to me when they had the product in stock. And he confirms that the order was putted wrong because I asked for gold color and they had on order black color phone. The person on phone apologized and said he'll get this going right away for me. Again on Monday Jan 18,2016 I call to ask them about my order status. I get reply that the order has been sent to warehouse and we will email you your tracking soon. I call on Tuesday Jan 19,2016 speak to a supervisor name Tracy and she tells me someone will call you from our office soon about your order. I still haven't received any call nor any email. I am still waiting for my order. If you are planning to order something from this site I would say please please please DON'T. I am so tired now that I want to cancel my order with this people. They do not value their customers neither they care about their customer. THEY SUCK AND ARE COMPLETE NON PROFESSIONALS.
Ordered 3 replacement cell phone batteries. My first clue was what was printed on each battery... Made In Chia, not China! I fully charged a battery and it stayed fully charged until I made a 15 minute call the next day. 3 bars to 1 bar after this call.
I spent $3.00 to return the items in addition to the $26.00 purchase/shipping price. A week later I got a notice of a $15.00 refund from Paypal. This vendor didn't bother to send an apology or to itemize the deducted restocking fees. It's amazing how a company can send out mediocre merchandise and deduct exorbitant restocking fees for returns at customer expense!
From now on, I will read company reviews and the fine print in the Returns Policy before I buy.
The item I ordered turned out to be out of stock when I called them 2 weeks past my order. They say 2-5 days shipping. I called them asking about my item and they r trying to sell me warranty and ignoring my question! They made me mad!
I ordered a gps watch on Dec. 22 paid for 2 day shipping - item was backordered. Once available, they took three days to ship it. Then the shipping is two days. I will never order from them again. Also, they couldn't get my gift card to work. It wasn't worth the savings. And I still do not have the watch.

Ordered a battery for my tablet. When it arrived it looked like it had been assembled by a 12 year old. Returned it for a refund (shipping at my expense) and only received a partial refund.
Not even a single word from them. I am turning this issue over to the credit card company.
The threat of turning this issue over to the credit card company did the trick. They grudgingly returned the price of the item and the "restocking" fee.
I would still avoid this place like the plague.
This online retailer is an embarrassment to the online business community. I purchased a new Garmin unit and had it shipped to my marine dealer for installation. The dealer, who is a local Garmin dealer, got back to me and stated the unit would not work.
I contacted the seller and was told that I would have to pay for an additional unit and then return the defective unit at my expense. If it was not factory original packaging or showed signs of wear the returned unit would not be credited in full. Instead of providing any degree of customer service, they performed CYA for the entire conversation.

Answer: But these things locally. I don't trust this place. I bought phones which were refurbished but NEVER stated as such. One stopped working a month after receipt! Pay a few $& more and stay away from this place.
Answer: That's a question no one can answer for me. Tried calling and now I have to wait 10 days for their investigation
