I love this website and I love their customer service. I have placed a couple of different orders and Teresa by far has been the most helpful rep ever! I am so grateful to have found a website that has amazing product along with phenomenal customer service.

I ordered 2 boxes of scrap fabric from them and they said was delivered on the 18th of April. No boxes actually arrived. I immediately emailed them and they said an investigation is ongoing. I told them to just return my money because I am not ordering from them anymore. This is after reading a lot of bad reviews about them. Too late. I am still waiting waiting for a refund. A customer rep named Brian keeps promising the same thing, that an investigation is ongoing and they'll come back to me after 24 hrs. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks now. I told him I just want a refund. He never addressed my refund instead he keeps promising about an investigation. I told him I'm not interested on the boxes anymore I just want my money back. But nope he is not addressing that at all. The deflection method is the scammers way of getting out of the situation. I really think this is a big scam. Don't ever trust them. I will go to every site and every review and warn people against them. I also reported them to Better Business Bureau and they haven't replies to my complaint yet

I completed a purchase online but ordered the wrong amount. I contacted Fabric Wholesale Direct and Theresa was very helpful. She canceled my order and immediately refunded me so I could reorder correctly. Will definitely be using this company again.
First order with this company. I ordered 4yards of purple sequin material. I went with Flat rate shipping which was for (7-10 days). I placed my order on March 6,2022 and received my order on March 11,2022. Great quality & color. I like that They offer the rewards program where you earn points. Will differently order from this company again!
I never leave reviews. However, after dealing with this company I feel it is only fair to warn everyone else.
Their swatches do not match the actual fabric you receive. And then when you return the fabric (because its not what you wanted to begin with) they claim it was not returned following their return policy. Which was never clearly sent to me or explained. If it is so important to return it the way the want it they should make that very clear.
Then they receive the fabric (that they can resell) and will not give me and refund. They do not alert you they are actually not refunding you and do not call back when they say they will.
There are plenty of other fabric places to purchase from. Do not bring your business here!
Cancelled order a few hours after I ordered it. They said the item had already shipped and refused to cancel the order. The FedEx tracking showed that a shipping label had been created but the Item had not shipped/ Informed the company but they still refused to cancel and refund my credit card. I will have to refuse delivery and ask credit card company for a chargeback. Terrible, dishonest customer service.
The above customer placed an order on December 15,2021@ 8:01 PM and paid for a 2-day delivery expedited shipping option. Our warehouse immediately processed, cut, and packed the order since it was a time sensitive order. The order was then sorted and picked up, at which point the package is no longer retrievable. Customer contacted at December 16th 2021@ 11:21 AM via email asking to cancel the order. We responded in under an hour informing the customer that the order is unfortunately not cancellable as it has already been packed, sorted and picked up by the carrier. We informed the customer that he is nonetheless welcome to return the package for a refund. Evidently, the customer instead opted to just leave a negative review claiming we were "terrible" and "dishonest", when in fact we were just meeting the fulfillment obligations that he paid for.
Even after reading reviews and seeing the low recommendation rates for this company, they are inexpensive so I decided to take my chances. Was that ever a big mistake! After a full week of no progress (they said they almost always ship within 2 days), I finally wrote to them to ask what the problem was. Wouldn't you know it, they gave me the same sob story they gave most who left them poor reviews, that they had too many orders and not enough staff, but rest assured, they will ship it right out. That still took another 48 hours.
Then, when I got the package, I saw that one of my fabrics was missing. They told me they had a stock shortage and could not send it. I asked why they did not bother to tell me before I pointed it out to them, and sure enough, another excuse (warehouse missed notifying me). They finally offered to either send out something else or refund me. REFUND please! Then they only sent part of the refund. No explanation, no idea why (although I have suspicions). I had to call them out on that to get the rest sent.
They will never see another dollar of mine, and I am hoping that they don't see any money of yours either. Yeah, they're cheap, but you get what you pay for. Don't spend money here!
I was VERY satisfied with the white (silk) material I ordered. It was JUST as advertised and the SERVICE (packaging/shipping) was as described.

Fabric is easy to work with and seems to last outside for years. I have used it for a lot of boat covers and patio furniture.
This is my first experience with this company. After I ordered, I found this website and began to freak out on all the bad reviews. Scared I'd have the same experience as others, I checked every day for a tracking number. It arrived on third day, just as the site promised. The fabric came in this morning, a day early according to FedEx.
Some reviews mentioned stained fabric and short on the cut. So I looked both pieces over, (9 yds and 12 yds each) and found no stains. I measured them. Both were properly cut.
So I'm going to give them another try. The price was right and the fabric I chose is lovely.
I've had to send fabric back because they short the yardage. They do not take your calls or send tracking information. The customer service is absolutely horrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Delivery times are ways an issue! It takes WEEKS to get your order! Recently I paid for expedited shipping as I needed my order ASAP... never received it! Customer service blew me off and couldn't have cared less!

Other than charged for the purchase the service of this company is unreliable. Not only does it takes weeks, well maybe more since I have not gotten mine yet, all the emails to the company requesting some form of communication bounce back, starting to believe it's a scam and will report it to the better business bureau

I really don't understand the very bad reviews concerning this business.
I placed an order with them on 11/26/20 and it was on my doorstep on 12/03/20. My order was 12 yards of 20mm thick x 54" wide clear Marine vinyl.
I would call that turn around time extremely good coming from New York over the Thanksgiving Holidays.
I contacted them via email and they responded very promptly with an expected delivery date for my order.
I would very highly recommend doing business with these people.
If it takes 4-8 weeks for fabric samples that are shipped to someone in the US from a company supposedly located in the US they are lying. This company is probably located in China.
Great site with nice promise but very, very poor, well actually zero service.
With the zero service you will also receive zero product.
Do not order from this site, I repeat DO NOT ORDER!

Worse place ever. They reached to fix the issue and then said she's no longer with us and they will NOT be fixing anything and basically told me to F off! Manager won't call, keeps avoiding me. They promised one thing and did completely different. Not dealing with them again. They forced me to ship through fedex ground and I ended up losing $250.

Started dealing with this company a few months ago. Shipping was delayed by the COVID-19 shutdowns. Understandable. The problems I have with them have to do with last minute partial order cancellation. I would order two yards of a fabric and I would get half of what I ordered. Instead of contacting me to see if I still wanted it, they would ship as is. Now I have a yard of a fabric when I need two. Overfilled orders are a problem. I purchased two scrap boxes from them. Not bad but takes 45-60 business days to get them. I recently tried to order a third 20 lb scrap box and the cost went from 49.99 to 79.99 overnight! So not worth it for a random assortment of ends and returns that cannot be returned. I will not be purchasing from them again. Customer service is quick, but snotty and full of attitude.

Ordered and received 6 yards of fabric (Ottertex Canvas printed Trellis White) on 7/15/20. The Fabrics pattern is printed out of square and twisted by about 3-4" across the width of the fabric.
Contacted the company and was told that this was normal for this Fabric which is completely false. There are numerous photos on their website from customers reviews that show this exact pattern perfectly square. I was told that if I wanted a refund that I would have to ship the defective material back to them at my expense and I would only receive the price of the material back and not a full refund including my expedited shipping that was over $50. They continue to point me to their return policy which is acceptable if I were trying to return a non defective product which is not the case here. Should have read the ratings online before placing an order with this company as they are all negative. If you read the ratings on their site somehow they are all magically positive which after doing a search of this company online you know they are not posting any negative reviews.

It took them 46 days to ship 1 cut of fabric. When I contacted them after 32 days, they were rude and made it very apparent that they do not care about their customers. I will never order from this company again.

It is also in place to ensure that the fabric is shipped back in its original condition. After our returns team had inspected the return they noticed that it had been shipped on 1 large roll rather than the 3 that were originally shipped to you as well as stains to the fabric. In accordance with our return policy where all returns must be shipped in original condition, we sincerely apologize but the return could not be accepted.
