They always have new selections to look at. They have fabrics in all price ranges from high-end designer to practical, everyday products. The website is easy to navigate and sort by fabric type, color, designer, etc. Shipping is always the same price, fabrics come well packaged, clean and very quickly. They are my first stop when looking for ideas and products for a new project. I have never had any complaints or problems working with this company. Wonderful experience!

We are a designer drapery room and we have been buying overstock and now openstock drapery fabrics for 10 years. Our customers are thrilled by the way we are able to pass on these high-end draperies at such good prices. I am the buyer, and I shop online approximately 25 hours a week for fabrics to offer our clients. And I never open any other jobber before I have searched fabricguru, entirely. The customer service. 5 STARS. They truly appreciate their customers. This company is a treasure.

I've order from FabricGuru many times without any mistakes but on this last order one item was missing. I wrote and immediately got a response from customer service that the item (a sale item as well) would be sent ASAP... it is now on the way to me. Both times Edward from customer service replied to my questions within minutes! A customer cannot ask for more than this! Also I've found the best prices and products here at FabricGuru! Shipping also is well done and packed so carefully. This business is always my first choice for quality upholstery fabric in use for my knitting bags/accessories.

I have been buying beautiful fabrics from Fabric Guru for over 5 years now and have been totally delighted with absolutely everything I have purchased (and we're talking thousands of dollars worth of fabrics!). The descriptions and details about the fabrics are spot on and I have never been disappointed in either the quality or the price for the fabrics I've purchased even the clearance and discounted fabrics. I AM A FAN and rarely buy from anyone else. Fabric Guru is MY #1 CHOICE for quality fabrics with impressive designs and prompt shipping.

I ordered some fabric from this company. I was waiting for it to be delivered so finally decided to check the tracking information. The item shows that it was delivered but I don't have anything. I emailed the company out this problem and all they told me was the information that I could look up myself with the tracking info. I called customer service and had the terrible experience of speaking to Leslie. She is VERY rude and unapologetic. She was not helpful at all. It almost seemed as though she was blaming me for this problem as I was the customer. When I called her out on being rude her response was that I was rude. I used to work in customer service for many years and know that you can get a lot farther with kindness on the phone. I make it a point to put on my nice voice whenever I have to call any company. She was very childish in that aspect. I will be seeking relief through paypayl for the money that I spent on the fabric that I never received and will never order from this company again. It might be fine if your order goes perfectly, but if you need help you will have to deal with Leslie as she is the only one who answers the phone. I would recommend going with another provider.

Update: Although I did not like my original interaction with Leslie, the situation was fixed. I was sent out another piece of fabric to replace the order that got lost. I would recommend this company if you are in need of fabric, just beware if it doesn't go as planned.

I came across Fabric Guru's discount" basement " fabric while trying to figure out how to make designer looking curtains for my entire house. I had been pouting for a week after seeing fabrics I loved but couldn't afford elsewhere, so I pushed the button. One of the first fabrics I saw was one of those "you can't afford it" fabrics I had been eyeing. Only it wasn't 32.00 a yard but 3.95 a yard. (Yes you read that right.) In disbelief I read the details. "Dye smears and spots"). I ordered it anyway, hoping maybe it wouldn't be so bad. When it arrived (Only a couple of days latter), I rolled out the entire thing and couldn't find one thing wrong! Happy Dance! Later I noticed the problem: The color dots,( you know the ones on the selvedge edge, that show you what colors are used in the fabric?) Those were messed up. I thought " Seriously I got this great fabric for next to nothing because the throwaway edge is splotchy"? "Great"! I highly recommend Fabric Guru, especially the bargain basement fabric.

Terrible experience with fabricguru.com. Fabric sent was misdyed and 1/3 of it unusable (a stripe of a different darkness). They misrepresented the fabric as a first, and it was definitely a second or even a third in quality.

I would've forgiven this as a simple mistake but the woman on the phone said she couldn't see what I was talking about, it was supposed to be like that, and that if i didn't like it I should go with a different fabric. I guess my upholsterer and myself are just blind? C'mon! I was not given a proper apology and I was actually told she was "crunched for time" when we were less than 5 minutes into the call. Great customer service!

Lost money driving to the US to pick it up, then having to send it back from Canada (80 bucks!). At that point I just wanted to be done with them. Would never ever recommend this company.

This is a case where a simple acknowledgment that a mistake had been made would've gone a long way. By the way, when I ordered the same fabric from a different company, the misdyed stripe was miraculously no where to be seen.

GREAT online commerce experience with this company. They carry designer drapery, indoor furniture, and outdoor patio fabric. Quantities of certain selections are limited as they receive overstock directly from the manufacturers. But, unless you're designing a 3000+ sq. Ft. House from top to bottom, they will most certainly be able to accomodate the quantity you need for your upholstery/drapery project. Before ordering I placed a call to get some basic questions answered and the gal who helped me was so sweet, knowledgeable and courteous. Ended up ordering a gorgeous designer fabric at a ridiculously discounted price. It shipped the next day and arrived today (exactly as indicated by the site and UPS). Fabric is the high quality that had been shown and described on their site I couldn't be more pleased with this online retailer. I will DEFINITELY be using them again.
