I paid $3 for samples to be sent to me. Besides the samples being too small (couldn't tell the pattern), I had to pay the postman for the insufficient postage due. $2.33
I have ordered from Fabric Guru several times and always completely satisfied. They have the best prices, large selection and great customer service. I made a mistake on an order and they got back to me quickly and cancelled it. Reordered the correct fabric.
FabricGuru.com never shipped my order and never answered my email. I finally had to call them. The charges were already on my credit card but on the phone, they could not find my shipping info. Also, they said that some of the fabrics Ive ordered were no longer available, eventhough, they had send me an email saying that my order has been completed and would soon be shipped. I had to cancel the rest of my order. Very dissapointing. Would never order from them again and would never recommend them!

First, I made some drapes for a window and decided I wanted to use the same fabric to make some drapes for an adjoining room. Couldn't find the same fabric anywhere. The store where it was originally purchased went out of business. I googled the name of the fabric and found Fabric Guru. And, much to my surprise, found the exact fabric I needed. THEN, I ordered the fabric to make the drapes. Unfortunately, I only ordered enough fabric to make ONE panel. I immediately called customer service and sadly they were closed. So I did the only thing I could think of; I emailed customer service about my mistake. By the time I got up the next morning, there was an email in my mailbox saying they had cancelled the order so I could order the correct amount! It saved me a lot of time not to mention the money. Thank you, Fabric Guru!

I ordered a vinyl fabric for a furniture project. The selection and prices were very good. The fabric came securely rolled and well protected in less than a week. Love the flat rate shipping so you know what to expect. The fabric is beautiful and exceeded my expectations, it was certainly a great buy at the price. Looking forward to more projects and using FabricGuru.
I purchased bonded leather fabric from FabricGuru. I had been a customer for a few years and made several fabric purchases. I bought bonded leather fabric to reupholster two loveseats. After about 18 months in use, the fabric started to peel. I called customer service and a manager told me they buy closeouts and do not really provide warranties but to send photos and the owner will look at the photos and get back with me. After reviewing the photos, the response was: "I am very sorry to say but we do not offer any kind of warranty or guarantee on the fabrics." Just be aware there is a huge risk with buying from this vendor. You might be fine but you might be screwed like I am after spending money on fabric plus the labor to upholster with defective "closeout" fabric. FabricGuru is one of those businesses who does not care about existing customers. I will never buy anything from this vendor again, If I did, I would be a fool. Be warned.
WOW! Found this wonderful website and picked out the most perfect fabric for our desk chair. The price was fair and price for shipping was under $5.00. Amazingly the fabric arrived the next day. We were so incredibly pleased with the entire experience. FabricGuru will be the first choice for fabric from now on. I shopped at two other stores and unable to find what we needed prior to finding this site.

After I placed my order, I was called to inform me that it would be 4" under what I had ordered--this was not going to be a problem for me, but I was grateful for the call and the option to decline the order. I did not decline the order and am very very happy with the fabric and especially the customer service. Not only did they call, but then provided a small discount back to me!
