Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Not happy with prices. Not enough color variety to justify the membership. The workout clothes fit great but they look tacky. Odd colors and prints.
I love love love this brand the quality is top tier. I only shop sales though cause the full price items just aren't in my budget. I wish you would give the 2 for $24 deal to your members & not only just new members
All my items are quality, exactly as advertised, pulls my body into shape while being very comfortable during my active activities. I have pieces from years ago I still wear and there is no wear or tear on my items. I only purchase Fabletics for all my active gear. Original reason is because you can not see through your tights!
I love the quality of the clothes. The options are endless. I just wish I could find some longer shorts. Most plus sized girls like myself like shorts to come a little above the knee instead of mid-thigh. Other than that no complaints. I'm pleased with every outfit I get.
Anything that was not leggings started falling apart within the first few wears and the sports bras were always such a strange and uncomfortable fit
Always great customer service. Love the clothing and pricing, chefs kiss!
Really great quality clothing. The joggers are really comfortable and flexible. The shirts are a little tighter than expected but feel great. The underwear is also really comfortable and have a great quality feel to them.
Items are expensive and uncomfortable. I love my onesie, but the inseam is itchy. I wore it for the first time on a car ride. The material in between my legs started to bead up. Same with my leggings I wore them on a flight and the material started beading up. The leggings seem comfortable, but kept rolling down. My bras cut into my skin. And I haven't had a pair of comfortable panties. The panties seem to hold in my pudge, but I was dressed up and pulling them out of my butt all night.
I'm amazed by the quality of the leggings and they ship fast. Great company to buy from
I was skeptical of the brand and the quality of the clothing on the site. As a "bigger" guy, I thought for sure they wouldn't carry any clothes over 2 xl. I was shocked, then I saw the price, it was a quick no for me. The amount of money being charged for active wear, definitely not worth $50 -$70 for shorts, pants or shirts. I saw there was a membership and it was $50 but can be cancelled or paused any time. I joined it to get the 65-75% discount on the garments that were way to pricey for me. My kids call me cheap, and now I understand why, lol... Now I am getting messages, a free credit every month and cheaper prices on the clothes that were too costly previously. Now I am looking for ways to buy something from fabletics. The clothes are made of good quality, extremely comfortable, and so far, in the last 6 months, seem very durable. The sizing takes some getting familiar with, and depending on the fit and type, it may be +/- a size. Their return policy, while not as smooth as I would like, is very easy in finding a place to bring the items if you are not near a fabletics store. I plan on continuing to purchase items from them, and will still be weary, but youre starting to make me a believer. A very comfortable, active, believer.
I decided to try Fabletics clothing based on a friend's recommendation. On line ordering was very easy. More importantly, I found all items well made and very comfortable. I am wearing all items everyday, more than just for workouts.
Great fabrics, I like the style and the color. The pants we're running smaller then the actual size
I like how they were able to give me a good discount for being a member and the shorts I got from it are really good to wear.
Just bad, bloated website with made up promo depending on the page
Fabletics has a great line so the purchase experience was fine—the low review is more about the VIP membership model in general.
1) It's so easy to miss the reminder email and accidentally pay for a month unintentionally,
2) There's no way (that I know of anyway) to skip several months at a time in advance should I know I won't be needing expensive new clothing so frequently, making it all the easier to miss a skip-this-month and wind up paying for credits I don't want or need,
3) So many pieces that I AM interested in wind up being cheaper than I paid for the credit to begin with, so I either spend more than I want by using my credit on something I don't need and wouldn't have paid for without the credit or lose money on the purchase.
4) The VIP model just feels like a bad-faith way to ensure brand loyalty. I understand that it's the customer's choice to buy into the membership in the first place, but at the same time the non-membership prices are inaccessible. There has got to be a better model to cultivate brand loyalty.
5) It's hard not to feel stuck! Right now I'm currently sitting on my last accidentally purchased credit waiting to actually need to buy something with it and hoping I remember every month to skip so i don't get yet another one. But then if I DO get another one, it'll be all the longer before I'll be able to use up my credis and clear the heck out of the whole membership situation.
Fabletics is awesome, the prices are unbelievable. My favorite online store. Best products.
I ordered my leggings, thinking that would be the end of my order, but your company kept charging my checking acct $59.95 every month since September, and I would like it to stop and reimburse me October and November please.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
