I've always loved fabletics but I will stop buying from them. I've been trying to g to return an item for 2 months. They literally tell me they are sending me a return label through my email on EVERY phone call and then never send it. Very disappointed!
It took forever for any update on my order. By the time a month went by I was FINALLY given the information after reaching out to support multiple times that some of my items were out of stock and therefore my order was cancelled (?). I was not notified of this nor given a refund until I had to beg the representative for it. So you were planning on keeping my money and not sending me the product? I love Fabletics as they are some of the only athletic wear I can wear due to a severe latex allergy but this was very upsetting.

Fabletics makes it nearly impossible to cancel their vip subscription. There is NO button to achieve this, or else it's so hidden so well that one cannot find it at all. This business plan preys on older adults who are not tech savvy enough to figure out how to solve this. Should be illegal.
Everything I have ordered i have received very quickly. And fabletics is becoming one of my favorite brands. The hoodies are now my go to and I have put all other brands away for now.
I became a member and ordered some clothes including a fleece sweater. The sweater was very warm and met my expectations in that category. The zipper however got stuck after a few times of being worn which was a disappointment. I did not find anything else so ordered a dress in size M but a size L was delivered. Once I got the dress in the mail I cancelled my membership and later realized it was the wrong size. The dress was purchased with the VIP credit I had in my account. I wanted the dress as a gift but it was the wrong size and had to resort for something else. I returned the dress a couple of weeks ago and have not hear anything since. The customer service provided by Jorge was good but was not happy with the shipment and how its being handled.
I dint have the strength, stop sending customer service jobs to a different country.
I used to love every item I received from Fabletics. Everything was high-quality and the monthly subscription fee was fair for the items I was receiving. As time passed, products decreased in quality - a single wash would rip the fabric, leggings would begin to pill quickly, and sizing was inconsistent. To add insult to injury, the company increased the monthly cost of membership multiple times. Eventually, I chose to end my subscription and will not be renewing it without the company's clear acknowledgment of the decrease in quality and a detailed plan to return the quality to what it once was.
It took over a month to receive my order—the company sent it multiple times to the wrong address, though it was corrected several times. It has also been challenging to find out how to cancel my subscription to Fabletics, even though I was subscribed without my consent. It was automatic when you used a first-time discount code. Such a money scam!

I love Fabletics activewear, especially as someone who is curvy/plus size. I have some leggings that are well over a decade old. Recently, they started using OnTrac for deliveries—a company that struggles finding addresses. My package was delivered to the wrong house and when I called CS—they promptly replaced my order. My only real complaints are stop using OnTrac/LaserShip and stop selling out of sets so fast!
My daughter is a tech currently attending nursing school. I have purchased multiple scrub sets for her and hands down she says these are the best out there, especially for a 12-hour shift. She is 5'7" and the tall on-call jogger is her favorite, she likes the pockets.

I find Fabletics to be one of the best online sites to purchase workout gear. They are very comfortable, true to size and the ordered items arrive quickly.

The shorts fit very comfortably and are great for the gym. The liner doesn't "bunch" up. They are a great workout shorts that are very stylish.
The quality of the clothes are great, but I think the overall cost of the VIP is kind of high when the majority of things people purchase and use the credits for are on sale and a lot less than the VIP cost.
I've been very happy with everything I've bought so far. Customer service has been awesome when I needed to exchange an order. Shipping is fast. I will definitely keep purchasing from this company
I've not had a good experience. Scrubs are great but getting them is a pain.
For the second time in a row, I get a $10 consolation prize for a "delayed" order. And both my last two orders were canceled without notice. If the item is not available or out of stock, then list it as such. This is frustrating and definitely turning me off to Fabletics.
I have been very impressed with the quality of everything I have purchased from Fabletics! I love their shorts, shirts and sweatpants and wear their stuff on a regular basis.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
