Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.

Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

Great clothes and prices. I just wished they offered their shirts in a tall option.
I'm a big fan of fabletics' clothing and pricing. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the lack of "tall" options for clothes. The 3xl go to hoodie fits great but the sleeves are too short.
I've been a Fabletics premium member for a couple years now and they are amazing clothes! Super comfy and affordable! Their deals are crazy good too!
Overall great product. Owns most of their products and they are great product for the price point. Highly recommend for anyone that is in constant need of fitness attire.
I am a smaller frame so even though I'm a mid build the clothes are too long on my 5'3 height.
They ran a Christmas promotion where I got a great deal on a ton of clothes but they hid the fact that I was also signing up for some VIP program that would charge me monthly. When I figured it out, I tried to go online to cancel it, but there was no option. Contrary to what the website suggests, you cant cancel the VIP subscription online. Unless its hidden somewhere. I didnt have the time to call and cancel so time went by and eventually i got charged $60 non refundable. The entire scheme was tricking people to sign up for something, knowing they will eventually forget and they can milk it until they get around to calling to cancel. When I called to cancel, I practically had to force the lady to cancel my subscription.
I must say I'm satisfied with the ordering process, I won't be able to give you a full answer until after his birthday.
Raising monthly fees was unnecessary when the assortment of clothing didn't change often enough and sizes and colors sold out too fast. Great product, but have plenty of the same thing being offered
Purchase 2-3 times a month. Seamless transaction every time.
Excellent service, ships out quickly. Very well made.
The clothes for my husband are outstanding. The only problem is you have to pay a monthly fee to get the great price and for that reason I won't be buying from your company.
Ok, yeah, you offered a great deal to try your products. But, unfortunately I did not get the products I wanted and I wanted to exchange them and I could not do that. Nor could I return them.
So for that reason I definitely did not want to stay signed up for the "club."
So far I'm very pleased with buying from Fabletics!
My son loved the short. Great fit & breathable fabric
Lack of women's inventory in the store, sizes were unavailable, men's clothing was next to nothing. A membership for buying a clothing line is ridiculous, in order to get a sale price requires a membership. If this is your model for business, it should be seriously reconsidered. I will be canceling my membership
I can't get enough Fabletics apparel, the pants, the tops, the fabric that is oh-so soft! Orders a dress for the first time…I can't wait til it arrives!
The clothes had pilling after one wash, the colors bled on other clothes and they didn't feel like quality material. The womens leggings, which were advertised as a dupe for lululemon leggings, were loose on my legs. Just super disappointed.
I did like the black pair but the colored ones are another story. The leggings all ran small in the colored patterns and when trying to exchange everything was all sold out. The material is very thin on the colored leggings. Showing every dimple and imperfections. To say they're are worth over $50 is baffling. I have leggings from Sam's that cost $11 that are better.
Returned some items for an account credit. Still don't have the credit after 2 weeks. Now the items I wanted to buy with the credit are no longer in stock.
I like the style and the variety of pieces offered. Athletic wear does not stand up to the amount of wear I put them thru while exercising. The men in my life really enjoy the active wear!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
