It's been a while since I've ordered from Fabletics, but the quality is like no other line of fitness wear. I have been on a journey over the past 19 months and lost 30lbs a year ago, needing to downsize my entire wardrobe. I started working out 13 months ago and have been wearing a lot of my old gym clothes mixed with some newer smaller sized ones. I needed some long pants to keep me warmer, being in New England, so I scrolled through and picked out 2 pairs of pants and 2 sports bra tops. I absolutely love the pants, with the pockets and the high waist, they are sooooooo comfortable and move with me no matter what I'm doing at the gym.
Delivery was super slow however can't really complain as live in Hawaii.
Scrub material is of a high quality, feels great and colours are fantastic, however they are advertised as having great stretch, the jogger style scrubs do not fit my calves, i ordered up size and still too tight on my calves and now to big on my thighs and waist which is less than ideal. They need to make more colours in the ion style or improve the cut/ stretch of the jogger style scrubs as it really let them down for me!
I love fabletics. I like the styles, the price, the discounts. I like how they fit my body and I like the ease with which you can return or exchange.
I love all the scrub and scrub jackets I have so far. Also the Don pants is fantastic

After 1 wash they look horrible. I truly love Fabletics but this purchase was not what I expected. I do only recommend warm weather tights.

I don't understand why you can't return their product and get a larger or smaller size from their app. There is always a mess up and then my order gets canceled and then I need to pay for shipping again or I am too late and I don't receive the product. I wish things were the same with their sizing but it's not.
Horrible. I asked to have my membership cancelled, waited for over 20 minutes for an agent just for that agent to enter into the chat and then leave the chat without helping. Then had to re-request another agent and wait 20 more minutes. Canceling your membership should be as easy as clicking a button, not having to wait almost an hour for no help. Fabletics is a scam

I ordered 3 Eagles ball caps for my grandsons for the upcoming Superbowl. The order was delivered in Two days and the hats (2 for youth size and one for infant) arrived in great condition.
Oh man, this was a really disappointing experience, so much so that I cancelled my membership, with no real push back from the customer service agent I was working with. I had been a member for some years. In January I sent some pants back for an exchange. Like around Jan 9. Hadn't received any emails or news about the pants so I started a chat on 9/17. Agent said they were not returned, but I had email proof/confirmation they made it to FAbletics on 1/11 or 1/13, and Fabletics never sent me the exhagne pair. I didn't receive the pants until 1/28. What? Almost 20 days after starting the exchange. The agent ackowledges that it was F's fault, but refused to send the items expeditied delivery - becuase I needed them. But she refused. I told her that was not acceptable when it was F's fault for not sending them immediately upon receipt of my exchagne. She said she couldn't do anything. So I told her that she should cancel my membership if she was not going to send them expedited when the entire situation was Fs fault, as she acnkowledged. So disappointed in this brand. I cancelled. No way a customer shoulld be treated like that, especially when there are TONS of viable and affordable alternatives to your company.
The credit that is automatically charged monthly for the membership is only applied as partial payment to certain items. If your credit is higher than 1 item you want to purchase, you can't add another item to complete the credit amount because the full credit gets applied to the single item.
On a separate order I placed, I had an issue with the shipping. The package seemed to have been delivered, but I did not receive the package. I then emailed to request help with the lost package, but I was told to contact the carrier; The carrier stated I should contact Fabletics, which I did, but got no response; So now I'm shot the credit and do not have the item I purchased. I have already cancelled the membership due to this lack of customer service.
Visited the store to exchange an item from the holidays. Customer service at the register was very helpful in making the return and then assisting with the new size re-order. My new sized items were delivered right to my home address.
1. I am a small woman, 5 ft 115 lbs. I prefer to wear size medium in my tops. One medium size varies from another medium size top. I would like more consistency
2. Also all of the pants are too long, even when I choose "Short" length if it is available
3. Sizes sell out too frequently
4. Fabletics sends out TOO many emails! Several a day sometimes. I only want to see what is on sale
Every time I go to the site the NEW items never have xxs or xs available. It's like they were never created. It would also be great to have an email when new items are added to the site. By the time the member credit is available all the new stuff is sold out in most sizes.
I ordered 2 pair on advertised special 2/$25. Within a couple hours, my credit card was charged $200+. I was not able to reach out to them to ask about the discrepancy. Ordered arrived. They didn't fit. Returned items with note about bill. My card was eventually credited over 2 weeks later.
I got three sweatpants for the gym and a long teddy coat, which I am in love with all my purchased items, and they have become my favorite pieces of clothing! Thank you, Fabletics, for a Fab experience!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
